Dan is the absolute best pharmacist in town. Caring, personable, attentive, and friendly are just some of the words that come to mind. Brady and Stormy are both awesome too. I would highly recommend this location.
Best staff ever. Great nail polish selection.
It’s right at closing time, three customers are in line getting their last items, and John is SO enthusiastically welcoming and kind. I almost wish my transaction wasn’t so quick just so I could stick around!(I only wish there weren’t so many unhoused people hanging around, but that’s a separate issue.)
Brady in the Pharmacy is top notch. His customer service is amazing. He may not have known it at the time, but he really helped me out during an extremely hard day and I wanted to show my gratitude!
Rite Aid is a place I consider to be a treasure. Very often they have really good deals and theyre always having buy one get one or clearance deals. I like to go there after the holidays and Shop the clearance holiday items. Huge markdowns, sometimes they as much as 75% off.. They have a pretty good makeup section and I especially love their fingernail polish selection. They have 1 or 2 aisles of dollar items for the kitchen and around the home. I just have so much fun here browsing products and goodies. I can never leave the store empty-handed.
This is the best rite aid in existence
Clean store with staff well versed in service dog etiquette. Aisles are wide and kept clear of displays so ease of access for wheelchair was nice.
I order something special for my husband one of the cashier couldnt do my order right from Amozon I felt the cashier was trying to rip me off my money that my husband makes every two weeks.I wont be shopping at there or other location because of the cashier that works there.
Im a 21 weeks pregnant with an 1 year old. I went in because I was in desperate need of the Bathroom and intented to purchase something for my son. The mall was closed for another 2 hours. When requesting a bathroom all the employees there were very rude and told me to go to the Mall. I informed them it doesnt open till 11. I decided to leave without purchasing and continue my search.
Big selection of merchandise is available for one to be able to get what one needs quickly. This makes things so very convenient. Especially during these so very very challenging times that ate currently taking place.
The employees here are great. Kit is a sweetheart and John is hilarious and fun. Always look forward to seeing them.
Its Riteaid. Nice people working at this location.
Such an amazing and welcoming store. The employees are super nice and very outgoing. They are also always so helpful. Thank you to all the Rite aid employees. You guys are my favorite.
Very good place to shop. Management is OUTSTANDING!Very good prices, cute clothes for women and men.. Great sales!
My partner stopped in while I waited outside. We were looking for a battery for our vape pen. They didnt have what we needed - which was fine - but when my partner left the theft alarm sounded. Considering hed been in the store for less than 5 minutes, went to the counter, didnt get what he needed, and then left, I find that very strange. They searched him unnecessarily thoroughly - Id probably call it borderline harassment - and then he left. Id also like to note that they play classical music -outside- the store at a deafening volume, probably to keep the homeless people away. Honestly, I hope this place goes out of business.
Great customer service. Staff helps out as much as possible to assist finding needed items. Also staff continue to do the best that they can during these challenging times.
If there was a half star to give I would give them 1/5 star. Poor customer service. The middle aged bald guy cashier refused to check me out. He finished up with the previous customer, looked right at me, and carried an empty basket off some where and did not acknowledge me. The other cashier was helping a homeless customer. I took my beef jerky, tossed it in the air, said expletive I dont have time for this and left. I will never go there again. Maybe he did not like how well dressed and professional I looked. He was probably jealous of my beautiful caramel colored skin, and my exciting life full of possibilities.
The best the very best great service and very helpful .I also noticed they really care for people . And the pharmacy is the best around. Great job thank you stay safe GOD BLESS YOU
Been shopping there for quite a while. The store has gotten much cleaner & more spacious. They have had some of the same employees for years, so it feels somewhat comfortable in that aspect. They are in a challenging location, but it seems like theyve been able to maintain their business fine. Ive never seen anyone treated badly there. I dont have experience using their pharmacy or photo - so cant tell you anything there. They are friendly towards people with coupons. They are good about returns. Definitely dont go there after dark, just fyi.
The staff at the Downtown Rite Aid Pharmacy is courteous, helpful and gracious. Ive been going there for about 2 years now, and they have always been quick with my prescriptions. When I have special requests, they go out of their way to make sure Im satisfied. It may be a big company, but the staff there treat you as if it were a small mom and pop pharmacy. Highly recommended.
They have people camped all over the outside of the building they won’t calm the cops or have the removed. Don’t take your children to this location it’s not safe.
Honestly, what makes this store the best is the employee John. He makes everything 10x funnier!
Normal store like other Rite Aids Ive been to. The only surprising thing that happened was the startlingly loud cashier when I checked out. He joked a little too much with the customer in front of me and then myself. When I said never mind on one item he tossed it about two registers down and it missed the box, slapped on the floor and went sliding. Just surprising customer service that day I guess.
❌❌❌ Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Called at noon to fill a prescription, stopped by after work at five and they didn’t even do it.Homeless people in the parking lot, I did not feel safe at this location I will not return.
Cashier took well over 5 minutes with one customer, then proceeded to give me an attitude when she rang me out for no apparent reason. Side note: do not bother going to the restroom here, youll be much better off in a porta-potty.
Karen, the technician in the pharmacy, spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner. I never write reviews, and I never call to complain because normally I feel like its too much effort, but Karens behavior was so astonishing to me that I actually felt compelled to do this. I was completely surprised that a grown, mature woman would actually think it was appropriate to speak that way to somebody. I was never rude, abrasive, or even short with her whatsoever. She got frustrated that her card reader was not reading my card, and decided it was appropriate to take her anger out on me during our interaction. I promptly took all of my prescriptions back and will not ever be doing business at a Rite Aid again. Walgreens is actually polite, and theres plenty of those around.
I was just in about an hour ago with pretty low blood sugar. I had walked in looking for something but my blood sugar was so low I was struggling to even find something because my brain was so out of it from how low my sugar had become. A staff member (male) asked if I was ready to checkout or needed anything and I had said just about but my blood sugar is low, I need something for that and he replied Im a diabetic too and RAN TO THE OTHERSIDE OF THE STORE for me to get juice and handed it to me and said just start drinking it I paid for it and the other staff member (female) even offered a glucose tab if I needed it. I appreciate the staff members today as my blood sugar is now stabilized. Thank you for that. Those staff members deserve so many thanks. ☺️
This is the absolute worst pharmacy in town..takes them, literally, DAYS to fill a prescription, theyre rude and they tell you stuff is ready and it isnt. The place looks like skidrow outside, they let homeless camp all around the building, it feels dangerous, like youre going to be robbed in your car. Terrible pharmacy, youre better off going to a drug dealer on the corner than this RiteAid. 5 thumbs down, i was forced to give it a star in order to review it.
The pharmacy got my prescription to be filled sent to them at 4pm today from my doctor. I called them at 730pm to see if they had it ready, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and the pharmacist tells me they dont prioritize there customers until they call and we close in 20 minutes??? and because of that they said they wont have it ready by whatever time they feel like tomorrow... I just had my tonsils and adenoids removed and am in constant severe excruciating pain but I have to call them to get my medication prioritized? In order to receive my medication when I need them?? The staff here do not take there job or the people they are suppose to care for seriously. Pharmicist attitude is hateful and disrespectful. I advise nobody to use Rite Aid as there pharmacy unless you can wait for your medication 24+ hours.
I had gone to the pharmacy three days in a row for a prescription. First day they thought it was in stock but it wasnt. Said they would order it and to come back the next day. The next day, it hadnt come in. They said they would reorder it and if necessary find it at another store and that they would contact me. I didnt get any contact so today at 4 pm I went there, A young lady, not the head pharmacist said that she had that prescription and another that the doctor had ordered in her hands but said it would take until 6:30 for me to get it since she had other prescriptions in front of mine. I asked if the others were waiting in the store like I was. She said no but they were coming in. It seems to me that in the time she talked to me she could have rung it on her register since I was at the store for the third day in a row. I think I will look for another pharmacy..
Obnoxious employee behind the counter. Refused to givr me a bag for.my gtocrrigr because I didnt sign up for a mrmebmembe
Great customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous
They have a lot of people camping outside they are going to the bathroom in front of the doors be careful bringing your family down town to this store it has homeless sleeping all over the place.
Called to ask if they had ONE product and they put me on hold for almost ten minutes. Ended up walking in there and seeing the employees not even working, while I was still on hold on the phone. Complained to the manager, whose employee LAUGHED at me. Never going back. Terrible service, didnt even apologize or look me in the eyes.
Pretty good store! I miss the one back in Fallon but its nice these stores are still around.
Wonderful and skilled pharmacy staff. Consistently impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.
Terrible pharmacy, they will always be late with your prescriptions, and are unable to follow the most basic instructions. Do like me transfer your scripts out ASAP.
Three months in a row, this pharmacy has managed to not refill vital medication on time. 3 months in a row, Ive been told they need to order this medication and it will available on Monday (this on a Friday when I run out of the medication on Saturday). This isnt a frivolous medication, I need this medication to prevent rejection of the kidney transplant I received 6 years ago and yet three months in a row, Rite Aid drops the ball! Time to find another pharmacy!
Good selection, friendly staff, bright and clean store. Only complaint was the wait for the restroom due to the homeless, but that is not the stores fault.
Pharmacy Techs are rude
Pharmacy is always rude when I fill a prescription. And really a two hour wait.
The absolute dirtiest bathroom I have been in in a very long time and I have been in a lot of porta potties lately.
They say meds will be ready within the hour,, they lied 2 hrs later still not ready
Nice employees
