Paul did a great job getting me back up and running. I called a different shop for a quote on the same service and they said it would be at least 3-4 weeks to get the part in and get the work done. Paul had the part in stock and was able to get it fixed the same day I dropped it off. Excellent service. I will definitely come back for any future issues.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I BOUGHT A 2011 Chevy Cruz less than 24 hours after having the car the air conditioning stopped working and the engine of over heated. They did tow the car and put a new fuse in. After getting it back the air conditioning doesnt work if the Bluetooth is on, intermittently loses breaks engine fan comes on every 30 sec. I called Paul, Paul was extremely rude, and unwilling to do anything He said you bought the car, not my problem! I had the car 4 days at this point. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! He has zero integrity about what he sells. This car is dangerous!

I had been looking for a reliable truck in my budget for over a year. Ive gone to countless dealerships and they were all the same. Low value on my trade in, adding hidden extra fees and insurance. Overpriced vehicles with obvious issues. It was incredibly frustrating.Automotive Solutions was BY FAR THE BEST dealer experience Ive ever experienced. Now only are Paul and Brian very friendly but its obvious they truly care about their customers. They had me drive four different trucks and pick the one I liked the best. All of them were in great mechanical condition and extremely well maintained. I have a CDL so Im VERY picky about vehicle condition and maintenance. I was able to talk to their mechanic who was also very friendly and helpful. Any little thing I wanted fixed they were more than happy to do it. Not only was I able to pick out the exact truck I wanted, but they also offered to give me A LOT more on my trade-in than any other dealership. I was blown away.The best part is, there were ZERO hidden fees or anything extra slipped in like the other dealerships had done. The price they gave me was the final price. I was able to get a great truck at an incredible price. Ive had multiple interactions with them since I bought my truck (I even met the new owner of the car I traded-in, and she also mentioned how incredible her experience was with them). Even today their mechanic text me asking how my truck was running, weeks after purchasing. Im absolutely blown away with the level of service and how much they value their customers. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!!I purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester XT Limited from this place and it is by far one of the most regretful decisions Ive ever made.I purchased the car on a Friday and 2 days later on Sunday the car lost all power and was smoking up the entire freeway. I took the car back to them and a week later they said it was fixed. I picked the car up got on the freeway and it broke down again before I made it 2 miles. I immediately took the car back. They tell me the turbo is bad and they will fix it so long as a pay for the turbo. 6 weeks later (seriously 6 weeks) they say they have it fixed. Literally 3 days later the check engine light comes on again. At this point I have lost all faith in Automotive Solutions. When the turbo went out it also took out the catalytic converters which cost me $1400 dollars to fix.I finally am able to drive my car for the first time after almost 2 month of issues and repairs. Now its 2 months later and I just put the first 3000miles since owning it, and guess what? The turbo is bad again and this time it took out the motor. (Im quoted $9,900 to fix it)I bought the car with 148k miles, it now has 151k miles on it. In that time it has lost 2 turbo, ruined the catalytic converters, and completely destroyed the motor. I only write this review in an honest attempt to protect you, the reader of this review.I gave automotive solutions several opportunities to make this right.Long story short, do not buy from here unless you are rich and enjoy throwing away $10,000 dollars.

I saw a car which I liked and I asked to him let Know when the car would ready after repair needed before goes for sale. I left my name and phone number. Days later I found out the car was sold. No one call me to let me know the car was ready for sale.

Brian and Paul were easy to work with and very accommodating and really went above and beyond to take care of us. It also gave us great piece of mind knowing that we were buying from an automotive repair shop that fixes the cars themselves and then sells them. I was shocked and amazed at the fact they have a 4.6 star rating when they are selling lower priced used cars, you will not find that anywhere, trust me weve looked. Well I bought a car here less than 1 year ago. It is an 07 Hyundai Accent. It was my teenagers first car. The service was good, and the car a little over priced, but being that these guys have in house mechanics I went ahead and paid for it. This car does not yet have 100,000 miles on it, and my daughter has barely put 1,000 miles on it since we bought it. Being home schooled she only drives it minimally. This weekend the motor blew. Barely a year, and barely 1,000 miles put on it, and now unless I want to put $1,700 more into it for a new motor, she has no vehicle. I definitely feel like this car was not in the shape that the mechanics claimed it to be, and that it was misrepresented. Oh well $3500 down the drain.

My brother in law recommended a used vehicle for sale at Automotive Solutions. My husband and I came, checked it out and purchased the car. We were immediately impressed with Brian, the salesperson we met with. He was down to earth, honest and gave us an amazing deal! The next day I was driving it and noticed a moaning sound that got louder when I accelerated. I called Paul and he told me to bring the car back. After checking it out thoroughly, Paul discovered that in order to take care of the sound, the car needed a new transmission. Paul and Brian worked relentlessly to try and get me into a warranty that would cover a new transmission. Unfortunately, no one was willing. Paul apologized and gave me a full refund on my purchase of the vehicle without hesitation. He definitely didnt have to do that! I think any other dealership wouldve said, Sorry but once you purchased and drive out of our dealership youre on your own if there are any issues. Thats not how Paul and Brian operate. They are two of the most honest and understanding guys Ive ever worked with! Paul ended up getting me into an even better vehicle for an excellent price. I am beyond impressed with their integrity, knowledge and genuine customer service. If you want to purchase a reliable used car at a great price, I highly recommend these guys. In addition to their selection of cars, Paul is an outstanding mechanic. Hes the Saturn expert for the state of Utah with over 18 years of experience. Honestly shocked about the seamless service I received today when my serpentine belt went out on my Ford Taurus. I gave them a quick call in the morning and they were happy to have me come in. When I showed up he quickly brought my car back saw the problem and fixed it while I sat in their waiting room which was nice. He got it fixed in less than an hour and it was only $115.43. Great shop. Took my Mazda 6 in for a tune-up. They were friendly and efficient and even listened when I interrupted to mention I had the pieces of my battery holder in my trunk; which they did repair, too.Also, I asked them to do I/M.Old car runs better than ever, now.

Went to the store and my car wouldnt start, got it towed the next day, and when tow guy told me to put car in neutral, something told me to try and start my car and it started!! I was so relieved but still had to pay for the tow. Tow guy told me to get my car checked and I brought here. Spoke to Brian and told me to bring my car in. His brother Paul diagnosed my car, which would have cost me $45.00. When he was done he came and told me there was nothing wrong with my car that my battery wire was lose. Told me that not to worry, he was not going to charge me. Jaw dropped, and I was speechless, I felt bad and wanted to pay but he insisted. I will come back to this place for all things to do with my car. I have a humble Saturn, and she is old, but so happy that she is okay! First things first, I work at an automotive repair shop in Logan, Utah and I have a very high opinion about my shop. I believe these guys are just as good if not better then us.Thank you Brian and Paul. You guys are top notch. So when I was looking for a truck I was very picky about it and I would climb under the truck to check things out that people claimed to have fixed and about 95% of the time what these people were claim they had done was never done so when Brian told me that they basically redone the front end( ball joints and tie rods and such) I had to check so on my test drive I climbed under and soon seen brand new parts all everything that he said they had done. I found a truck on ksl and it had Brian’s number on it and I called and basically gave him a number I wanted for the truck out the door. (I was pre approved by my bank) and the price I was asking for was very reasonable and I also understand that his in the business to make money and I’m here to get the best deal. Well after texting back and forth for about two hours we had a deal without even test driving the truck. This was a Friday. The next day I headed down from logan and when I got there he(Brian) treated me very well. The amount of professionalism from him was amazing and he truly cared about getting me a good deal on this truck. All I have to say is that I would highly recommend these guys. Went in to get an emissions check,asked about some air in one of my tires and they found a nail and a screw in it. They fixed it and I was out all within 20 min. Paul never disappoints me.

Brian definitely stuck to his word.We recently bought a reconstructed car from Brian and it has been a great experience and a huge contrast to a purchase from another dealer we made last year.About 6 months ago we bought a car from a different dealer and within 24 hours we already had engine problems and the dealer wouldnt do anything to help us. After a few months the engine completely died and we needed to find another car. That is when we found a 2007 Hyundai Accent posted on KSL and we ended up buying it from Brian. My biggest worry was that within a month something would break and we wouldnt be able to afford a repair due to recent medical expenses and the cost of a new car.Brian told us that if we found anything wrong with the car while test driving it he would fix it. I asked what he would do if the check engine light came on within a month or so and he said he would take care of me.Well about a week later we noticed that the AC wasnt working and neither was the horn. I called and they were able to fix the horn for free. They are only going to charge me $100 max for the AC and Brian said he will eat the rest of the cost.Overall I feel like I found an honest place to buy my cars and get mechanical work done.

Paul has always been honest in his dealings with me. Once they put a tensioner pulley on my engine that was incorrect. (Due to an incorrect part shipped) I left, and within a mile, my serpentine belt broke. They had me come back to the shop, quickly found the right part, and made everything right. I highly recommend these guys!

They are awful I finished my lease with them and never signed a new contract with them now they are saying i owe them more money for the car which i dont own anymore since it was just a lease. I call to talk to the account manager Carrie she never answers or returns my calls they are a horrible business and I will be seeing them in court.

As I drove a car off Bryans lot, a check engine light came on. I called Bryan and he asked that I come straight back to his shop. Turns out the catalytic converter had just failed. Now, Bryan could have simply charged me, since its a Buyer Beware situation. But being a person of integrity, he replaced the part, at his own cost, and returned the fully functional vehicle to me, complete with a safety and emissions certificate.Integrity is not lost on me. Bryan has it and practices it. Id put my trust in him again.

I went to a dealership to get my car fixed for my tires because they were making noise and the dealership said i needed to replace my ball bearings and a few other things fixed because they were worn and they were going to charge me 1,300 to fix it. I told my friend about what was going on and they recommended automotive solutions so i went there for a second opinion and they looked over my car theres nothing wrong with my ball bearing the noise wasnt even coming from my tiers they only thing that needed to be fixed was my sway bar links which cost me only 175. I highly recommend this place they are honest and they take the time to explain what going on with your car so you understand it.

Please note that my complaints are directed at the car sales portion of this business and not the mechanical shop.I bought a car from Brian (Pauls brother) and was very happy with the initial purchase. He met me after hours and gave me a good price for the car. My problems came after the purchase.Within a couple days of having the car the check engine light came on and it started running rough. I will admit that Brian never promised any warranty at all, and in fact I signed a paper acknowledging there was not a warranty (the same form you always sign at a car dealer that is hanging in the windows). Regardless I was impressed with my initial interactions, they had great google reviews, and their website said all their cars came with a 90 day warranty; so I was hopeful that if something went wrong they would try and make it right. This is not what I experienced. When I got a hold of Brian he became very defensive very quickly. When I brought up the 90 day warranty on their website he denied knowing they even have a website!? He said he had no obligation to help but he had a guy in Ogden that could give he a good deal to look at it. Long story short, this good deal saved me about $20 on a nearly $400 repair. Thanks a lot.I was also bothered by the fact the this had cylinder misfires 2 days after driving it away but they had provided a passed emissions and the back tail lights were the wrong ones and not working the moment I drove it off the lot and they provided a passed safety inspection.I bought a $2,000 car, I wasnt expecting much. I was not expecting them to honor any warranty by returning my money or fixing it for free. But I hoped that they might have been willing to do a little more than they did. If you buy a car from here just know it is AS IS and you wont get any help after the fact, regardless of what the website (that no one knows about) says.
