Absolutely love this brewery! Lots of great beer and different varieties. The service is awesome and the space is very comfortable. The food is also fantastic. Dont let the location for you. This place is definitely worth it!

Nice spacious place with picnic style tables outside. Limited menu of salads, sandwiches, and burgers. The food was good and I really enjoyed my side salad.

Stopped by after arriving at the airport - nice service, decent beer selection (we liked the birthday suit) and good food. Nachos and turkey club both had a unique twist but delish! Would come back!

My first time in Salt Lake city and my buddy brought me here. Really cool spot with large open front area that has games like corn hole for customers to use and a stage for live bands. Large crowds shows that the people really like this place. The female bartenders (didnt get their names) were very cool and attentive. Uinta offers a very large selection of beers for anyone to enjoy. They also offer liquor for those who enjoy a shot with their beer. Food is also offered and according to the bartender the hamburgers and salad with salmon are a must try! I recommend this place for beer lovers and their companions, alike.

Solid brewery with good not world class beer. Smoked carnitas tacos very good, they use fresh ingredients. Nice atmosphere. Only open until 7pm as in industrial district.

Ill echo most of the comments on here - the experience was amazing. We were looking for a quick bite and a chill atmosphere, and the staff quickly helped us settle into a comfy spot outside. Food was excellent with great beer pairings. Highly recommended!

Do not get the nachos. Waitress said yeah, theyre good. If you like bagged thick chips with a lack of cheese, scoop of guacamole and a scoop of sour cream on top with salsa on the side...then this is the meal for you. Very disappointing. Told the waitress they were not good and she replies, oh really, I have never had them. Why didnt she say so when we asked or ask us if we liked them? Not great service.

My wife and I were in from out of town and wanted a dog friendly patio to enjoy the weather. We were in from Denver for a couple days and found this awesome brewery. Austin and Mike were bartending and they were exceptional. Super hospitable and considerate to our new pup. Overall good beer and good vibes! Check it out. Cheers

Fantastic food paired with the flavorful and diverse beer you should expect from Uinta. Their tap room is super clean and the Patio has nice seats and heaters. Pairs perfectly with tired legs from a full day of skiing!

We landed here randomly because I wanted some vegetarian food. And Nomad has some amazing food, the southwest beyond burger and the salmon salad that my husband got. We went back again the next day to grab some beer (lime was so refreshing) and ended up getting more munchies which were all great.Loved the service, the smiling faces were a cherry on top.

The food was really good and had good flavors and sauces. The service was fast and the employees were good. The location of the place is understandable for a brewery, but not a great location.

My wife and I walked in with our two month old, and asked to drink at the brewery. We were told no, that no one under the age of 21 was allowed in the brewery, that it was “state law.” That is not true at all, my wife and I have been to a handful of breweries over the last two months with our newborn and have been able to sit and have a drink. What do they think we’re going to do, get our 2 month old drunk? Before anyone gets feisty, I was going to have a drink, and my wife was going to drive, as we don’t drink and drive, especially with a baby. We brought this point up to the brewery staff member, and they told us that we had to leave. This was a shock to us, because we have been to other breweries for the exact same thing. We will never be going back to Uinta brewing, nor spending a single penny on their beers ever again. Good job losing a customer over 1 pint of beer!

Great food, great beer. As a longtime Uinta lover, coming here exceeded all my expectations. Staff are extremely friendly, even though it was unusually crowded for a Saturday. Definitely a must-visit.

Really good pub food, great portions too. Beer was good and they had a lot on draft. Not a ton of space in the restaurant but overall a great experience. Definitely check it out!

Great beer. Good food. Menu selection is a little thin but both items were delicious. Also a nice selection of beers and the ability to buy singles to go so I can try some at home vs over doing it at lunch.

Loved coming here. its a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the drive. the food they offered was amazing and their beer was the best. Id recommend stopping by. they arent super busy, probably because of the location, but definitely worth it.

Very clean. Fantastic beer. Their burgers and fries are to die for. Oh, the service was phenomenal, our bartender (Austin) made us feel right at home.

If you enjoy craft beers, especially with extra hops, this is the place to visit. If you like only pilsners or amber bock, they have those too, its still a great place to relax at the bar or a table. Nomad restaurant located inside, is new since they opened back up in December, due to pandemic concerns. Menu looks good, shared a burger, was pretty good. Not really tried much of the food menu.Great service, the staff treats you very well, keeps the beer, cocktails and shots coming as you desire.

Elizabeth the waitress was amazing, watched her politely hand some rude immature guests with professionalism and maturity. Great place for a quick stop between flights.

Awful customer service, the airport branch needs a ton of help. Was told to sit at the bar then the kid who was trying to serve drinks didnt see the server walk me over and told me to wait in line like everyone else.Will not be back.

3 Alarm Burger with a fried egg was awesome. Beer was stellar as always. Golden Spike Hefeweizen is by far my favorite, followed by Hoodoo Golden Ale. Great staff for sure, Alyssa and Nick set the bar for excellent service.

Very nice and stylish taproom at one end of a regional brewery. The serve food even though I only quaffed a few pints before a flight. The burgers look good. I like Uinta’s beers but they are not off the charts. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a fine way to spend a couple hours before heading to the airport.

Airport location. I had no choice of food in this particular terminal. I ordered a yummy looking chicken sandwich. My California Chicken Sandwich was horrible. I have never bitten into a chicken breast filet like that before. It was tougher than the worst steak I have ever eaten. The chicken was so tough that I had to discard it. Since I had already paid my bill online the server stated that nothing could be done about the situation regarding compensation. I guess my $16 will have to be considered a donation. My loss was their gain.

Austin and Kylee were very attentive and friendly behind the bar. The food and beer were both fantastic! I would definitely recommend!!

I work nights right next door to this place on the pm shift, needless to say I havnt been able to experience it. I did that today and the beer is the best I have had in the US. Fantastic atmosphere and Austin the bartender was great!!! My suggestion is the garlic burger paired with a nice hoppy Trader IPA! Salt Lake City has stepped up there game Big Time!!!

I was a loyal customer for about 8 months came here Monday 10/11/21 around 5:00pm They sold me expired beer i ask if I could get a different beer latina dress like the 90s she just gave me attitude like are you serious so I just took it make me have the runs and throw up as well i try to talk to the manager about the situation she just denied something she didnt see her coworkers do it was kind of impossible to talk to her it was a waste of 42 dollars of beer IF AM GOING TO PAY FOR BEER I EXPECT QUALITY NOT WHAT EVER OLD BEER YOU GOT IN THE BACKTHANK YOU

Unpleasantly surprised by limited menu before 7:00 on weekdays. Services at bar lacking. Beer served in hot glass out of dishwasher - just lack of common sense/training. At least Grapefruit IPA was delicious.

This review is for the location in the airport. My burger was terribly overcooked and brought out with no condiments. No silverware was brought out for salads or fruit. Didnt come to refill our beverages at all during the meal. Just bad service and food all around. Dining in the airport we werent expecting a gourmet meal by any stretch of the imagination, but this was pretty bad.

Uinta brewing has been one of my favorite beers for more than a few years but today I decided to check out the pub for a burger and I was amazed. They have the best garlic burger Ive ever tasted and Ive tried many. The garlic flavor was full but still balanced enough to taste the difference in higher quality beef than youll find in most restaurants. Like most places the great beer is even better on tap where its made and they craft it using renewable energy such as solar and wind. I love the passion of the outdoors with eco friendly choices. The store is great for merchandise or buying beer to take on the next adventure (just make sure you pack it out). Overall great drinking and dining experience.

First time there. I got the nomad burger and it was great. Sadly they dont brew their own root beer

Were a pretty good selection of beers to choose from. Our server was really fun. We were there during the week day, so it was a little bit on the slower side. We decided to have some wings along with our beer, I believe they were honey Sriracha. All in all it was a pretty decent place to go and visit on our road trip.

Always a plethora of beers to choose from, a vibrant vibe inside the brewery, and friendly staff. We were impressed with our falafel salad from Nomad eatery located inside. Its one of the best vegetarian dishes weve eaten in Utah!

Needless to say, we ate here and wasn’t too happy with it. Our burgers weren’t done, they stated that there is a sign letting you know how their burgers are cooked, sign wasn’t visible. They re made our burgers, but I was done the way they cooked it the first time I didn’t care for the remake. They were nice to take one of the burgers off but doesn’t justify my gf getting food poisoning. Oh and don’t look at the pictures for food suggestions, their menu has changed. So that scrumptious burger you see is definitely not on the menu. Thank me later!!!

Visitor from Georgia.I’ve been trying to make my way out here for a few years as I love this company and their Crooked beers. Unfortunately, COVID interrupted my plans to check out the brewery. However, I did get to speak with an awesome person at the company and was even given a little extra stuff with my order.Check this place out and don’t overlook the Dubhe beer! It is highly underrated.

This is such a fun brewery - the beer is always good (yay for Yardsale!), the food is now great now that they have Nomad, and as always, you have to love the staff!! Will be back.

Their burgers are delicious and the sweet potato tater tots should be tried by all.I normally would never drive 20 minutes for a burger and a beer but this place is worth the trip.

Uinta is my favorite local brewery so I have been meaning to get out to the brewpub and try the food for a while. We both got a burger, they were ok. They were both supposed to be cooked to medium, but both were well done. Had they been medium they would have been quite a bit better. The fries were quite good but the sweet potato tots won dinner. Between the tots and the beer, I will definitely be back.

Had such a great time at the pub that we visited twice in the last two days! We even had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the pub and general store. She took great care of us, and definitely converted us to Uinta fans for local brews. What a cool place, and a great example of good leadership. Employees seems happy to be here and willing to go above and beyond. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I went here for a paint night event. It was my first time at this location and my first paint night event. Both experiences were fun. The wait staff were very attentive even with a full house of painters and regular customers. I highly recommend the sweet potato tater tots, we snacked on those while painting. They made plenty of space available for the painting people. Overall I would readily return. I want to try more menu items

Good beer, great food, and always awesome service! Limited hours, because they are in an industrial area that sees more business during the day and they do have lunch specials.

Finally, a hot and spicy burger hot enough for me! Delicious juicy beef patty and enough heat in the sauce to make me hiccup. Loved every bite. Beers were top notch, too.

Brewery with a nice restaurant attached. Great atmosphere, cool vibe with industrial design. Food was yummy!! Made a change to my nachos, had chips replaced with sweet potato tater tots! Not on the menu but I highly recommend you ask. Shout out to the chef for making it for me! My BF had a Rueben Sandwich & loved it. Portions were a good size, we got super full, I even had leftovers to take home! Tried the apple pie beer, it was good but I’m usually a pear beer drinker and was hoping it was a little sweet. Not at all, But it is beer so not a deal breaker. Awesome staff! The hostess, bartender/waitress and the gal in the souvenir shop were all super nice and personable!! We were able to bring our dog along and sit on the outside patio. Didn’t have a chance to tour the brewery but we will definitely be back so hopefully next time!!

Ordered nachos for $13.... garbage. Came out very cold. No napkins, didnt get checked on, whatever, should have just come in for a beer

Could not give it a zero star rating. 3pm-7pm they only have appetizers their full menu only is available after 7pm.... they only serve Ales full strength. Dont come here hungry or if you want anything other than an Ale.

Uinta is an established and fantastic brewery. They specialize in making great beer to fit into Utahs strict standards. If you like IPAs you will love this place. The food is very good as well. It is clear the chefs spend a lot of time and energy on their food, and you can ask you server what beer the chef thinks best to pair with what you order for food.

Really great beer. Despite the very weird laws about serving beer over 4% out of bottles only hints is doing a great job. The tap room is very nicely done. Many taps and many bottles available. The food was great too. We especially loved the beer battered fish and chips, made with salmon! Super delicious.

Make sure you check your receipt. I caught the server attempting to overcharge for a drink. When called out on it, he argued with me. Told me the menu was wrong. He talked to a manager and continued to tell me how they should still charge me more. What kind of baloney is that? Definitely not returning. Lucky you got a tip at all. Made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor to reduce it to menu price.Had to ask for water glasses, even though we got a water pitcher. Asked for sauce, he forgot until food was cold.Nice try Austin, but you might want to consider a job that doesnt involve customers.
