Tried Red Rock. Literally 14 people in the place and they would not seat us until our other members of the party arrived. Poor service. Will not return.

When Red Rock announced they were opening their Beer Store, I was completely pumped! This was our opportunity to drink some of Utahs best beers as they were intended to be consumed. Cold and fresh! The freshest Elephino in the world! I promise this is so important! The crew at the Beer Store are always so friendly and helpful! They are always will to chat about everything from beer to music! I highly recommend stopping by and loading up!

Ive been a fan of Red Rock since they opened, and its great that they have yet another avenue to purchase their beers. This is a great location, and is on my way for several trips. I try to stop in whenever I can. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I always look forward to coming back! Great work guys!

This another of the Best Locals-Only Secrets in Salt Lake. The website says something to effect of the freshest you can find and its true, true, true!Salt Lake has got a beer culture ( no pun) that would be the envy of a city much larger, and Red Rock Brewery is one of the great brewers of Utah. Their beer in the supermarket is just fine, but theres nothing like pulling up to the door of the brewery for ones beer.I wont list my favorite of the beers, cause my favorites, and their inventories, change regularly. If youre wondering about the stuff in the store, ask. All the staff Ive met have been knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and they seem to actually enjoy talking about their beer.This place might be bit tricky to find, but that is only once. Easy to find (really) from I-15 (6th North exit) and Third West (US 89, Beck St.). Absolutely worth a side trip.

The Red Rock Beer Store is a conveniently located to grab and go beer from a top notch Utah brewer. You can pick up cold beer (high abv!) to enjoy at home. The selection is awesome and the prices are reasonable. I also recommend stopping by one of the two breweries themselves if you have the time to enjoy a great meal with the excellent beer!

The atmosphere is so cool here! I went for Sunday Brunch back in June and cannot wait to go again! They have $2 mimosas (yum). I recommend the Crispy Pork Belly sliders, pickle chips, Roppongi Crab Stack. All of the dishes are freshly prepared. Sit at the bar of you can.

Love Red Rocks new store on the west side! It has made an excellent addition to the growing Guadalupe area. You can pick up your chilled favorites and even enjoy them on the picnic table in front if your heart so desires. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have always enjoyed the beers that Red Rock has to offer. In my opinion their beers pair better with food than other beers. Their Honey Wheat has always been my favorite. It is an easy drinking beer that goes well with just about any dish.

Great location, easy to get to from I-15 and fresh cold beer. If you think Elephino is good in general, try it a couple days off the bottling line. The last two times I have been its been 3 and 8 days old. So much better. Just wished they bottled more beers :)

I am writing this review with mixed feelings. I want to spread the gospel of this freshly brewed beer with my fellow Salt Lake City-ites but I want this place to be my special secret!! Oh well- Ill spill the beans. It is home of the most delicious beer and the friendliest staff. I got a personalized tour when I went in, and absolutely love everything there.

This beer is off the hook. Theres nothing like getting it right from the source. The fact that its never warm like liquor store beer- and fresh and cold is absolutely wonderful. I love this place. Five stars!

The Oatmeal Stout is arguably one of the best in the state! It is very smooth with rich notes of chocolate and coffee. I Love the Restaurant, and I am even more stoked about the beer store!!

I love Red Rock, I have been drinking their beer since I was of legal age. Their store is awesome and in a great location, I can drop by and pick up my favs on my way home and enjoy Red Rock in the comfort of my home. Great varietys and great prices. I LOVE Red Rock, stop by you will love it too.

A bit hard to find the first time but easy to remember, going back. We came looking for Paardebloem and missed it the first time, but scored the last bottle when we went back. Everyone was very helpful, letting us know when to try back and even talking me into a bottle of the Anniversary Red. :)

Ive stopped in the Red Rock brewery on occasion to buy a few beers. They were always friendly and helpful even though they werent really outfitted to be a retail shop. I was really glad to see that theyve put in an actual store. Fresh Elephino from the brewery is delicious... I even managed to luck into a couple bottles of Secale a couple weeks ago. Highly recommended, Red Rock makes great beer at great prices.

To my chagrin, I did not get the name of the great employee at the Red Rock Store. Its 6:30 pm, the store closes at 7, theres a thunderstorm, and the power is out. Im in town for just a couple of days, he doesnt know it, tells me that he can take cash only (duh, the power), and Im off in search for an ATM. He welcomes me back minutes later and takes me on a tour of his offerings by the light of his mobile. He talks with me about the noise my car makes, the ABV of his selections, the sugary content of the new Belgium offering. Good God! If we all had passionate folks like him working with us, work would be pleasure. Thanks, Red Rock. Oh, and btw, your Anniversary Brew Rocks the House!

Love Red Rock! Its great to be able to buy cold beer that is above 3.2% alcohol. You can fill up growlers with whatever they have on tap at the time.

Only two beers on tap for growlers at a time but they rotate quickly. Great beet and if you need more variety, the other red rock location is just down the street

Im glad so many Utah breweries are doing the bottle shop thing so I dont have to choose between cold 4% beer or warm full-strength. The location is conveniently near downtown and its becoming my go-to beer store. It helps that Red Rock beers are amazing, too. The last time I got the CoHOPeration, the cashier said it was bottled three hours prior. Now THATS freshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Too bad I cant shop on Sundays, though—thats the only (albeit glaring) drawback.

Great place, great location, just around the corner from my church, imago dei. Just wish it were open on sunday. I believe in drinking what you have, so not buying to much. Then one wont run into trouble, but sometimes rules must be broken. Red Rock makes me break my own rules. Drink responsibly but be responsible and drink best. Life is to short to drink bad beer.

Full little shop with more than a dozen different Red Rock beers in 500ml format, selling for 3-4$ each. A few things on tap to taste and growlers to go as well. These are the full-strength batches made on-site, some of which are also produced at the brewpub at 4%. Friendly and knowledgeable folks, and I’m especially fond of their German beers (Pils, Fest, Rauchbier). Like all UT stores they close at 7pm on weekdays and are closed Sunday. Fresher than you’ll find in the state stores. Three reasons for the high ratring: 1) the beer is killer, 2) the salesperson was very personable and friendly, 3) more people should know about this place. The hours are the big gotcha, but these bottles can still be found at the Red Rock brewpubs for sale on premises.

Just a convenient place to pick up beers to take home! Some of the best beers in the state and the staff is always enjoyable to talk to about upcoming releases for new brews!

Your favorite beer, COLD! I wish it was open every single day, but I will accept the three days a week it is open. Employees are nice, selection is good.My favorite, favorite thing is the Pardebloom. But you will hate it so you should never buy it. Or buy it and bring it to me.

Probably the best beer in Utah, the Belgian triple, and the 20th anniversary red ales are my favorite. Beer is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and this is top quality.

This sweet little shop is convenient especially for all you Marmalade, Capitol Hill, Fairpark, Rosepark folks. I love being able to see the interworkings of the brewery and get fresh, cold beer. The white w red lettering signs on the lawn will keep you from mistakenly driving by it. Good location for bicycle access too.

Elephino is arguably one of the best IIPAs in the country. Its my go-to beer. Mikey likes it!

Finally. This is one of those things that you always assume was there. Whats to like about it? Well of course cold beer rolled off the factory line. Which is exactly what you want for the Elephino. Its great to pull up and buy a bunch of beer and as soon as you get home enjoy it right away. Im glad to see I can finally get stuff that the Utah Nazi State Ran liquor store doesnt even stock, such as the 20th Anniversary Ale (one of my favorites) and of course other seasonal such as the CoHoperation. It would be nice to get some 4% taps here eventually, nice to load up on some Lagers in between those IPAs.

I have loved Red Rock since they opened! I have followed their victories at teh GABF and comments regarding the Utah laws dont allow them to hide behind high alcohol, but alas, now they are able to live in two worlds. I visited teh beer store for my first time in late July and I agree with many previous comments, the staff are as awesome as teh product. Drinking an Imperial Stout now, I know...odd time of year for such a big year, but the rain is rolling in.Cheers!

Great beer brewed in Utah? You bet! Head on over to the Red Rock Beer Store and you wont be disappointed. All of their brews are simply world class.My favorite Red Rock beer is their Le Quatre Saison. A nice Belgian-style ale. Pour yourself a glass and fire up the reruns of this years Fleche Wallone or Ronde van Vlaanderen cycling races. You wont be disappointed.

Red Rock makes not only some of the best beers in Utah but also in the world. The first time I tried their Nut Brown I was hooked. There Rauchbier is fantastic! When I saw that I could buy Elephino, Le Quatre and Reve in my local liquor store I was very thankful as I cant make it to SLC very often. Le Quatre is on par with the greatest Saisons in the world. Kevin and the crew are damn good at what they do and Im thankful for it.

I showed up to the beer store today at 4:15 PM and the gentlemen working inside said they were closed even though the time that is posted on the door clearly states that they close at 5 PM. If you close earlier then that I suggest you update the times that are posted.

The owner came out as against raising the percentage alcohol drinks available in grocery stores, I will not support this company that would do that when we could have both higher percentage beers in grocery stores and the ability to visit here.
