I currently am visiting the Maryland area. I am a big fan of Pandora. I went to the local store in the mall. Their acting manager needs customer service skills. She was the rudest person ever. Not only did you lose a sale you lost a loyal customer. I will never and I mean never go in there again. When an individual takes me out of my character that is just awful. Need to learn customer service.....
