This in regards to the other footlocker in the mall. The bigger one. Is it that hard to have decent customer service instead of demanding guests to put on hand sanitizer? Yes we need to because of Covid, I think everyone knows that by now. At least say hi welcome in, please put on hand sanitizer. So annoying.

The manager was so rude . I came to exchange the size of my converse and they did but they were dirty and stained looked used by someone else then return then given to me? I asked if they can give me new shoes that are clean. he that’s all they had wow really a shoe store with only one pair? Lol what a joke. He look like he hated being there. Maybe he should smile more!!! 😀
