Selection was a little thin but thats not their fault. Supply chain has been messed up for a while. Lots of staff around, asked if we needed help, but I think my reply went in one ear and out the other. May go back when they get more stuff in.

I cant remember the last time an employee anywhere else was so nice and helpful. I believe I encountered the manager (with purple hair) and they were amazing! I never buy myself clothes since becoming a mom so it was hard for me but they made me feel great about it and I LOVE everything I got. Im definitely feeling like myself again 🖤 and Ill be coming back for sure!

They had a good selection of shirts but the displays didnt match the wall.

Our daughter loves this store and our visit together was well received during COVID-19. All the state requirements were/are in place and social distancing was effective. The layout is what to expect, hadnt changed, and the staff is super helpful with sizing and gathering what is needed for sales.

The store is always nice and stock and I could find what I need

Just had the most exciting experience at Hot Topic. It has been a while, since I shopped at Hot Topic and one unique employee definitely surpassed the bar of excellent customer service. A lot of people may not see the potential these employees have, yet they are the face of the company and they are what makes it all possible. So thank you wonderful manager that took my shopping experience to a hole new level. If I could suggest to her supervisor, she deserves a raise.

Really friendly place and good people. I visit fairly often. They got a lot of cool shirts and Funko Pop figures for sale. Sometimes though, their website offers items at a cheaper price then the store though. Be aware of that. Otherwise, this is a great place.

If you like Hot Topic this is the one to go to. Twice the size of any other one Ive ever been to. Prices are a little expensive but no higher than any other one.

Well I got a credit card here and when I got it in the mail they had giving me a 20 dollar off coupon but when I tired to use it the girl pulled an excuse about why I cant use it even tho all it says is 20$ off a purchase of 50$ so I felt ripped off since I got the credit card just for this coupon
