A legitimately nice car buying experience. Larry Nguyen was a great sales person, kind, low pressure. He was honest about his knowledge and was quick to look up any questions we had about the car. He worked with us to ensure we got the promotion offered for our vehicle, and despite system problems was responsive and willing to communicate.At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car, and that made the entire experience worth recommending.

Bought my 2020 Bolt EV from there. Was looking for a used one and found that a new (at the time) was better value with all the incentives that Sarah was able to find for me. They weren’t well versed with the car and they didn’t really know much about it (EV’s are usually packed with lots of unique features that you usually have to become familiar with to get the best user experience out of them). So, I left with very little guidance but once I got home I was able to figure it out with enough time with it. Love the car. They might want to start getting used to these types of cars, whether they be EV or hydrogen or whatever is next. We need geeks who sell cars too.

Jump to the next paragraph for the punch line. Sharing a review specifically of Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I just moved from Seattle to Utah. My fan went out on ATS-V and I showed up at 7a on a Friday morning with no appt. Casey Johnson is the man. He handled the entire thing quickly and got me a ride to the airport where I was out of town. He texted with me regularly to inform me of status and options. I have struggled with so many dealerships over the years (none Cadillac) to get good updates.This was the best service experience I have had in my life. I have owned Jeep, Mercedes, Audi, Ford, Nissan, Lincoln, Toyota, Acura and others. None beats Casey at Jerry Seiner.

They always provide good service. I called and made an appointment for a vehicle recall test. They couldnt find me on the appointment list when I arrived, but still got me in and out very quickly. They also didnt have my name associated with my vehicle for some reason even though I have had it serviced there before and I am the original owner. Oh well, I think they got that updated.

I very specifically told the salesman exactly what I was willing to pay monthly and the price point I wanted to stay at. The salesman was nice but I felt like they were trying to pull the rug out from under me. The appraisal for my trade in was doubled my quote from here at CarMax. Definitely go to Carmax.

In October we were on a road trip coming from California in route to Moab towing a jeep on our flat bed trailer when we got an engine warning light. We were about 1 hour outside of Salt Lake so we called a few dealers to have the 2016 GMC 3500 checked. They said they couldnt see it until the middle of the next month!!! ugh. So we found Jerry Seiner @ 957 N. 400 East North Salt Lake and gave them a call. Without hesitation they made an appt and got me right in at the time of my arrival. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just bought our new but used car from them today. Great service. Didn’t get the deal as close as I wanted it, but every business has to make the margins for themselves and the client. With that I am satisfied. Thank you guys and I will buying from you again. Side note: Larry Miller ( Carol Malone Toyota was pushy and let us walk over only$800.00!!! If they would have split that we might of bought, but my gut told me they would of added warranty etc and bam... killed the deal again. Plus the salesman there said nobody will give a warranty I wanted... Well I got it from Jerry Seiner.... I definitely recommend them.

Their dealership kept sending recall notices to me by mail to get my vehicle airbag serviced. I called to make an appointment several times over a few days. No one in the service center answered the phone or returned my messages. Once I got someone on the phone they said they were not even sure if they serviced my make and model. The person I spoke to said he would check and call me but he never did. I then got another flyer from them in the mail that specifically mentioned my make and model. I tried to reach out again and got the same run-around results. In the end I took my car elsewhere. This should have been as easy as one call, one visit and done.

When I make an appointment for an oil change/service I dont expect a wait longer than 1 hour to 1 hour 20 min. Which is what the service guys tell me. What pisses me off is when I wait almost 2 hour then I have to go talk to the service manager to see when my vehicle will be done. He tells me 10 minutes, they are just wrapping up. After another 40 minutes I ask again... Its done but its been sitting ready to go for 30 minutes. Nobody told me it was done. This is BS! Almost 2 hour late for work. Be more professional and make the customer want to come back.

We came in with a preapproved loan and told them repeatedly that wanted to use our preapproved loan. After we gave them the information for our preapproved loan they ignored us and opened a new loan regardless of our wishes. Come our due date we a call from collections and we find out that we have two car loans for the same car.

Had appointment with sales guy Mike. Supposed to meet at train station. Messaged ahead, get there, no Mike. Messaged again then eventually walked to dealership. Worked with Sarah, great salesperson, then Mike swoops in, because we had an appointment, and doesnt show me a single car that meets my budget. One even more than double what I said I could pay. As far as I can tell, they have one sales person that can listen, she told me they didnt have anything in my range, but Mike insisted he could get me into something. Waste of time and energy. Pathetic customer service and total lack of respect.

Great experience. In under three hours my husband an i were approved an on our way out. Keith took great care of us. Bought us lunch and not vending machine food but actual burger an fries. About a year ago I test drove a kia forte. I was close to buying it but one of the service reps on the sales floor made a very rude comment to me and my spouse about not having insurance. They offered to let us take the car to dinner and we had our insurance number. I went to another dealership and bought the same car. Over the last few days I notice I have a pretty fast leaking tire and decided to see if they would patch it. Most dealers will do this for free to keep brand loyalty. Not Jerry Seiner! $25 for a tire patch is crazy! I ended up at a tire service center not far away. I would have taken it to the dealer I bought it from but its too far to drive on a fast leaking tire.Thanks for absolutely nothing Jerry Seiner! Your customer service is truly horrible.

Went and looked at 2014 f150, transfer case was not working right grinding spinning, sales guy was awesome, but the manager told me they dont know a lot about fords and seemed angry the salesman let us try the 4wheel drive, but he is 99% sure nothings wrong with it. Told me I could take it across the street to lhm Ford to have them check it out, if I bought the truck he would refund the expense of the inspection But would not discount any repairs if there was something wrong cause there guys do 100 point inspection Well lhm inspected it for free the clutch was bad so I droped it of and went to lhm to buy a truck.

I do not recommend Jerry Seiner at all!!! BEWARE that they have horrible commication!!! They sold a car right out from under me even though I was there before the other person. I had an approval that I wasnt told about. But I was told to wait until the next day for a bank they waiting on. They made the decision to not tell me about my approval and because of that the car was sold out from underneath me. I was told it is because they have multiple managers working deals and apparently another manager worked a deal after we were there for another customer to buy the car. On top of that they continued to pull our credit over a dozen times the next day!! They dont put there customers first and have horrible communication and customer service!!! If you want a great car buying experience DONT to to Jerry Seiner!!!

Just wanted to help the next person along... They definitely made us feel taken advantage of and took us for all we had. They were sneeky in writing up the paperwork and upon signing we realized they didnt do what was discussed in our conversation. Took our car for only $500 and then relisted for $5,900! At this point, we want to move past the upset feelings they caused us, but wouldnt feel right without leaving a review and hopefully directing another person to better, more honest dealership. We get our Kia maintenance from here and only here, they do a darn good job. Front desk help are always friendly and on top of giving great customer service. They have a shuttle that can take you and pick you up if your vehicle takes longer then expected.. In the end you get a free car wash token, cant say I dont have a stash for a rainy day!!

Its great to have a late night service dept. to bring your car in for repair. However its very difficult to get a hold of them after you drop off the car. the service staff seems not to be able to make a quick diagnostic decision and get back with you.You have too call and leave a hail Mary message that they will call you back. I figured after all these years in business this dealership and their service dept would have service of the car and the customer down iron, clad, cookie cutter. very disappointing!

They never respond to my emails when I ask them for help. I lost the record I had of both my username and password to their website, and I never receive the reset emails. I emailed them for several months and got nowhere. Sometimes theyd ask me if Id been helped, then ignore me and all subsequent emails when I said no. If anywhere else did all of the services dealers do, Id stop going. I hope they dont need me to have full access to my account through them.

The service department told me to come back at 4:30 to pick up my truck. I was told it would be a ten minute wait. After waiting an hour I went back into the service department and found everyone had left and it was closed. I’m currently missing my Grandma’s 80th birthday that I drove here for from out of state. I have to get my car tonight in order to drive home Monday. This is absolutely insane.

Took my daughters equinox there that she bought from Tim Daule because they couldnt read the codes( I think if you sell a brand of cars, used or new you should be able to read the codes) Ron the service guy was awesome and treated her with an enormous amount if respect. Oh my gosh. These guys were absolutely amazing. I bought a 2014 Kia Optima. I got it for about 1500 to 2000 under retail. There was a ding on that front drivers door. They said they try to do a dentless repair and fix up paint. But when I went to pick it up, they had fixed the dent and repainted the entire door. Way over the top. I really appreciated it. From now on Im giving them the first shot at any car I want to buy. They were very impressive.
