This location is alright, the drive thru usually takes a long time and the parking is terrible. They are usually out of milk substitute which can be frustrating.

Newest Starbucks location I’ve seen to be added to the downtown location and I’m all about it!I frequent here a lot and it’s on 400 and 400 so think close to Trader Joe’s, natural grocers, the public library, and some other rad buildings that you may just happen to be in when the craving for your favorite Starbucks drink just hits you!At least that’s how it is fit me anyway! I love the dragon drink and I get the 20oz iced beverage size of it. If I order through the app I order extra dragon fruit because it’s too good to pass up!Other great options if you’re a coffee or tea person, or tea latte, or latte person. Lots of great non dairy milk alternatives and very friendly staff!

Service was good. Pastry case was empty. Parking is tough with the drive thru line. Google address is currently incorrect (takes you to their old location).

Usually really great besides long drive thru line all the time. This time our drinks were delicious, but our cups werent filled to the top.

Baristas are super friendly and the drive thru is very fast. I used to be a partner in a suburban area and it used to be so slow so its nice to have a Starbucks in a downtown location be fast and efficient.

I was waiting for atleast 7 minutes, at the drive Thru, kept saying “hello” and still no one could tell me to wait or anything to let me know to wait … then went up to the window and still no one to take my order. Pretty upset that I couldn’t get my drink before work.

Hours say 0530 am. Every other morning for the past week they either are or arent open at 0530 despite posted hours. Employees just ignore you when you come to the door or drive up to the window. It is really frustrating to be a customer at this location and to just be blantantly ignored. You want to open at 0600, fine; but post your hours at 0600. Stop wasting customers time.

A nice little Starbucks! Parking is horrible but thats basically anywhere in Salt Lake :)

3 separate visits there is no sign saying they are out of certain milks. So I have had to wait 15 mins. In the drive thru. Be courteous to customers and put a sign up

Like this place for tasty coffee, nice service and clean space! You can chill here or work, very convince sofas and chairs.The clean part is very important for me because in the center of Salt Lake there was lots of dust at the windows and sun-blinds.

Ive always had a great experience at this location. All of the employees are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Im sort of new to coffee and Ive never felt talked down to for not knowing something. They were always willing to explain to help me understand.

Good location. They share the parking lot with multiple other businesses so sometimes parking can be a hassle. Service is good and definitely have a wide selection.

Delicious fast and friendly

I enjoy the Pacific Northwest drinks but the Salt Lake City prices are insane with a $2.50 drink being billed at more than $8.00! Crazy. And its like this at every Starbucks in this city! I am no longer a daily drinker for this reason. These prices are insanity.

This place has really done a great job of managing long drive through lines. They are always friendly and have my order ready fast!

Had a long line of cars in the drive thru but it went pretty quick. The barista was great and made a puppucino when he saw we had dogs in the back seat.

I come here almost every morning before work. The workers are very friendly and I typically have a good experience. The only consistent downside of this location though is trying to avoid dairy. I think theyve not been out of almond milk 2 days (out of a total of like 20) Ive ordered this last month and have also apparently run out of soy this morning. Now I dont NEED places to accommodate my dietary needs, but I feel like accommodation is one of starbucks selling hooks so I do find myself frustrated this morning. I also heard them tell the person 2 cars behind me that they are also out of chai. Who does the ordering at this store?! Being out of soy and chai is whatever because they usually have it, but honestly with how often they dont have almond milk they should take it off the menu as an option.

Weird experience - I just moved downtown and this is the closest coffee shop to me, so I decided to give it a shot. Ordered the white chocolate mocha, and the first 1/4 of it was fine. I started tasting a funky texture that at first I assumed were marshmallows, but as I got further down, I realized must have been scalded milk? It was the consistency of egg drop soup after the first 1/4 cup, and was physically not drinkable, because it was so thick, that it wouldnt come out the hole. Tossed it. Ill just walk the extra few blocks to beans and brews.I work in food service, so Im sure it was just an accident, and I dont mean to go full blown Karen - im not upset. Just thought it was funny that a shop that EXCLUSIVELY sells coffee couldnt make an even halfway decent cup of coffee? If I were the store manager and had that coffee served to me, someone would need to be re-trained 😬

Standard Starbucks coffee, other drinks and and food. Free WiFi. Lots of seating including comfy chairs, tables, community table, outdoor seating. A good choice when everything else is close Sunday mornings.

This place was low on customer service and the staff were almost robotic in nature. Ordered drinks and they had 2 people filling the mobile app orders before anyone started working on the 2 drinks we ordered...(a tea/lemonade and an iced coffee)... Disappointing this location was this way. The facility is nice, super clean nothing wrong with anything else... Just mediocre staff. 🙁

Every time Ive gone in, it has been a wonderful experience. the workers are so nice! the place is small, so dont expect to always find a table, but the seating is comfortable.

If youre looking for a nearby coffee shop to work out of, go to Salt Lake Roasting Company. Internet here is painfully bad. This is a serious issue for me as a remote worker. I primarily go to Starbucks locations, and this one is right next to my apartment. Ive been here 5-6 times since it opened, and I dont think Ill be coming back to this one anymore after today. Ive had to use my hotspot most of the day.Service is great, employees are nice, and the new location is clean and chic. Its a shame its unworkable.EDITED: Internet is fixed now!

Nice place. Music was a bit too loud at this location. Other than that its a nice place to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy time.

I tried to confirm my drink and I really would like to know who was on the intercom that said “ok” then when I confirmed again they said “we’ll see” ?!! And then they gave me my incorrect drink and sent me along my way. What!!?? Just tell me you can’t make it so I can order something else btw (it was a basic drink with two ingredients). That really irked me, you want to get what you pay for, so just communicate with your customer.

Pretty great place. The food is fantastic but pricey. The coffee is pretty good, there are many places to sit, people are usually studying or working there so thats kinda the environment. Your average Starbucks, really. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional as far as comparing it to other Starbucks locations

The aura of this place is so mellow. Everytime I come in the greet me by my name which means they take the time to learn who we are. They dont get paid more for this, they do this out of good vibes and auras. Not sure what Leon is saying but yeah they are great here.

Horrible customer service this morning in the drive-thru! I have never experienced such a rude worker until today.

The new Starbucks is nice and the food and drinks are excellent but waiting at the drive thru is not my thing plus there are vehicles on somedays lined up all the way out onto the street. No good

I every day I go to Starbucks all I want is a dark roast but when I get there they only have that Pike Place available which I got sick of years ago. So I always have to do a poor over of a dark roast which takes time, more time an employee could be using to wait on more customers. But nothing can be done says the managers but just do poor overs to get a dark roast after 12:00 noon.

Mixed review here, I just bought whole bean coffee here. As we have just moved back to SLC I needed some coffee to brew at home. This Starbucks is in easy walking distance from the apartment. Looks very new and clean. I chose to buy their holiday brew as it had a sign saying buy one/get one free. As I go to pay for it, i notice the same bags tagged and on display on the counter for $10.77. They ring up my order and it comes to $14.95. I ask how is this possible as they are tagged $10.77. The gal behind the counter tells me that when they are BOGO they charge full price. I responded that they are tagged $10.77. She speaks with a manager(?) who angrily comes around the counter and starts ripping the tags off. The managerial looking guy doesnt speak a word to her or to me. He just pulls the tags off. She looks at me and says Sorry. I said to her At least honor the price with me standing right here. So she did reduce the price to the tagged price of $10.77......I appreciate what she did. However, if the bug guy is a manager, he could use some training on customer interaction. Because of his attitude I doubt I will return to this location......Sad, my wife and I drink a lot of coffee.....

Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. I just wanted to write a review about a particular experience. Came in for a quick drink before a long road trip. Two employees, male and female (I want to say the females name was Ursula, but I could be wrong) were present. Both were delightfully friendly and genuine. They put my crew and I in high spirits before a long journey. Kudos, guys! Staff here is great!

The staff is friendly, especially to regulars! It goes a long way to greet someone by name. And they work quickly. I frequently see them sweeping and wiping down throughout the day to keep it nice and tidy as much as possible. The large windows face south too, making it a sunny and light area to hang out at while you sip on a coffee

This place exudes that oh so hipster and innovative salon-type atmosphere. Here you can expect the usual busy writer, student, manager named Brad. But the staff is lovely and will always speak to you in a friendly way that feels genuinely kind. And I always get the Triple mocha frappuccino with espresso and its always perfect.

This location moved to 4th and 4th. It’s the worst starbucks... every single day I get a blonde roast and I’m well aware they stop brewing it. Every other location will instantly do a pour over, this location waits the 10 minutes till I get there then proceeds to tell me they can’t do it, can’t do pour overs, until someone tells them to do it. Then I’m waiting even longer. Why not just instantly do a pour over when you receive the order like ever single other Starbucks?!

Barista was helpful and kind explaining to my 8 year old whats in the dragon fruit drink.

Perfect place to get a hot/cold drink and do some homework or have a conversation. Ive never had a bad experience at this location and theyve never gotten an order wrong regardless. Used to have one across the street from my work now go to this one the staff are really friendly and amazing customer server I havent had an issue so far but I do believe because of the level of customer service if I did have something wrong they would make it right.
