I went there to activate my new phone and have pictures transferred from my internal storage to my SD card. The girl working said, I dont know how to do that. You can just Google it. When asked other questions, she again told I could just Google how to do it, with a bit of an attitude, no less. Needless to say, I left and told her I would just go to a different store in another town to get the help I still needed, not as a threat, but because I still need my phone activated and pictures transferred and if I could have figured out how to do it myself I wouldnt have come to this useless store in the first place. Take your business elsewhere, folks! Dont waste your time!

When I went into the store I was 52 yrs old when I came out of the store I was 108. 150 phones were out dated before I got out of the store. Molasses is faster in the winter finally if it was any slower we would be going backwards in time. Female staff is an idiot spent more time BSin than working.
As I write this I realize we all have different points of views. When I leave a review I base it off my experience, that comes from the full overall view from the time I walk into an establishment until the time I leave and based on the overall experience on if service was provided fully and accurately so that as a customer I have to spend the least amount of time and only have to do things once. In this case the store missed the mark and I will say its just as bad as talking to someone on the phone in corporate. All I look for in service is for the company to make the process easy and provide a quality service with its people and their product. The business processes, systems, and customer service is bad all the way around. When you force your customers to do all the heavy lifting and you refuse to correct simple mistakes in a way that provides a high standard of service you dont increase business, you stay flat. I wouldnt recommend AT&T to anyone I know not online, in person, or through the corporate office. Ive been a customer for well over 10yrs and I know others have been as well so I wont speak for them. This has been my personal experience. What I know is that throughout my time as a customer Ive never felt like its been great but instead average maybe and mediocre at best. So whatever you do with them expect to have to do it several times, youll have to work to check-up and make sure that what was asked/said to be done gets done, and always note that youll have to repeate yourself often. My experience was bad, Ill try as hard as I can to never go into the store and Ill look to minimize the business I do with them in every way. At the end of the day I dont like working hard for a company who chooses not to do the right things and make me jump through hoops to get mediocre service. Deeply disappointed and thats why the rating is low. I had a whole lot of things done right but I had so much more go wrong and the good just hasnt come close to outweighing the bad. And the bad thing is they make little effort.

Thanks chris conklin for giving me the worst customer experience ive had with at&t a company ive been with for over 10 years no breaks same phone number no problems. until chris was able to show me you can have zero customer service skills and no product knowledge and run a store. they way he dealt with me and the previous customer was appaling and the store was in terrible condition food sitting out and laundry on the floor. i am so disappointed i wanted to switch companies.

Cant help me cuz not a corporate store nearest one in wichita manhattan or kc. Salina wants to add all these hotels and restaurants but not helping local residents with more opportunities or more options for local services such as cable internet car insurance ect.....
My disabled son-in-law purchased a phone in March. He was not receiving signal and was a little frustrated. I brought him into the store Friday evening. Luis David helped us. He was very patient and kind as he explained the reason why and helped him to understand his new phone better. Thank you Luis.

I showed up to this place so angry because my phone had not been working while at work, I spoke to the first representative I seen and explained my frustration. The staff began to walk me through my options and explained exactly what was going on with my phone. I ended up not having to pay a dime and the representative handled my frustration very well. Five stars.

I would like to give a VERY big THANK YOU to Tyler at the AT&T store in Salina. After numerous phone calls to AT&T Customer Service, two trips to the store from Abilene and one VERY unhelpful person at the same store, Tyler came through for me with flying colors. Tyler told me Customer Service COULD help me so I called them from the store. When Customer Service said they could NOT help me, Tyler got on the phone and told them how to do it. We just moved to KS from GA and it was refreshing to have someone who was articulate, kind, knowledgable and professional step up and help me. I hope his superiors see this. You need to give this young man a raise! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!

I was charged twice for my service paid cash and then debited through my bank account and tried to reach out to the store, I’ve left at least two messages and have not received a call back or an acknowledgement.

Absolutely terrible company I’ve been on the phone for three days with a half a dozen different people every department in the car for the over a simple billing matter because they overcharge my Internet and my phone account after I was told they wouldn’t and they told me they would fix it and they haven’t done it yet this really is one of the worst companies out there!
I have been a ten year customer of ATT with no intention to switch. However, the store in Salina, KS sold me a refurbished S10+ at full price of a brand new one! It took days, but after a lengthy sync, I had access to the memory of someone elses drive. This is not a discrepancy with the company, but the store is dishonest. Do not trust these guys. ATT I have evidence forwarded via Facebook messenger.

We have direct tv, land line phone, and Internet. Two times in two years they have added HBO and showtime when I said NO to the telemarketer. When you call, you get people that speak vary little English. They have quoted me a price for one year of service and then the next bill goes from $126 to $198 dollars. If I could give them no stars I would.
Everytime I go into this store I end up with the rudest employee they have! Every question I asked him was answered like I was an idiot and I should know these things. He does not belong in customer service and I almost refuse to go into the store for anything.

I have been with AT&T fir several years. I have put up with my bill going up every month. Then i get a call with a promotion. And its expired,but still getting calls to offerer it. But when i call back to do the offer they said oh its expired. Well i dont like being made a fiol or a liar. Then i asked for email address so i can send them a copy of my voice message and they dont do that. And im lime great guys good business. AT&T i will never deal with u again. And only offering 3mg or what ever on my side of town when everyone is higher speed. Thats ridiculous.im in the same town as everyone else. But on the north end so i get lower speeds really!!!!

Not an official store, just giving AT&T a bad name, terrible service, and try to get them to answer the phone, I called while in the parking lot, no customers inside, called and employee just kept on playing on his phone, didnt answer.. when inside seemed like he was annoyed that someone came in..
