Wonderful people and I got a good deal on a used F150 that I am overall very happy with. The service was quick and the purchasing process was easy and very transparent. However the level of attention to the small details was rather disappointing. Up to this point things I have noticed include a cracked windshield (I knew this buying it, but they wouldnt fix it free of charge), the tires are not all balanced properly, one of the tires was 10psi low (since found it has a slow leak) and the other 3 were 15 psi high, it was not washed before I picked it up despite having several days notice, there was only 14% oil life left on it, the front license plate mount is very loose, neither of the bed side steps were working (have since fixed with excessive WD40), and there is a slight hitch in the steering.I know these things happen with used vehicles, but I would expect better from a big brand dealership that avidly boasts their detailed inspection process.
Brad Fisher was great to work with. Friendly, experienced, informative, no pressure. Financing was a breeze. Excellent experience all around.
This review is to document an INCREDIBLE experience in service today. I took my 2008 Mercury in for a recall for brakes and i lost my brakes as i left the place and almost got hit by three cars took it back. And talk to the serive manager was suppose to get back to me never did or heared anything about my car. Still there and dont know whats going on with it. Very upset and frustrated with them. call never answer. There is a big recall on the car and never was fix right.I couldnt believe he drilled on on my clipers to remove the bleed values or if he test drove the car to check it im taking it very seriously . im writing this because this is a very serious matter. Due to no updates on my car and is at the dealership still with no updates.
We had a great experience. Brian was very professional and helped us to get what we needed and wanted. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We are very happy with our purchase. They work very fast to get you what you want for what you are looking for.
I went to super Ford a few days back to look into my options. James assisted me and did amazing, He treated me very fair and went above and beyond for me. Today, I went with my sister to look into a couple fusion options, James had been looking into my pricing with Adam and ken did the test drive with me. I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion and I love it already. My sister has bought two vehicles from here and had great experiences so I figured I’d give it a try and I also loved it. Huge thanks to James, Ken, and Adam, I do believe one of the finance managers assisted too. I recommend this place!
Brian was great. Not your typical car salesman in that he was not pushy or annoying. Got me a great value for my trade in and exactly the car I wanted.
Zach got back quickly letting me know that the car I wanted was still available and worked with me so I could come look at it. It was clean and detailed. Thad was very pleasant and not pushy.
I worked with Brian for 7 months waiting for this F-150, due to the chip shortage it was a long time and Brian was very nice and kept me up to date as much as he could as to what they were hearing about the completion of the trucks. I was out of the country when it finally came in and he got all the extras that would have cost me another week without my truck taken care of so that when I got home I could pick the truck ready to go. Thanks
Three weeks ago my daughter totaled her car. Her Ford Escape helped save her life so we were comfortable buying another one for her. There are lots of used Escapes on the market, and some seem like great deals. Were not super mechanical so we took our first choice to LHM Super Ford and asked if they would check it out for us. Stan Williams, one of the lead mechanics, stepped in and escorted us through our entire visit. He ended up identifying a significant problem we would have never seen and waived us off that car. Stan was amazing in how helpful he was during our visit. We returned three more times with other possible cars, Matt Ross joined Stan in helping ensure each car received a quality inspection. For options two and three, each ended up having a problem we would have never found without their expert attention and care. When we arrived with our fourth option I was worried we may have worn out our welcome, but once again Stan and Matt made sure we were taken care of and that the car received a solid inspection. So when Stan and Matt each gave their thumbs up to our fourth option, we knew wed found the car to purchase. During a hectic time, it was incredibly assuring to have Stan and Matts calm, honest, friendly and professional help. In a day where customer care seems to be a forgotten art, Stan and Matt are incredible examples of putting the customer first and providing exceptional service. Based on my multiple visits and my interactions with these two great professionals, I unequivocally recommend Larry H. Miller Super Ford Service Center in Salt Lake City
I am leaving a review under my wifes account. My name is Darren. I took my car into this location to have a lot of front end tire and alignment work completed. Tie rods, wheel hub work. cost about $1450. They had my car for 4 days. They tell me a needed a new battery terminal. I thought that was odd considering I didnt have any issues previous. I told them i would hold off on the terminal. I get my car back, the very next morning it doesnt start. Why????? So I reluctantly took it back in paid more money and more time without my car. Get my car back and first thing i noticed was it didnt look like the terminal had been replaced at all. the lady told me it was. Also now my car sub speaker are not work. What is going on. i have had no electrical issues whatsoever and now after they touched it its not working properly. i had to go so i left but i asked to have the situation fixed. Nothing. Tell me why today again, my car just didnt start. what are yall doing over there? THIS IS VERY SHADY!! does not help the dealership stigma! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Please fix my car ASAP. My children rely on me to get them to their obligations and i cannot be bamboozled like this! I deserve a refund for time wasted and the money this is taking away from me and my family! I also should receive some sort of vehicle to compensate while i wait for it to be fixed correctly not rushed, CORRECTLY to how the working condition was before i brought it in. Fully Functional!
Our family of 7 has been driving a minivan for years and finally decided to graduate to a bigger SUV to accommodate our growing children and our active lifestyle. We reached out to James Rytting to help us find just the right vehicle. James asked us a lot of great questions to understand just what we wanted and then he went to work. He researched multiple makes and models and narrowed it down to just the right vehicle. Then he took the time to reach out to us anytime something became available that he knew would be a good fit. Due to the current car market, Suburbans are a hot commodity and more difficult to find. James took the challenge and ultimately found us the perfect vehicle. It’s in excellent shape and even the exact color combo we had hoped for. He was friendly, knowledgeable and it felt like he was truly invested in our search for the perfect family vehicle. We will absolutely use James in the future for our vehicle needs.
Excellent experience. Brian S located a hard to find F150 for us that was exactly what we were looking for. He answered all my questions with patience over the phone and sent pictures of anything I asked. They offered a good price for on my trade in older truck and didn’t try to low ball me on it. Very low pressure and people who will take time with you.
Larry Miller website advertises quick lane service no appointment necessary. When I pulled in this morning they said it would take several hours for me to get just a simple oil change. He wanted me to leave the vehicle. That is not the definition of quick lane. They were unwilling to accommodate. Wanted to schedule me for a different day even though I drove all the way down from Park city and passed a few other dealers. I will not be coming back. If you’re not going to Offer Quick Ln., Larry Miller, then I suggest you take it all off your website.
Just received the F150 Truck ordered last May. Loving it so far! Great service from LHM Super Ford
I worked with Paul Montano on the purchase of a 2021 F350 Lariat. Paul helped me throughout the entire process from selecting options, updating me on the trucks build progress and securing financing. He was extremely responsive and he beat all other local dealers on price. I highly recommend him and Super Ford SLC for your next truck.
This was the best buying experience. Brian was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process so easy and stress free.
Worked to purchase while overseas. The salesman held the truck until I returned to the states, added the ordered extras prior to pickup, able to complete all paperwork in a couple hours when I returned for pick-up. Great overall experience.
Called on a used Ford Edge they had for sale. They said it had a clean car fax and no issues. After negotiating a price (for over an hour) and asking for the car fax they finally bring it out and it has had a repair in the past. They also used a comparison model Edge with more features than the one I purchased as a slick way of showing me what a good deal I was getting. So they lied about the car fax and used a vehicle with more options as a comparison to sell me my car. The owner/manager basically did not care when I contacted him regarding this. I should never have bought the car, should have made them take it back and for sure will never purchase from them again or ever recommend this dealership. And now the comment from them below indicating no records of a purchase and maybe I bought from another dealership when they actually called me right after this negative rating so they obviously have my information from the previous sale!!
Everyone was so amazing!! The Salesmen I worked with definitely took care of me and showed me things about the car I didn’t even think I needed!! The Sales managers and finance were extremely nice and understanding and helped with everything I needed. I gotta say I got a great deal and I’ll only be coming back to this dealership in the future.
It took a week to be a owner of my Ford ranger pickup. I brought it quick, they worked with me. Im happy for doing business with them. Its something how they sell cars and trucks on line these days. This was my first time doing it
Went in because my stereo wasn’t working. They did a simple sync update and wanted to charge $198. I get removing the paneling can be a pain but still, nearly $200 for a simple software update? Plus they never gave me an estimate beforehand. They essentially just told me “we did a sync update, now you owe us $198.” I’m pretty sure it’s common practice to give an estimate to the customer before doing the work. At least that’s my experience.Additionally the customer service was less than decent. They would take hours to respond to my messages. I was told I could get a lift to and from the dealership since they would have my car. They gave me a ride home. Never gave me a ride back to the dealership. I waited for 5 hours for a response about a loft until eventually a friend finished her shift and gave me a ride instead. Thanks for the update I guess but I’m never going back again.
Came to my house to check something on my car. The man was very kind and did not make me uncomfortable at all. He was careful not to touch anything he wasn’t supposed to touch(even though I wouldn’t have cared) and he was quick. He did not need me there the whole time, he just did his stuff and told me it was all good and then left. Quick easy stuff.
Working with Zak and Brian was a great experience they made everything so fast and easy I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! i wish I could give zero stars, because they don’t deserve any😡I set an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a couple repairs, at point in time was told service should take a couple days. Dropped of on a Thursday first thing in the morning & was told it would be done Monday… I texted a message on Saturday checking on when Monday it would be ready since I had heard nothing from my service advisor. On Monday I Received this text “it won’t be done until Friday”. So I called to get an update why, had to leave a voicemail and no call back. I called back on Thursday asking when vehicle will be ready to pick up Friday and still wasn’t able to speak to a human. Instead I received a text “the vehicle is not going to be done it has not been started it will not be done untill next week estimated time is wednesday now” (verbatim)Mind you I brought my own parts knowing there could be a shortages out there so I know that they’re not waiting on parts. Now I have had to pay for a ride to work and back this whole time so I’m out that expense as well.Very unprofessional, very disappointing. This has shown me they obviously don’t care about me as a customer so I am picking it up on Friday and will take my business elsewhere and never look back. I’ve worked in a dealership service department and am just appalled at the lack of communication and service here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
I stopped in to have my rear light replaced and it was done quickly and efficiently by Matt Ross at no charge. He then helped me choose a set of new tires. I scheduled that service for the following Monday and that went smoothly as well. Always happy with the service I get at this location. They make my headaches around maintenance so easy.
Brought in truck one morning because it was dripping coolant from a heating line. It took them 10 days to determine what was dripping and repair it. That doesnt work for me at all.
Great experience taking delivery of my 2021 Bronco and trading in my Fusion Sport. Thank you Will Shields!
James Rytting is the best salesman Ive encountered. I came in knowing that dealers like to play games and push you into a car but my experience was nothing like that. He was very informative and straight up with me and wasnt pushy whatsoever. I wasnt able to find what I was looking for but will definitely be back!
I love my new car! We ordered and customized online over the last several months and it was so easy. When the car arrived at the dealer, I was contacted by email and finished up all the details so quickly. That information was sent to Will, my salesman and he contacted me immediately! We were so excited to pick it up and Will had everything ready for us to go within six hours. Such a great experience and such a great car!
Diego is your man at Larry H. Miller Super Ford. We loved the truck he brought to us to test drive. He went above and beyond to show us the truck we wanted to see. . It was offered at a great price and Diego negotiated a lower price for us as well. Only gave three stars because the first salesman we spoke with was condescending and not completely truthful. Diego will take great care of you, so ask for him.
Zach Holmes is the man. If you come in ask for Zach! I had a bad experience at another dealer and let him know and he made for certain that it as a good experience with him. It was a very smooth process and he laid the price out in a black and white fashion, no grey area. Couldnt of asked for a better experience. Left with a car I loved and was happy, you rock Zach.
James Rytting is an exceptional salesman. He heard our needs and was very diligent at meeting them in a timely manner. We ended up buying and are more than satisfied with the service and product we received! Would recommend to anyone. Thanks James for all your help!
We worked with Ken Tanner on this transaction. We needed to turn in our lease and then lease a smaller car. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything possible to give us the best service.I would definitely recommend this Ford dealership to others and give them the heads up to work with Ken Tanner. We were very pleased.
Diego was easy to work with and made the deal go quickly late at night. Good service
Paul was amazing! Quick to follow thru with paperwork. We usually dont buy from a dealership but I will definitely buy from Larry H Miller super Ford again. Thank you for all your help Paul!
Zach Holmes was awesome to work with! He was knowledgeable about the cars and very professional. I would highly recommend asking for him the next time you are in the market for a new car. He will take the time to answer all of your questions and will truly be there to walk you through the whole process.
Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went looking for a used vehicle and ended up with a better deal on a new one! Great service.
My wife and I enjoyed our experience with Diego, not expecting to buy a truck when we were just visiting. Made the buying experience super easy for us and drove the truck up 20 minutes to help us get out of Salt Lake traffic. Couldn’t be happier.
I bought a 2021 Ford F-350 a couple weeks ago and Bryan and Nic couldn’t have been more helpful. They made sure everything I needed was taken care of and even went above and beyond to take my truck in to have my after market accessories put on. Thanks again and would definitely recommend to family and friends
I recently bought a new truck from this dealership. I had a few issues with the process in dealing with the finance manager. I posted a comment a few days ago and received a call earlier today from the sales manager. He was very nice and addressed and fixed the issues. I really appreciate it. Also, my salesman was Cole Brown and he was awesome! He made the whole process very easy and was great to work with! If you are thinking of buying a truck from this dealership, go see Cole!
I really dont know what is going on with Ford Service. We travel full time with our truck, so we have been to 3 dealerships. They all have taken FOREVER to get minor things done. We had an appointment at 7:30am for a recall and a high pitch sound coming from the stereo. At 4:30 pm I called because they were about to close. The recall got completed, but not the high pitch sound. 9 hours, really. No call no nothing. I was born and raised with Ford, but lately they suck.
Another excellent encounter with Larry Miller’s Super Ford on 13th South. I just purchased a certified preowned vehicle for my widowed mother. Salesman Brad Fisher and his support team worked to make it as painless as possible.I especially appreciate their honesty. The car had a price listed on it that was reasonable in today’s market (I’ve been shopping around for a while) and as we were working through the deal Brad let let know that the price has just been reduced $2000 in their internet ad. I would have paid the higher price and been satisfied, but the lower price and their openness will not be forgotten.I purchased a new F-450 a few years ago late in the evening from the same dealership. As we were working through the endless paperwork I just asked the G&I guy if the paperwork matched the our verbal agreement. He said yes so I just signed the stacks without verifying. A couple of days later I was reviewing the documents and noticed that they had charged me more for the warranty items than represented by a couple of thousand bucks. Even though the paperwork had been signed we were able to come to a mutually agreeable resolution.I recommend this dealership, but still advise not to trust anyone when money is involved and to verify paperwork.
Brian was awesome! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Super helpful!
My review starts low quality but I’ll explain my 5 stars.I recently bought my third vehicle here, one other at a different dealership that I no longer work with because their service doesn’t compete with Ken, James, and Steve’s. I had spent over $75k between my two previous here. Before I start, I am not the type of person to bash someone, and I really do try to be understanding, however this experience had major issues that left me feeling sick and angry. I want anyone who’s dealt with this particular employee to know that they do have someone who can help and make it right, that’s Steve. Please don’t let that experience with Adam be why you give up on this place, as I’m sure it’s happened often. My previous experiences with Ken, James, and Steve were amazing, however this go Steve wasn’t available so there was issues with the other finance guy, Adam. Upon assisting my brother in buying his first car, a Ford Fusion that from day one had issues and within 3 weeks needed a new motor, my brother was very psyched out with the dealership. Luckily, it was still under Ford warranty so the issue was being handled but he no longer wanted a car that could have more unforeseen issues so we traded it in. This go Steve wasn’t available so we had to work with Adam again. The vibe isn’t pleasant, it feels dirty. I was cut off in the middle of speaking by him with “all the paper work is done so you can go now.” He was very pushy with warranties too, though it feels like he’s the type of person who can’t take responsibility for his actions. We were told all around this car would work out until we went into his office then it went south to its basically impossible… the reason behind that was because the price out the door ended up being $10k over the listed price, we had factors in there, sure but he was racking it up in his favor. After this, we felt very unsatisfied. We were directed to the managers office to discuss the countless issues we had with him. While we were talking to the manager, Adam comes in trying to change the scenario and runs right in front of me (in between the desk and myself) nearly touching me without any notice. Very inappropriate and mannerless. Adams service was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. At this point, even though I LOVED working with Ken, James, and Steve, I was done. Watching how an employee like that was tolerated to continue working with customers when he had no respect, manners, or experience (it seemed) wasn’t acceptable. My brother and I would be going to a new dealership. BUT, the amazing KEN, JAMES, and STEVE really saved it. The manager at the time was wonderful as well, his name was Dave. I felt like he was really trying to listen to us. They made things right so I will be continuing business here, however I’ll never work with Adam again. I’ll make sure that Steve is in as he was who did our previous two and fixed this issue very timely. I am beyond grateful for their work so I’m giving 5 stars. I do hope the management takes in the issues with Adam and handles that however is best for the dealership.
When I called to make the appointment I told the service specialist that I would like a dent removed from the back passenger side behind the gas tank and that there was a clank in the back passenger side that I thought was maybe the shocks that I wanted fixed. When I dropped the vehicle off Tuesday night after hours I wrote the exact same thing on the key envelope. I received a voicemail Wednesday evening at 5:30 stating the dent had been removed and the car was ready to be picked up; nothing was said about the noise that I thought was the shocks. I called back that same evening and left a message asking about the noise. On Thursday at noon I called and left another message asking about the noise. Again, no response. On Friday morning I called and got a voicemail again so I called the main number and no one could help because everyone was too busy. I was told I would receive a call back but that the person I had been working with was out of town. I ended up driving there (which is about 30 minutes away from where I live) because I knew I wouldnt receive a call back. When I got there the only thing that was done was the dent and no one knew if the noise had even been looked at because the my service specialist was out of town. The gentleman that helped me was apologetic but couldnt help. When he went to get my car he heard the noise and thought it was the wheel bearings but said I had to schedule that with someone else. I went inside to schedule but couldnt get it in until Thursday. I did not feel the car was/is safe to drive so I took it directly home and cant drive until it is fixed. I am going to try to call another dealership to get it in there because of the difficulty and non communication I experienced at the Salt Lake location.I would suggest that if a service specialist goes out of town that they turn over the information to another specialist so when the customer calls someone knows what is going on. It felt to me that the service specialist was too concerned about going out of town that he didnt even take the time to have the vehicle fully taken care of nor was he concerned enough to hand it over to someone else. Very disappointed!
I have never had a bad experience. I know that no one is perfect and in this day and age, everyone thinks you have to be perfect. Perfect is an unrealistic goal in a world that cant find a way to open businesses that are failing due to other peoples not knowing how the economy works. That being said, if people cant have compassion for others and the for the way they are forced do do business, then they should keep all opinions to themselves. I will continue to give 5 stare reviews even when things dont go according to plan. I appreciate what others do for me no matter how long it takes. Thank you for always being there for me and making sure my vehicles are good to go. Sincerely, Nate
Five-star review to say that Nate Martin (Service Manager) and Abe Carter (Service Director) are great. Our initial interaction with a service team member was incredibly frustrating, but once the matter was escalated Abe took the time to hear us out and investigate the issue directly. Nate took over from there and was very personable and made sure our SUV was fixed properly, in a timely manner, and saw to it that we were fully satisfied when we picked it up later in the day. Thats what good customer service looks like.
I did a fairly exhaustive search for these specific tires for my Tundra. I knew what I wanted, and decided to price shop for the best deal I could find regardless of dealership or tire store. Super Ford had the best pricing anywhere and with the fastest turnaround, even compared to the big tire chains. I was in and out in under 2 hours, right in time for a weekend trip that pushed my tires to the limit. Abe and Anthony were very nice and extremely helpful in answering questions and ensuring I got the right tires at the right price and on time! Super service from Super Ford!
We ordered a Mach E. Nik Kian kept us informed and was absolutely amazing upon delivery and the completion of the final paperwork. Steve, in the accounting department was fast and professional. This was a tenfold improvement over the experience we had in 2016.
Very professional service department. I dropped my F-150 for an oil change. Everything was super fast and they even washed the outdoor of my car. I recommend them!
Brought my car into get an oil change. When I purchased my car I also purchased free oil changes. When I brought it in for my last oil change the service guy said you have one more left. I took it in for the one more free oil change. Went to pick it up and apparently my last free oil change expired. So it was $65. LHM Ford didn’t even bother calling me to tell me my last free oil change expired they just changed the oil and expected me to pay at pick up. It would have been better customer service if they would have called me and said your last free oil change expired do you still want us to change the oil.. I would have said no and had my husband do it for much less. Not happy at all won’t take my car back.
Fantastic service, and we didn’t feel pressured at all. No hard sell. No efforts to “up-sell.” We told the salesman what we were looking for, he paid attention, and showed us our options. He answered all our questions, and even answered questions we didn’t know to ask. The closing process was super smooth. We’re so happy with our new vehicle, and equally happy with LHM Super Ford! Highly recommend.
The service staff is incredible here. I bought my truck from here 5 years ago & still come back for all maintenance on it including oil changes even though I live in Draper because of their customer service. They take such good care of me every single time.
One of the worst places to go when trying to get your vehicle fixed. They take down information and then don’t save it. Never got a call about my vehicle and when I called. They didn’t have my name or phone number in the system. I tell them what my vehicle is and they don’t even know where it is. Or who I dealt with. Apparently it was a guy named JASON. WHEN HE GOT ON THE PHONE HE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER AND HE PROCEEDED TO TRY AND ARGUE WITH ME. WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND JASON WHEN I SAY I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR BOSS? THEN YOU HANG UP ON ME? SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU DESERVE THIS 1 star.
Kinda a long story...but we showed up with our 2020 expedition because the rear passenger door was. Rubbing on the front. It needed a simple realignment. So my wife walks in to ask to have that done, and Todd tells her it’s her fault and not a warranty issue, and hands her a card to a body shop. HA! How on earth is that NOT a warranty issue. It wasn’t damaged or hit. The alignment was off from the factory! (This is the second BAD interaction I’ve had with Todd. The first time he told me I didn’t know hot to operate the Ford Explorer I had and that the rattle in the front left was my imagination - except it was the broken rack and pinion steering which was a known defect on the vehicle).Needless to say, I was not happy with the response, so I asked to see the manager, Abe.Abe heard our complaint about the door, asked Todd why he said wasn’t a warranty issue, shook his head, got up and went to inspect the car personally, and told us it was in fact a warranty issue and that they’d take care of it immediately. That is customer service done right! He handed us off to Nate Martin and he took it to the shop and had it fixed and back to us by the end of the day.So, Abe and Nate are pros. They know what they’re doing, they understand customer service, and they have the right attitudes to get stuff done right. Todd...not so much. After years of taking Fords to this dealership, I’ve learned that most of the guys at the desks don’t care and don’t want to help. They take the path of least resistance and aren’t helpful. But Abe and Nate are different animals. They’re pros. Thanks guys!
In over 50-years of auto buying I have never had a worse experience. I was provided a written quote on a new 2020 Ford truck, that was consistent with the website ad for the amount off invoice, and consistent with a competing dealers ad. After agreeing to the deal over the phone, I drove nearly 250-miles through a snow storm. When we started the paperwork, the Salesman said oops! I made a mistake, the price is $3000 higher than the written quote provided to us. We were not offered even a bottle of water for our efforts. I wrote a letter to the GM of the dealer and have heard nothing (after 2-months). This deal was through the COSTCO Auto Buying Program. I reached out to COSTCO and they provided me some partial compensation as a good will gesture. COSTCO assured me that the dealer GM would contact me. I am still waiting.
Not a happy camper. I have never liked Larry H Miller and I like them even less now.Had my RV in the shop for 12 days for a half da job. Did not want cover job that should be on warranty because it was a brand new RV that we had never used. Very not caring or in a rush and getting the job done before holiday. Said they were backed up then they should not say to bring in your vehicle if you are so backed up. Also very bad at communicating.MDo not recommend and definitely will not use them ever again.
I am extremely disappointed with my experiences with this dealership. My sales person has been pleasant to deal with besides the fact he did not disclose that I was purchasing a $2500 warranty. (Make sure you read your paperwork thoroughly- they showed me a cost breakdown of the loan before going through finances, but did not put this warranty in that cost, so as I was signing paperwork I noticed the increase in the cost of the loan). I bought a vehicle and immediately started having issues with it. Only a week after getting it I couldn’t drive it at all. I was told to bring it in ASAP, so I did. I called to get an update & they didn’t even have it checked in hours later. They finally said they had it checked in but no one could look at it for a few days (then why was I told to bring it in?) Colby was my service writer and was extremely rude. I asked for a rental car & he said he didn’t have any. Uh, what?! I explained how they sold me an unreliable car that had issues they would have known about before I purchased it so the least they could do is provide me with a rental & he said “I didn’t sell you any car” I cannot believe the unprofessional from him. My car was supposed to be ready yesterday & now it’s not going to be ready until Monday. Let’s see if that happens. The guy I talked to on the phone this morning in service was also very rude & snippy. These are only the few issues I have experienced. I will never purchase a car here again and I definitely recommend you go elsewhere.
Great service at Quick Lane. Matthew S. was very friendly and welcoming. My vehicle was ready in the time they had estimated. Would definitely take my vehicle back with the same advisor!
This is the slowest place ever to get your oil changed. The worst part is that they keep coming out to say it’s almost done and then it’s another half hour before they come out and say the same thing. They say they have a good deal but honestly I’ve never waited less than two or three hours to get my oil changed. I think I’m finally fed up enough to go anywhere else.
If you are in the market for a new Ford you gotta ask for James Rytting. He made the process too easy and got me taken care of in no time at all. Highly recommend!
Pretty simple. Called in to schedule an oil change, but the rep told us just to walk-in. We walked-in and they told us they wouldnt take us cause we didnt schedule an appointment. Figure it out.
In and out. No fuss. Never purchased a vehicle so fast. Thanks.
Lowered my payment and got a way nicer truck than what I had thanks to Super Ford. Diego was great to work with and kept me updated throughout the process.
I love taking the flower van to Larry H Miller. They are always kind, respectful and attentive. Very thorough and detailed work. Quick too!
Working for a shop, I deal with a lot of different dealerships, and by far and away William McKnight in the parts department is the best! Its hard to find a decent parts guy with knowledge anymore, but Will is the go-to guy! Even after our shop moved, I still continue to make the longer trip, because you cant beat good customer service! Give Will a raise because he is the kind of guy that keeps customers coming back! You can tell he actually cares about the customer, and not just the sale. You cant beat that service with a stick!
Purchasing a new car isn’t something I do very frequently and I chose Larry Miller semi randomly. I’m glad I did. Bree, Milt and Adam were all great. Helpfuly answering questions and processing the sale really quickly.. I’d highly recommend although Mult truly is a goofball.
Never in my life I would choose to go again in the service department at Miller Super Ford Salt Lake City. Went there 3 times, each time having the same transmission sensor issue, got charged 2 times on different parts and got pushed for weeks on warranty work after their technician diagnosed that they have to replace the same part they put in and now Im on back order for who knows how long.. never been able to speak with a service manager when I asked for. Such a frustrating experience.Anyway, Ive decided to take my truck to another Ford shop and check it again, and guess what, the problem was completely different and got fixed in 3 days. Now its running great! Way more professional, better customer service, better technicians. I highly recommend Performance Ford of Bountiful. They are committed to serve you the right way and they value your time and business.
I am happy with the service I received. Service employees are very knowledgeable. They know their stuff. Well done Paea.
Diego went out of his way to get the vehicle back for us and made the process to get rid super easy. Smoothest process I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle.
This is one top notch dealer ship they are not out to screw you over on service like others (Tim Dahle) got me fixed right up and back on the road thanks!
I usually have such horrible experiences with Ford (I live in Oregon). Was passing by Salt Lake and needed a service and these folks rocked it. Such a profesional and helpful team. Amazing service. I wish I lived in Salt Lake. Its all about the people and these folks have them!
Horrible service, and they never answer the phone. Would highly advise going to a more professional dealer
Poorest service I have ever experienced. Called and was told to come pick up vehicle. It was a three hour wait when I got there. The service technicians were cocky. Will not be returning. Several other customers were complaining as well. Go somewhere else if at all possible.
Our family was passing through and a spark plug / coil went out. Found the closest dealership and took it in. When we drove up we were impressed on how clean the dealership was. Spoke to the service manager who related it might take until Monday to get it repaired. I explained our situation and to my surprise they grabbed a mechanic and got to work. 2 hrs later and a trip to get pizza for all the guys our Truck was fixed. It was a busy day and to have them treat us the way they did we were shocked. This kind of hospitality doesn’t happen where we live. Thank you again guys. We made it home safe and the truck had no issues.Matt
This dealership goes out of their way to ensure provision of excellent customer service.Pricing is fair, also. The service writer also has an unexpected and delightful sense of humor and lightheartedness that added to the overall good experience .
We walked in and met right away. It was a easy and fast process. There was no haggling they were honest with our value of our car and did not try and come back with a super trade value. Nic and Moe were awesome to work with.
This was my first time visiting this Ford location. I was very pleased with my visit. I was greeted immediately and graciously by a Doug Messerly who helped me out. I was in an out within 30 minutes for an oil change. I will be going back to this location and will work with Doug every time. Thank you so much!
Easily made an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation the day before online. The work was finished within an hour while I waited. Even had a window chip retailed. Best Ford service I ever had.
Cole was so amazing at helping me find my DREAM CAR. he went above and beyond. he helped me even a week after i had bought the car. overall really great experience here!!
Worst experience EVER!! I would never recommend this place to anybody. I took my truck in for a simple oil change on Saturday and was told someone would call me before the end of the day (4PM) to let me know my truck was ready for same day pick up. Long story short 4 PM came and I never received a call or text, leaving me uncertain if I would have my truck back or not. After multiple failed attempts to connect me to the service department which at this time was already closed I finally was able to speak to Cory the Sales Manager who told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to go the whole weekend without my truck and call back Monday. When Monday came still no call, I had to reach out to them and get an update on my truck of which every person I spoke to was clueless until I spoke to Matthew Saylor and he was able to locate my truck and the status on the service that was supposed to be done. I had to miss work in the middle of the day to go pick up my truck from Draper to Salt Lake. When I got there I spoke to the Service Manager Nathan Martin who basically told me he had no idea what I was talking about. Terrible communication not only between team members but also towards their customers. Lastly before taking my truck home I asked Matthew if the oil life was reset along with the updated sticker for my next oil change and he confirmed it was all taken care of only to find out the oil life was not reset and sticker was not updated for the next oil change. So now the question is was the oil change really done? I followed up with Nathan and Matthew via text on Tuesday and I have yet to get a response back from anyone.
Great experience at LHM Ford. Cameron and Brian were a pleasure to work with and got the truck of my dreams! Thank you!
I did everything remotely and Diego was awesome to work with over the phone. As soon as I got there it was a quick and easy experience and her got me a full tank of gas for the ride home!
Good luck on getting anyone to give you any updates at all. When you voice concerns, they could care less what you have to say.You would call the person over your car, not only would they never answer or call you back but they tell you that you will get a faster response if you text but thats not true at all.Not a priority in my opinion.
My 21 year old Ford Taurus needed some work, tuneup, transmission service and oil change. I asked them for a quote on a rear window actuator and to let me know what else might nerd attention. $807 for the 3 services listed but no quote for the window actuator nor did they plug into my car for additional diagnostics. It was a let down since I am on a fixed income and have to plan on these things. Their service used to be outstanding.
If I can give Larry H. Miller Super Ford less than 1 star I would. Last Friday we went to pick up a truck that we had in service and we had to call road side assistance because the truck was worse than when we took it to the Super Ford. The lights werent working, and The Road side assistance also did a bleed that Larry H Miller supposedly already did that same day. After the bleed the truck started working just fine. I called on Monday to ask what did we end up paying for? Jason told me he was going to talk to the tech and let me know. I called him back a few hours later and he didnt answer his line. The third time I called I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused and proceeded to transfer the call to Jason only to tell me that he didnt have an answer. I have been waiting since Friday, today is Tuesday. Worst service ever, they charge for a service that they didnt end up doing.
Paul was super awesome working with! He knows his cars and will give you the car you want at the price you want. Super impressed. I guess I’ve been going to the wrong dealership because this one felt like family — in a good way.
Our van had a recall. We had to contact Ford Motor directly to get the matter resolved. First we were told there wasnt enough mileage to do the permanent fix, then when Ford got this resolved, they tried making the same excuse again when scheduling the appt. Took the van in at 8am, at 2:45 we called and were told it was half done and would be ready that day. At 4:45 we called and were told the service person had gone home and the vehicle wasnt finished. I told them I needed it the next morning. I picked it up about 4 minutes to 6PM, however there wasnt a copy of the work done and a copy would be emailed the next day. Still havent received that. Very poor service.
Great experience! I the advisor thy helped me was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the services that were being completed on my vehicle. Jerald is great! I will bring my vehicle back as long as he is there !
Absolute joke-the amount of time it takes to get anything done at this place. Horrible communication between checking in and communicating between their employees. 5 hours for a service.
Huge Shout Out to Matthew Saylor and all those who helped me in the process of getting my ride checked out. Matthew and others went out of there way to be excellent workers for me and really know what they are doing! Wonderful experience and I plan on coming back in the future for whatever else I may need help with. Couldn’t have been any Happier! Thank you!
Very pleasant experience Ken Tanner done a awsome job Thank you
Reviews are very difficult trying to say one side of story without bashing hard working good people. Unfortunately the one star doesnt reflect the awesome employees over general manager that lets emotions get in the way of being a professional general manager. Hopefully this text will go unnoticed and general manager has to pay for costing FORD a customer by choicing not to repair recently purchased truck. The good employees are what keeps dealership in business and Unfortunately the person in charge who shouldnt be in charge gets credit. I am hoping Toyota or Honda treat me better because vehicle cant be repaired need trade in. Good luck and hopefully emotions dont get between receiving good service. Happy holidays and God bless
Overall I had a good experience and would highly recommend this service department. My one issue is that my appointment was for 8 a. m. and I assumed that someone would get on the job, I would get a call in a couple of hours and I could move on with my day. I waited at home all day and was not contacted until 2:30. If they wanted my car that early, why did no one look at it until the afternoon? Next time I will get more information about what and when things will happen so I can better plan my day. I did appreciate the Uber ride home and return.
We had a great experience! We worked with Brad, he was so nice and able to answer all of our questions. It was a quick process without any hassle. We would definitely shop there again!
Great Dealership. My sales rep. (Brad Fisher) was professional and did his best to work on my needs and requests. Keep me well informed during the special order process. Delivery was on time and Quick. I would buy from him again.
