We were given a firm quote on a new phone yesterday. We said we wanted to think about it. Went back today, ask if they would honor the quote from day before. Was told they would. After approximately an hour of waiting was then told the promotion went off at midnight and they would not honor the offer. Bait and switch!!! We have now changed providers.

We went to the other store on south end of town and the lady was not very helpful went to the store on Crawford and the lady there was very nice and helpful

We needed to add a line plus trade phone in and get new one the worker was super fast Went out of her way to get us the best deal and even thou we had several diffrent issues she stayed patient, answered all questions and remained professional.Iwas seriously impressed with how fast and easy she made are visit Thanks Araceli Torres!!You are apperciated*****

After the fiasco a week ago with a Verizon customer service live individual this was a walk in the park. Celi at Victra in Salina Ks. was pleasant, knowledgeable and was able to get me in and out within a reasonable time, even with me insisting she go ahead and take care of walk-ins. I upgraded my Samsung phone, ordered a Samsung tablet (SG tab S7+5g), purchased the accessories for the SG S21 5G phone and walked out with a smile on my face. Looked in Salina at the store ratings and this store is just as advertised. They were very friendly and had excellent customer service.

I stopped in to the Verizon store not sure if I would fix my phone or buy a new one. I talked to Nicole and she showed me all the features of the new S21 and was so friendly. I figured it was time for a upgrade. I would recommend going to see Nicole any time you are needing a new phone or a upgrade to your line.

They went out of there way to save me money. Didnt push any extra options aka the most expensive accessories. Very good team all together Ive worked with different members over the past few weeks while shopping all very good and not pushy or rude. Very happy with this store.

She was GREAT! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because I didn’t see her use hand sanitizer during my visit, and she talked so fast that she was difficult to understand. But she WAS knowledgeable and friendly!

No help after waiting half hour young girl didnt know what she was doing and rather short and rude. Only sale phones

Used their online check-in system, got there and waited over an hour until I was the only one in the parking lot, and I still wasnt called in. Couldnt re-check in online, it said it already had. Wont be trying to go here again.

I went in with an issue with my phone and Grayson work to get it fixed. This place has given me excellent friendly service and is always willing to help if they can. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new service or just need an issue fixed with your Verizon service.

Great store to go in ! Nicole made the process so much better for us. We were switching from Att to Verizon and I hate having to do stuff like this because we have several phones and iPads, so it’s a nightmare. Nicole made the process easier with her outgoing personality, took her time with us. We had a lot of questions. It was a lot of work for her to do by herself with other customers coming in too. She had too switch over both our iPhones and iPad. We definitely recommend this location and ask for NICOLE!!!!

When I went a gal from Abilene named Teea was working I was kind of skeptical going in there due to previous negative experiences but she was fantastic very informative and got my bill reduced by $60 a month with a new phone and free tablet! I’ll be driving to Abilene from here on out for all of my needs.

They would not give me a refund on my screen protector. The screen protector was causing a problem with the function of the touch screen. DONT GET A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR SAMSUNG S8!!!!!! They lost a customer with an 8 device account over $55 and would sold me a case. STAY AWAY!!!!! Oh, manager was also rude about follow corporate rules and didnt care about taking care of customer.
