When ordering pizza by phone, know you have to wait in the line to pay first. Great pizza, cant beat the price. This store has everything and then some

Pete and Joe. the best greeters of all time...They have really stepped up their game at Costco since this Pandemic and are dedicated to serving their Members..Whether its a quick trip. or you just want to have a Fun Date Night. Salinas Costco Delivers.

Lines were pretty short. Very clean and organized store. Always find what I need here. They always have great stuff at a good price! Love that everything is freshly made and the meat looks clean not old or anything. Will be returning. Friendly service from staff also. The lady at the door was really nice to me and my kids. This is an overall great warehouse store to shop at, everything sold is of top quality. However, I rate this store one star mainly due to the behavior of a cashier named Paul. I noticed that this man has a bit of a temper, he frequently shouts at other customers if they don’t hurry to scan their card or move their cart out of the way. This is not how any cashier should interact with customers, and I believe that this man tarnishes Costco’s retail staff reputation by berating customers. All the other staff at Costco are very friendly and are more than easy to talk to, but Paul is one that I would stay away from.

Its a Nice Costco. the staff is helpful. If You want to buy large amounts or in bulk this is your spot. Great for big families or for your party or get-togethers. Good deals on TVs and such. nice to walk around if you have time, you might find a hidden gem you might want or need for yourself. it is a Costco though so expect crowds and long lines

Good prices for bulk or large size packaging. They have a good return policy,especially great for clothing as they dont have fitting rooms. They do market items.for community demographics so you might not find the same thing at other Costco locations. Good and bad.

Just a quick stop to costco in Salinas today.CAKE OMG the chocolate cake there is delicious. I dont usually like chocolate.(I know Im weird) but just this time I loved it.

Food court line long because they dont have self serve checkout for food and merchandise.

Pharmacy staff is friendly, fast service when the lines arent too long. Although the checkers at the front will not let you purchase anything without the card holder being present. My father just had surgery so he waited in the car while I ran inside to get things for him, I went to checkout and they wouldnt let me buy anything since he was not inside. I was using my own debit card, and with his permission I was using his costco membership card. Super frustrating seeings how we both have the same last name. I had to leave all my groceries.

Costco was alright. It never changes. Youre pretty much on your own in Costco. Thats why I like it. Costco didnt make $2B profit last year by making bad decisions. I think one of the smartest things Costco does is charge an annual membership fee. That alone keeps a lotta Wal Martians out...think about it.

Well its Costco, what can you say? This one is a little busier than most but still seems efficient at getting you through check out. I just started using the pharmacy and so far so good.

Stopped by the tire center to get the pressure checked and tires rotated without an appointment. the tookbcate of us immediately. meanwhile, we picked up a few items for the house. Love my new soft couch pillows

This Costco is always packed do not try to go on the weekend it will be hell for parking

Place is a dump. One is Sand city is way better. Security guard at door was looking at me like i was a criminal. If i could i would give 0 stars.

There was no ice cream in the middle of my cup its like the dispenser is only getting the sides of it cause they move the cup in circles. I dont know costco pretty skimp 🤡 pretty bomb tho

Place has gotten much better. Not overly crowded like in the past. Everyone is respecting the mask rule, however, not the 6ft rule, especially in the isles.

Check your receipt before you leave. The cashier charged me twice for an item and you have to head to merchandise returns to resolve the issue.Not a good policy and a waste of time since the exchange line is usually long. I got passed off to another person to resolve the issue.

Offers less variety then most Costcos other than that its great.

Costco in Salinas, Ca and the Costco in Marina, Ca are great stores to shop in.The parkings are well congested but store ok.

Its always so crowded, especially on the weekends.

Its really good not gonna lie they have pizza sundaes and more and they have a lot of food, entertainment, and furniture it was a good visit deserves a 5 star 😄👍

I detest going to Costco in Salinas, Ca!Always crowded and dirty, no parking available ever, and patrons dont care- theyll run you over! However, it has a great selection of hispanic goods, but hard to find organic or health-geared food items.

Despite food not being its main purpose, the food court food always deliver with fresh and amazing food. I would honestly say their pizza would be comparable to other big name pizzas like dominos. I came to go shopping, and I left with a bunch of pizza boxes.

Costco has adapted to the current state of affairs very well. They open all the registers to move the lines quickly. They have a cheerleader on a microphone keeping everyone motivated and aware. Stay 6 feet apart! Youre doing great, remember to stay apart! Thank you for doing you part! Now, who wants lemonade? That last part isnt true, its only there to add a sense of depth to the cheerleader narrative.

Bulk! Bulk! And more bulk! Wide aisles! Low prices! Friendly representatives! Free samples! Wide selection! (And) Yes, long lines! Everything you expect at Costco. This warehouse store is busy as can be on a Sunday. Yet the employees here are hustling helping, restocking, and selling their hearts out. Good service throughout. The store is also reasonably clean and open. Its amazing how you move through the checkout lines here! Kudos. Keep up the great work.

This store in Salinas is clean, wide open, and has the abilitiy to get in and out with your needs within 15 minutes most of the time.

Crazy busy as always especially with the pandemic but the cashiers gets through the lines pretty fast. Great job to the staff.

Went to this Costco and by coming in I saw a huge mess everywhere it was so unorganized and just by coming in i was already treated horribly wrong by one employee in the front telling me only two people with one membership could come in and I was forced to leave and stay in the hot car. therefore I’m never returning to this costco ever again. I suggest everyone to stop coming here

I have 4 kids so the bulk items come in handy. LOVE the produce and meats because they stay fresher longer. Staff are always friendly and helpful. 4 stars and not 5 because parking and the lines are horrible.
