South Salinas location-Didnt catch name of person but good God I hope its not the owner. If an employee, he lost my present and future business for this company. Called to get a quote to have a screen replaced on my cell. He immediately said it was fake and I was duked. Not what a customer wants to hear. I didnt ask him if it was fake but what he would charge to replace. I went to a competitor and they replaced it in 1 hr, and works great.Called sarcastic guy back to give him a review in customer service but hes so arrogant I couldnt get a word in. He hung up. Guess the customer is never right or respected in his eyes.Never wrote a review before but this guy is low class. His claim is hes transparent and thats why he has alot of customers, thats great but he obviously doesnt know how or when to be tranparent. A simple hey buddy come on in and lets see what you have would have made his company 80 dollars and future business, sure he doesnt give a damn. Wasnt asking for your opinion but simply a price! His opinion was incorrect anyways.

They were very rude when I wanted to fix my plasma ball. Told me that the cost was not worth it for the value of the unit

I dropped off my iPad 3 (4G LTE) at the Salinas location the week of 12/21/2014 for a badly mangled screen and was quoted $160 to fix it.When I went to pick it up, the LCD behind the glass was malfunctioning and not displaying full color properly. uBreak iPhix took it back apart again and replaced both the LCD monitor AND the glass screen free of charge.Though it took a bit longer than originally expected because of the screen, uBreak iPhix did a great job on my device and the quality of work is par none.

I went online to check out reviews and sure enough asian guy is rude to the max didnt even checkout my computer right-away just looked at it and gave me a price you want more customers be fair with prices and be more respectful!

Took my S7 edge in to replace a broken screen. Initial turn around time was 1 week. That week went by called them,they said another week. That week went by finally got my phone back. I noticed that there was a spot of dead pixels on my screen along with lint trapped between LCD and glass. Also horrible glue/adhesive job. Took it back,they blamed samsung if thats even where they got the new lcd from (I doubt it). They said another week, that week went by. So far screen is good, glue/adhesive job is still horrible but I wont be taking it back. Ill be taking it to some professionals who take pride in their work. I also forgot to mention customer service was very poor during this nearly month bad experience.

So heres the story,I cracked my iPhone 5 about a month ago, so my brother told me about uBreakiFix, thought it was good enough to repair my phone, so my boyfriend and i took it to get a new screen. the man told it me it would be ready in 30 mins, so i have left and come back and happen to find the store closed so the next day my boyfriend went to pick up my phone. it was perfectly good, like if i had gotten a new phone. later that day, we were heading out to dinner, as i was in the car on my phone my screen started to disfunction, the screen would turn green and black, i didnt even drop my phone all day! such a bad place to repair! to top it off, 100 dollar!!! apple store would fix everything on my phone for 110! wow! the screen is so cheap! not good.tip: go waste your money on a better place! its not wroth it here.

Ive taken several Apple products and have been 100% satisfied!!! From Ipods to Iphones (4,5,6). There services are great and worth the it. Have an issue with your Iphone?, drop by and receive great service and satisfaction that your Iphone/Ipod will be back to what it was before it was damaged.
