The call center team is wonderful. Their cell coverage is absolutely trash.
Customer service is the worst ever! I got my daughter a phone through them 4 months ago. I have had to call then every month for an issue with billing. I was over charged and was told I would be credited on next bill. I wasnt. Called again and was told would be put back in my account. It wasnt. Called again and after 30 minutes of recapping 4 months history with them (cause they dont know what theyre own people are doing) and 30 minutes waisted time. They assure me it will returned again. I shouldnt have to Call every month sometimes twice just to have what I was told I would get.
Definitely the best experience I have ever had from any provider. Felisha was so knowledgeable and helpful she made the transaction seamless. I would highly recommend dealing with this location because of her. Felisha is an asset to T-Mobile, who not only provided excellent customer service but went above and beyond.
Got my account switched over from Verizon. Best move I’ve made this year! T Mobile is a great company. They will work with you and have tremendously great customer service. Would definitely recommend it!

The assistant manager does not know what shes doing and she is not very friendly the 1st time I went there I kind of decided to give them another chance so I went back today and again the assistant manager is not very kind will not be returning the guy that helped me was very nice but the management needs a lots of training in how to deal with customers Very disappointed because T-Mobile customer service is usually excellent. We have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years starting to think maybe we should Start looking for a different Carrier do not go to the store
They were very helpful in getting us set up and working with us on budget!! We walked out that day not paying a dime and it was a great feeling!!! The only downfall of this place is the management and how its ran they need to figure that out and this store will be a legit 5 star rating
So far my experience with this location has been bad. Went in to upgrade phone and everything seemed okay. She took my ID to make a copy. They knew we were pushing our time to make sure we were home by time the older kids got home from school. She assured that it would be okay and she would get stuff done in time.We barely made it in time and once we got home we realised, the new phone wasnt even working. She hadnt activated the new sim card. Luckily that was an easy fix, but she also never gave me back my ID.I have been calling multiple times to the store with no answer. I am going to have to drive the 30 minutes back to the store just to see if they even still have my ID. I dont see how it is professional to never answer the phone, nor did they notify me they still had my ID.. very frustrating experience.
Im a current customer with T-Medicore..You will get Zero service in Gypsum, Lingsborg, Hope..They have a lot of dead spots through out what they call coverage..I cant believe they are able to be a provider in the Salina area. I would NOT recommend them as a carrier.
