After nearly a month of having our car with no updates (we had to call in several times for any information), we finally got our car back to see that they had completely cracked our front windshield and refuse to replace it, citing their ‘natural processes crack windshields’. The only damage on our car in the first place was the trunk and back fender, so I’m not sure what practices would also crack the front windshield in half, but back to the shop it goes *again* for a windshield replacement that THEY caused, but we have to pay for. The wait is very understandable, but I can’t believe MORE damaged was caused to the car that we now have to fix. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.The employees we spoke were very kind however so two stars instead of one it is.

Had my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon repaired by them and it turned out beautifully! Nice helpful staff and they work hard to use factory parts. Artisans!

My car was broken into last night.... window smashed! I called so many places today and everyone said they were booked out for 2 weeks or I couldn’t talk to a person!Called Subaru Midtown and they directed me to this place. I’m so happy they did!! They told me to come right down at 3 o’clock and had me out so quick. They were so nice and helpful. I’m so grateful they were so willing to help me this evening! Now I have a fixed window and don’t have to worry about my car.

They are excellent at there jobs.

They had my car for 25 days and never called me with an update. The times i called them THEY DIDNT KNOW WHERE MY CAR WAS. The inside was covered in mud, dust, and food crumbs. They didn’t refill the fluids that drained in the accident. Worst experience I’ve had with any mechanic or dealership.

Nate Wade did a fantastic job repairing damage to my Subaru Forrester, which had significant damage to the door, quarter panels, and bumpers. I was concerned that the 3 stage paint would be difficult to match, but they did a fantastic job. The customer service was wonderful - they even called the rental car company for me to arrange for pick up of the rental when I picked up my car, simplifying the process significantly. Thanks, guys!

I hit a deer near Kanab last winter. It damaged the drivers side of the car from the front bumper all the way to the rear. Not only did Nate Wade do a flawless job repairing the damage they had me in and out in 5 days! They also dealt with the insurance adjuster and were able to do the work for the originally quoted payout. Thank you Curtis. I wouldnt hesitate using them again.

Ive always had great experiences at Nate Wade and have never had issues with their services. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional as well as efficient. Jared is awesome and took the time to call my insurance for rock chip repair but when they didnt end up covering it, repaired it for free! I will always go back here for future car repairs and services.

SAVED ME MONEY! Randomly chose this shop because I figured they knew Subaru. My car was in the shop for a few weeks with all the repairs. Curtis was so easy to work with, I felt like he was on my side. And he proved he was by working with the insurance company on my behalf. And in the end he was able to dramatically lower my out of pocket. I feel so grateful for all the work, time, and efforts put toward fixing my car the right way and juggling all the complications of my specific situation. After extra damage was found my a dishonest seller, I was devastated. But they got my baby (yes I love my car that much) back to beautiful and working better than ever!

Nate Wade Body Shop did my car repairs after my car was rear ended. They were very thorough and did a fantastic repair. It felt like it took longer than necessary but I think that is just because they have so many customers. I will go back again in the future for repairs.

I really like the Nate Wade team, but their body shop is completely useless. No one could give me a straight answer about return policies, part pricing, or paint pricing. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They price things 2x over online retailers. I think Ill be taking my body shop service somewhere else.

I was treated like i was a king

No issues with quality of repair.A little bit of an issue with the time it took to get my car ready. Not a big deal, really, as it took just a couple of days longer than the estimated completion date. Not a deal breaker, but a minor inconvenience.

Ive dealt with them twice this year, superb service, great guys, wonderful work. I wouldnt go to any other body shop. Even though the insurance paid for both issues, they still cost less than the insurance recommended places.

Worst experience! I took my car to get some collision damage repaired and had an awful time. The first problem is that when I picked my car up all the dash/check engine lights were on and I was told to drive it 50 miles and they will go off well they didnt. The problem ended up being a wiring harness that had to be taken care of. The second thing is that I had asked for several rock chips on my hood to be touched up. I mentioned this multiple times and was told it would be done when I picked my car up, well that wasnt done either. They ended up dabbing black pain on the hood of my blue car as I was pulling put because I had to get to work. THEN to top it off I ended up paying my insurance company an additional $281 because the bill that I paid Nate Wade when I picked my car up was less than the bill that they sent the insurance company. No one could explain the discrepancy in the bills. I will NEVER be using Nate Wade again.

We took in our car after we had been rear ended, because we have always had exceptional service at the Nate Wade dealership and service center. After picking up the car we noticed that they reused old pieces of our car even though the bill seems to indicate otherwise, but overall we were happy until a couple days later we took our car to Nate Wade Service center for an oil change. After checking out our car they noted that all of the rear light bulbs were out and needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we had just picked it up from their collision center and felt this should have been taken care of when the accident repairs were performed. We were informed that even though they have the same name and ownership they dont communicate with each other. The collision center should have made sure the rear lights were working before they returned it to us. As a result I am now worried they cut corners elsewhere in our repairs. We wont ever use them again.

These guys have always been great to work with.. My personal favorite Salt Lake body shop to deal with. Subaru or not these guys can fix it.

Love Nate Wade, but the Body shop is your classic overpriced dealership auto shop. Had to get a dent fixed, and they quoted several hundred dollars over any mom and pop shop in the valley.
