The customer care is great. They make sure you are satisfied and never pressure you just to make a sale. I even gotten my parents to change phone providers
I called the store in my own town but their store was busy so it transferred me to this store. I was “helped” by someone named Becky and I’m on the verge of switching phone companies because of how difficult and rude she was. No customer service skills here what so ever, you’d be better off going somewhere else for your technological issues.
Yikes! Spoke to a Becky here on the phone. Instead of answering simple questions i had, she acted as though it was an inconvenience to her, and proceeded to argue with me about my phone plan. Customer service is not this company’s strong suit!! -2/10

Very impressed with this store! John Collazo gives exceptional service and is an excellent salesman! Becky was also very helpful! I will drive out of my way to go to this store where the staff is very knowledgeable and they seem to care about their customers. I have not dealt with the Lindsborg store, but have not been impressed with the McPherson store. Also, the service has been good on all of the phones except the one we bought in McPherson.
Absolutely horrible signal. Voicemail has not worked for almost two weeks. They are aware of the problem because its happened to a quite a few. They offered to send a text when its fixed. I texted while around friends and some text never went through others take forever. I called about another text issue and the girl said that is what happens to her and it cant be fixed. I honestly cant think of a good thing to say about Nex-Tech.
I love the customer service that I receive at the Salina Ks always friendly and there to help you at any time, and the fees for service are very reasonable. Hi recommended.
My husband and I switched to Nextech from Verizon in December. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Nextech is an endless disappointment. When I first got my brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 the service was soo slow most of the time it completely failed to load web pages. I felt like I went back in time to dial up. We live on the south side of Salina right by one of their towers on top of Tonys. I work on Santa Fe Ave in the heart of downtown. Not once in two complete months have I had LTE. I constantly have 3 bars at the most. I am sitting in my house and I have 3 bars right now. They have their own voicemail app provided by a 3rd party that is completely down and still doesnt work on my phone. My texts constantly fail to send. I currently have a text on my phone that has been trying to send since Jan 11th. Its still sitting in my thread with a spinning wheel beside it. My husband and I called multiple multiple times and they are unable to fix our problems. They say it is fixed but it is definitely not. Since we first signed up they sped up our service. Which honestly just leads to more questions. Why wasnt it fast to begin with? Do they speed it up for some people but not for others? If you are a Verizon customer DO NOT SWITCH. You will regret it. I would give anything to get out of this contract and go back to Verizon where I never had a single issue.
Carrie Fulton in the Salina store is amazing. I went to the Salina store because of a problem will a phone that I had purchased the day before from that store. Although she had customers waiting she didnt get flustered. She didnt hurry though my problem. She took her time to resolve the problem with the phone as if there were no other customers in the store. She has great customer service and she is completely professional under pressure. She did everything with a smile. I went into the store reading for a fight because of previous experiences, but instead I left the store completely satisfied and very surprised by the way I as treated. Great job Carrie.

Nex-Tech Wireless is the place to get your cell phone you earn points by reading emails that they send and if you refer somebody you can get enough points that your bills free free cell phone and its got hotspot Internet on it included I just love it my girlfriend Martha she loves it too she even pays her own bill
I dont recommend this service to anyone. Theyll turn you over to collections even after making any sort of attempt to set up payments and continue to charge you after you cancel your contract. 0/10 wouldnt recommend these greedy arses to anyone.

The entire staff lacks competence. I took my phone in for a malfunction due to a software malfunction. Was handed an iphone4 loaner phone, since they needed to send my phone to be fixed. We live in Wichita. And were told 7-14days. Never received a call, and after 3 weeks I called and it had just been sent to the manufacturer, and they would call me when it was in. Nope. Contacted them yet again, and was apparently talking to SIERRA Who led me to believe she was the manager of this store, after I asked to speak to a manager.. Contacted them again, found out SIERRA works in hays in customer service. When I finally spoke to Ms. Sherwood the manager of this location, she assured me she would do everything to get this situation resolved even though I wanted out of nextech. She said she would contact me that afternoon, which never happened. Then I had to contact her today, and she yet again NEVER called me back. So I contacted customer service again, and spoke to KIM, who had to play the same games. Beyond livid with the whole company! Lack of customer service, poor communication. Thanks guys. Keep up the wonderful wonderful job.
