Coffee was great, very friendly service, and great atmosphere. Definitely coming back again!

Met a girlfriend here to grab a cup of coffee. I chose to stick to black coffee and when I was a couple change short of the amount, the owner was easy going about it and let me have my drink anyway, (don’t tell them I told you this!!!) ;) just kidding.But definitely cute it’s been around for a minute at least since I’ve lived here and I moved here in 2016, so definitely familiar to me.A good cup of coffee no doubt, no questions, 5 stars!

I adore this coffee shop! I think the coffee is delightful and the owner is so nice! They have to cutest little knick knacks inside, its radical. Definitely check their chai out too, absolutely loved it!

I love this place. Every year right before Christmas, my brother and I would head out to Salt Lake to visit our aunt and grandmother. Every morning on the way to Grandmas place wed stop at Jitterbug for coffee. The gentleman that owns the place is very kind, and the coffee was always great. Unfortunately, our grandmother passed a year ago, and thanks to Covid we cant come out to visit our aunt right now, but I still think about this place all the time. I hope we can come by again some day.

Best iced chai tea in Salt Lake, right off 700 E is also very convenient and fast service.

I popped a tire on the way to work and pulled into their parking lot. Not only did they let me park there I got things sorted but they even brought me out some coffee. 10/10 genuinely nice people

The barista is a total D. I asked for my drink and he told me I should go to Starbucks? Like what’s that about? I asked for an iced coffee and the guy looked like he had never seen coffee outside of a Folgers can in his life. 10/10 will never come back here it’s trash.

My gal and I went here on a whim and immediately got hooked. They’re menu has everything you could ever ask for in a coffee shop and the gentleman who run the establishment are extremely friendly. I’m already getting excited for my next visit to the shop.

Locally owned coffee shop. A very diverse customer base is treated like family and greeted by name. Better prices and friendlier service than either of the nearby coffee chains.

This place is great!! The coffee and service is the best. A really fun relaxed atmosphere like no other coffee shop in the state. Small and welcoming for everyone. Because of this & the unique atmosphere my grandchildren love to come with. Bruce the owner makes everyone feel welcome.

The owner is super nice. Always goes out of his way to make sure Im happy.Its a great place to study, which is good for me, but I fear they could use some more customers. Not the perfect place if you need a fancy drink and are in a hurry. However they have quality drinks, are local (F#@% corporate coffee), very nice and a comfortable, quiet environment.Support your local businesses!

Divey, cozy, and classic! Love this little gem of a coffee shop. Diner tables and chairs, little cast iron stove surrounded by cozy couch and love seat, independent music scene, poetry... Its right out of novel! And the coffee is good, too!

Good coffee. Owner is nice. Hes got a stack of MARSHALL amps and guitars he jams when no one is around. More of a 50s diner coffee shop. Support local business amd go there instead of the chains.

Went there and the place was dead silent, and the loudest sound was the floor creaking. It was the kind of tense silence you would hear in westerns when the saloon is dead quiet just before a fight. The coffee ended up being serviceable but tasted a bit too bitter for my taste (got a latte and had to add a bit of sugar). The decor was pretty old school and neat but something about it felt off, cant put my finger on why. Not creepy nor tasteless, and only hinting at grandmas house. The place is also very tight and can easily get a little claustrophobic. It might have been an off day, but I wont be going out of my way to go there again.

Coffee is good, but it takes time. Not your usual rush and go, but the coffees are usually worth the wait.

Seems charming... need to keep consistent hours though... closing up early two days in a row took it from a place i would probably go once a week to a likely never...

Cute coffee shop with drive-up service. When I worked downtown, I stopped by every morning. I stopped by on weekends, too. The owner remembers your name and regular order after a few visits. I always liked the coffee and other drinks! I sometimes stopped for lunch on the weekend: freshly made BLT, yum.

Small, but good service and great atmosphere.

Bruce, the guitar playing barista, is a good guy who serves great coffee at great prices and makes the best Ruben Sandwich in town. I also regularly have the breakfast burrito. He often remembers the names of his guests as well as what they normally drink. Great hangout. I have used his wifi, played his guitars, and charged my phone. The Bug Juice should be on your bucket list. The Revolver (six shots) for those mornings that come earlier than expected. Hes a Beatles fan and now somebody I consider a good friend.

Coffee was good but I wouldnt recommend the food.. I could of made something better at home

Awesome! Stopped in from out of town on Easter morning hungry and in desperate need of coffee and we were pleasantly surprised! The owner was helpful, friendly, and made us amazing americanos and tea. My americano was not bitter at all and our tea latte was scrumptious! The food was tasty,fast, and hit the spot right on. I have seen this coffee spot since pretty much I moved to Salt Lake City / Sugarhouse area. I have always wanted to try it and would be reminded each time I would pass it by. So, I started to get intentional about having something happen with this coffee shop and I set a meeting with a friend up at this gem of a spot.I had such a wonderful experience and the gentleman who I assume was the owner was so hospitable like it was his own home or something and just overall very accommodating. I paid for my black coffee in cash and he went ahead and let me use two dimes as I searched for change. Super nice and such a rarity to have that sort of thing happen.It was a nice place to chat and pretty private. Coming in there was a few people visiting inside and then some customers thru the drive thru and also that popped inside to grab coffee to go. For most of the visit we were in there without other guests and had the place to ourselves especially our preference of where we wanted to sit! I highly appreciate & recommend Jitterbug! The decor is super cute too!

The coffee was good though the space left little ability for conversation if you didnt want anyone else to easily overhear. That would only be possible if it was filled with people.
