This has been the best experience that Ive ever had working with a dealership!! Unlike their competitor (Mike Hale Acura), they are totally upfront with all costs and pricing. Importantly, as a female purchasing a car (where Ive experienced male chauvinism from other dealerships) I was happy to work with a female salesperson who treated me with utmost respect. I worked with Julia, who was super sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me, made the numbers work for what I desired, and was kind & patient while I had a hold on the car for longer than I anticipated. Due to unforeseen negative circumstances, I could no longer purchase the car for which I had put a deposit down. I didnt know if I could get this money back but Julia was able to make this happen, and Im so very grateful for this! Buyer beware. I visited this dealership today to look at a used car. I had a mechanic look over the car while I took it on a test drive. The mechanic pointed out concerns to have addressed before buying. Overall, the car was generally in good condition. However, the list of items although minor to be addressed were significant enough that I didn’t want to have to deal with them all right after I bought the car. When presented with the concerns, the dealership only responded that another buyer was lined up if I didn’t buy it and that the car was as is. I decided to walk away. Hope the other buyer has a mechanic that can look it over before they make the purchase.
It was pleasure buying from Jodi Wilkinson Acura. My friend recommended this and I found it exactly the same. Josh who was our sales person, was very clear about the things. I actually didnt buy a car from them...but it was still a great experience. They are no pressure, straight forward, and helpful. I found the perfect car that was the best deal around (Id driven about 7 other cars at this point). I took the night to confirm the decision, and someone else bought the car before me! Before I start this review, I want you to know Ive bought a lot of cars, and I mean a lot of cars. I found Jodie Wilkinson Acura through one of those car finding apps. I wasnt really looking for a car but I decided to go look at it. I walked onto the lot and found the car I was looking for, A few minutes later a sales person named Kira came out and asked if she could help me. I said I was interested in looking at this car and she went back in and got the key for me. I decided to take a for a ride and she brought me a plate and Let me take it for a ride.Next thing I know we were in talking numbers. I have never had such a low pressure experience in my life, we talked a couple of numbers and next thing I know I was ready to sign papers. I was probably in-and-out of the dealership all told in about an hour and a 1/2, which is really good when your buying a car. No high pressure sales no smooth talking changing the subject, no schmoozing. I said what I wanted to pay for it, we agreed on a price, I told him I wanted for my trade, we agreed on a price I was comfortable with and I was gone.Since then I have gone back twice for a couple of minor things and they have been more than helpful. I just took a back today for something 2 weeks later and they were very good in taking care of the situation. Mind you, this was a used car and was basically bought as is but they have been super super great I would recommend them to anyone.

Ken Garff Honda didnt have the part I needed in stock today, so they referred me to Jody Wilkinson Acura. The all around service was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door! Patrick in Parts and Service went out of his way to help me install the part at no additional cost! And I paid much less at Acura compared to the amount Honda quoted me, and I have been Hondas customer for 18 years!! To say Im impressed is an understatement!! WAY TO GO, J.W. ACURA!! I leased a 2019 MDX Aspec in 2019.. I have been forced to go back to this terrible dealer due to the free oil changes that come with the lease. Since day 1 this has been a nightmare... From dents in a brand new vehicle to sales people ignoring calls to dishonest service people saying work was done but actually not doing the work. Today was simply the last straw and I hope I can save one of you the anguish of dealing with this place. I received an oil change and recall service this week. I woke up this morning to puddles of oil in my driveway.... I could go on and on... Plain and simple just go to Mike Hale. Skip this dealership.Update: 8.13.21brought car back to this awful place and was told the oil was cleaned. Got home and another puddle of oil in my drive way. If I ly google woul slept me give 0 stars... Nice try to Andrew R in the service dept. Not your fault....
I love Jody Wilkinsons family (employees). From Service (Matt, Jake and the others), to the mechanics (Ramiro), to sales (Olivia, Matt?), and finance (John, Rachel). They are the reason we continue to buy from there. In fact we have a closer Acura dealership to us but we specifically go to Jody because of the people. They have the best customer service! They make me feel like I am hanging out with family not doing business. It is always easy and fun when I go there it does not matter if its just to look, drop off for routine service or purchase my new car. We are on our 4th vehicle from them in 6 years. We love them all!!!
I usually dread getting any work done on my car. I always leave either spending a lot of money, or driving in fear that my car is going to break down because I didn’t fix what they recommended. I came to Acura because a friend had recommended them to me. The service adviser Jake told me a few things that were wrong with my car. Which I already kind of knew. What stood out was his honesty. He told me what was urgent and what I was okay to wait on. I left with a piece of mind and didn’t feel like I was being ripped off.When the times does that I fix everything, I will absolutely come back here and work with Jake.

Acura sent me a letter for an airbag recall so I drove 2 and half hours to have it replaced and afterwards the part of the steering wheel you press to honk was sitting to the left about a quarter inch and the back cover plate was not put back in correctly and you could hear scraping when you turned the wheel.. so I called them back brought it back in and all they fixed was the scrapping noise. I get my car is older and not as expensive but I still like it the way it was (correctly). So now Im going home to take it apart and put it back the right way thanks for all the help acura! Customer service was great though.

We just recently purchased a vehicle from Olivia Clyde, she was awesome!No pressure, made sure all of my requests were taken care of as well as ensured that we were communicated with through the process. The finance manager also got us a really good rate through a local credit union that I requested.Very good dealership, great inventory and nice team!

My Acura TL was purchased at Jody Wilkinson with a benefit of free oil changes. This was a tactic to upload other charges during the oil change appointment. The car seemed to be burning a lot of oil between visits after the car mileage was above 75,000, but I was told by Ryan at the service dept that it was normal. A class action suit was filed in California due to this issue. My questions pertaining to this were not acknowledged or addressed in a professional manner.The last visit I made, my car was returned to me with several dents on the hood and the oil stick handle was broken off. Clearly something was dropped on the hood of my car and the dipstick handle broken as a result. This should have resulted in repairs to the hood and a new oil stick provided. I went back to speak with the supervisor the following day and he denied anything happened that would cause the damage. My husband called and spoke with a customer service person and they also denied liability. That is the last I will deal with Jody Wilkinson Acura in any fashion. They do not service their vehicles well. They are not honest in their customer service.
They checked the recommendations Acura in Scottsdale Arizona made and let me know that the repairs were not needed yet
I did a trade in and the whole experience was pretty simple and easy. I had gone towards the end of the day but the staff was very friendly and helped me out with out any fuss. The deal offered was very close to my expectations and hence very less negotiation post the initial offer. Spencer (sales) did a great job of coordinating the sale. (Including finding the sun glass and lots of quarters left in the trade in, lol). Would recommend them based on my experience and the value provided.
Took in my 2002 Acura RL for the airbag recall. Andrew in the service department is truly awesome! They were quick and professional! After they were done inspecting my car they washed it and it definitely shines like new! Anytime I need work done I will go to Jody Wilkinson Acura!
I recently had a great experience with Jody Wilkinson Acura and in particular with Sales Manager Andy DeJulis. Andy has deep expertise and is a true professional. He puts non car expert people like me at ease. He is deeply talented and trustworthy. I found the whole operation to be first class including the service department which did a wonderful job for me. I highly recommend this dealership and will look to them for my future vehicle purchases.

I swear if I hear anymore advertisements on podcasts I listen to for this place I’m going to pay for my own campaign for some other random Acura dealer. Having an add played a million times in podcasts is the worse advertising campaign in the world.
I do enjoy the product I bought from this dealership, however they wouldnt finalize our contract until I was paid them, they where precedent on trying to add hidden fees. Would not recommend

I stopped by today looking for a vehicle to replace my wife’s vehicle. I was first approached my the sales manager “Jamie McMillan” she assigned a product specialist “Julia Arias” to help me look at two different vehicles. I was interested in a RDX for my wife, and I wanted to see if I would be ok with the TLX A Spec vs waiting on the TLX Type S. Julia prepared both vehicles (RDX and TLX) for me to test drive. She didn’t hover over me or ask any questions that felt overly intrusive. Honestly, they let me review and inspect both vehicles with my wife and wife’s father without interruption. Julia was very knowledgeable about the product. Idk how many dealershipsI’ve been to that I end up teaching the sales person about their product. This was not what happened here, I asked several questions and wasn’t fed made up responses. I wasn’t expecting to go to Acura today. I actually wanted to go on Sunday, I don’t like being harassed by a sales person. I’m actually really happy I went today. I live in Texas and we are here visiting my wife’s family, but I would rather come back here than deal with Acura of Dallas. After my experience today I’ll be back. If you’re questioning on which Acura to go to this is the one!!! Seriously. Julia and Jamie are a great team and my family appreciated their customer service. Good help is extremely hard to find these days. Thank you, and great job this is the way to sell cars!

I was there today for diagnosis. They told me the car will be ready in half hour to 45 min. I saw my car still standing even after 45 min. When i checked back in an hour I was told by the service manager that the car was not touched and the service person left for lunch. They offer a loaner car after the fact of waiting for an hour. It was a total Waste of time. The service manger Offered after the fact and was not Proactive. I hope the general manager calls me to find out how the service was done. I will not go this dealership again after such a bad experience.Even I work in the hospitality business and it was my day off. I can train your staff how to take good care of guests.

The printed offer sheet was on his desk when I arrived and was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. It was the most straightforward car purchasing endeavors I have had the opportunity to participate in. The car was delivered in perfect condition and was exactly what we had discussed.I also need to complement the finance individual, Rachel, on her professionalism and courtesy. Why would you buy a new or used Acura/Honda anywhere else? Im a lifetime customer. Also my older car needed some work, It was a very painless experience to get my car worked on. The Service Adviser Ryan was very helpful and explained things to me easily. Its a rare place that can make you feel happy about getting your car fixed. Honestly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had especially at a top of the line manufacturers dealership like this. Ive been to the Acura dealership in Boise ID and had a great experience and had no problems and was called and was updated all the time but this dealership was a joke I had to call them and even then had to leave them messages and then call again to talk to someone and had one problem with my A/C the the day after they said it was good I went to pick it up it didnt even work then they charged me another $685 to fix the next problem that they didnt even notice until I came to pick it up.it just was not very professional at all for having a top of the line dealership work on my car like that

He was upfront about the pricing and didnt pull any gimmicks. I was really impressed with him and the staff at Jody Wilkinsons. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle, stop by and talk to Andy. He will definitely help you make the best decision...even if it isnt with them.
I have dealt with many service departments including Lexus, BMW and infinity I can honestly say the customer service is amazing at Jody Wilkinson. Matt our service advisor is always there to greet us and ready to expedite the process. He is super transparent and honest. Matt is always respectful of my wife when she needs to go there and never tries to tell her something other than what he’s told me. (I only say that cause my wife gets lost in car talk other then that she is the smartest person I know) he always calls me with the diagnosis and recommendations. I like Matt most because he just tells you what the problem is. He doesn’t try to intensify and be theatrical about things and the recommendations which in most cases people just start saying yes to this massive work order. He is honest. And advises us. Key word advise’. I would recommend Matt to anyone acura or non Acura brands. He is just an amazing guy who really wants to take care of the customer. Thank you for the great service Matt. Never been unhappy with the service team in the last 10 years. Have come to trust their recommendations and believe their pricing is fair. I love the added car was and vacuuming and the free oil changes that came with my purchase of an RDX.
Went there 3 days ago and was told no after a credit check because of a bankruptcy I had. The next day went to Murdock Chevrolet in Woods Cross and within 3 hours walked out of there with a car that was better than the one I was looking at here. Life happens to real people and Im not sure they understood that.

First thing I noticed was that the salesman at Jodi Wilkinson was more knowledgeable about the cars and different models. The second and the more important thing I noticed was that Jodi Wilkinson was able to get me a better deal. Jody Wilkinson is the best Acura Dealer in the state of Utah. From the moment I walked in to purchase my new car and up to this day, it has been nothing but great experience. The car purchase experience was very low pressure. It was very enjoyable which is rare when walking into a car dealership. The service department staff are very friendly and professional. They do a great job and the car is always washed after each service. The waiting area is also very nice but you wouldnt be waiting for your car there for too long because their service is very fast. I will continue to take my car to this dealership and would recommend it to any Acura owner.

Also I required a shuttle ride while my vehicle was in the shop and it was provided quickly and I was promptly picked up and delivered back to the dealership when my vehicle was completed ! My tire issue was quickly pinpointed and suggestions given. They had the parts available and completed the job right then. Waiting area is comfortable with snacks/drinks and clean restroom.
Very poor service. I requested for a call back to inquire about the 2010 Lexus RX 450h. Never got one call back. When I went to the dealership to take the vehicle for a test drive I asked about the life left on the battery. Being that it is a Hybrid vehicle. The battery only has a short time for it to go dead. To replace it is about $8,000.00 dollar. They have no room for negotiation. Buyer be aware!!! $13,500 plus your $8,000.00 for the replacement of a battery in a few months. I personally dont think is the right deal. I dont think this is being Honest on their part.

Our Sales person Mike was laid back and knowledgeable, our finance girl Jamie, was so kind and helpful. There was 100% transparency in our negotiation and transaction. We got a good deal from obviously good people.
The diagnostics were done on my car for a dead battery that is less than 1 year old. The results were that nothing was wrong, which I find quite suspicious. However, the testing was done without charge and in a timely manner. We are used to (and LOVE) Lexus customer service and that is hard to beat. Perhaps Jody Wilkinsons staff should take a field trip over to Lexus.

Great experience buying a used 2016 Mercedes AMG E63S from Andy in May 2019.I was an out of town buyer and we quickly reached agreement on price before I arrived in SLC.Told Andy when I was arriving and the car was ready for me. The car was fairly priced and EXACTLY as described (mileage, condition, features). I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour after looking over the car, completing a test drive, and signing the paperwork.It has been a few months of driving and the car has been flawless.
I cannot thank John Erickson enough for his service on April 19. We traveled north from Cedar City and showed up right after the dealership opened to look at a used Ford Flex. We went on a test drive and loved it, certain we were going to come back and purchase it but we had planned to test drive several other vehicles. We let John know our plan, and he printed out a completely transparent and easy to read breakdown of price and even printed out a free Carfax report of another Flex we planned to look at in town but had shared our doubts about its condition and integrity of the seller. He was extremely patient with us and I never felt like he was pushing us. The whole atmosphere of the dealership as a whole was very calm and low key. We ended up unexpectedly purchasing a different make and model of vehicle at a different dealership otherwise we would have come straight back to Acura. Jody Wilkinson always manages to fulfill my every need from cylinder head to tow. The service department has some new faces that I like far more than the old. Especially Ryan, he is wonderful. Christie, the service manager, is a real doll and makes sure her staff are top notch. I love them.

My MDX had an issue that I needed resolved before I took it on a family vacation. I explained the urgency of my situation and begged them to fit me in anytime in the next 5 business days. The rep staunchly refused, and said he could only schedule over a week out. Took it to a local mechanic who stayed 30 minutes late and immediately remedied the problem. Came home from vacation to find a mailer from Jodi Wilkinson telling me their goal is to exceed expectations and make customers for life. HA! Stop it, you guys. Now youre just being funny.

🛠️ Took in my MDX for a recall fix. Service staff members were helpful and very friendly. There was a nice waiting area with free drinks and wifi. I was only there for the estimated time that they told me it would take. They also washed my car which was a nice bonus that I was not expecting. I had a very good experience and would come back again! 🚙

Acura dealer in downtown not just provide service, they also make you feel at home. I had take my car for over 9 years and I always get surprise for their kindness and great service. I always find smiling faces like Michelle, Allen, Jose and any other member of customer service team. Is comfy and quick experience.
My spouse leased a car from them last year and I went back to purchase an RDX given how much we like our MDX, but the GM could not be bothered with returning a phone call and it just cost them and the salesperson I was working with a sale.
