Very cute shop, with lots of great flavor options! Not only do they have very tasty gelato, but they also had an assortment of pastries and candies as well. We loved eating our gelato out on their front patio. Super fun place to stop and get a treat!

Delicious Gelato! It was so creamy and flavorful. Lots of fresh fruit flavors as well as traditional Gelato flavors like pistachio, hazelnut, stracciatella and lemon. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Cannot say enough about this! The cake I got from here not only tasted AMAZING, but was so beautiful. Laura NAILED it! BEST. WEDDING. CAKE. EVER!!!Tasted incredible. Italian buttercream is SOOOO much better than American buttercream. The design that I showed her she did such a great job on. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Good prices too!I have always loved their gelato and now I would recommend cakes and anything they offer. Always so great!!!Flavors were lemon with cream cheese filling (huge hit!!) And other layers were chocolate cake with hazelnut/chocolate creamy deliciousness.

Wow just wow Gelato how it should be! Gelato always looks soft and yummy in the case but is usually hard as a rock (they can barely scoop it it). Here the Gelato is as soft as it looks! A wonderful texture and OMG vegan options!! It was truly a delight for our vegan sweet tooth. So many flavors and a good selection of vegan ones too!

Great gelato, great staff, a bit pricey. So 4 stars it is. I dont deny its great, but for a small portion, its not cheap, by any means. Try it, though. Great things come in small packages, right. If you want a small very tasty treat, you wont mind the price. Just be prepared.

A nostalgic ice cream soda fountain experience, Italian style. The ambience of the music, art and delicious gelato make this a must go experience. I feel like I have arrived somewhere back in time and it makes the wonderful gelato taste even more delightful.

Love the vibe! Lots of varieties, I got a mix of 4 different flavors and at first I didnt think it was big enough scoops for the cots, but.. I was wrong ahaha, its actually a lot more than you would think and for a moment I didnt think I could finish. I will say, out of all the Gelatto places I have gone, this place is the best here in Utah, and it isnt just about the flavor or how well kept the place is.. The service was top shelf stuff :)

YUM! This gelato shop has a good variety of flavors and very generous serving sizes! It is a cute little shop and a little hard to find but worth it. I decided to go with this place for my wedding cake. I met an amazing lady named Laura. She made my wedding cake! Which turned out amazing. We set up the first initial appointment which was the cake tasting. Let me tell you the cake flavors were great! She was so attentive to what we wanted. I came in with two different photos of an idea of combining the two for my cake. When she showed up the day of my wedding to deliver my cake an hour away. It was beautiful exactly what we wanted and it was in mint condition. She stayed and set up all the little extra stuff and made sure we were happy before she left. I definitely recommend Laura to anyone who needs a cake for a special occasion. I will be returning soon again :)

I love Sweetaly. I searched for a long time to find authentic Italian Gelato in Utah. This is the best in Utah, by far.

Excellent little gelato shop. Fun variety of flavors and a nice atmosphere. The fruit flavors — we had lemon biscotti and POG (passion fruit, orange, and guava) — are perfect for a warm day.

Found out about this place through friends and social media, so we decided to visit. The decor gives you a very 1950s atmosphere, which I found charming. The gelato is great, rich and creamy and bursting with flavor. I tried the ferrero rocher, tiramisu and coffee crunch flavors, with the coffee one being my absolute favorite. If you love cold desserts in a relaxed setting, definitely give it a try.

Wow, this is the best gelato I’ve tried in the US. I paired the Ferrero Rocher with raspberry and it was devine. So creamy and the perfect consistency. Will definitely return to try more flavors!

Amazing gelato. Flavors are changed out regularly and are often seasonal.  This location doesn’t have the glitz and charm of her sister location on 1500 - but if you’re into it for the gelato, and I am, this place is great.I only wish they were open a little later.

What an absolute delight! We were greeted warmly by Kai who enthusiastically helped us pick our flavors. He asked us what taste profiles we liked and we ended up with the best gelato I’ve ever had. Its hard to find gelato like this that isn’t overly sweet, creamy or pricey. Kai is definitely a huge asset and we really appreciated his help. We will definitely be back!

Really good ice cream ! The shop is super cute! I had coffee and salted caramel flavors! The ice cream was so good that I forgot to take pictures :) I will definitely go back to try the dark chocolate and pistachio flavors!

My fiancé and I have been visiting Sweetaly for years now and are never disappointed. We have both been to Italy and this Gelato more than holds up against those we’ve tried there as well. The owner Francesco and his sister in law Laura have made every time we visit special and we even plan to have one of their signature wedding cakes at the wedding. I love this bakery! The owner is very friendly and the lady who makes the cakes is the best! She always makes my cakes exactly as I want them, many times they’re even better than the pictures. They’re super cute and taste amazing. My favorite place to order my cakes.

Seeetaly is the most fun gelato place in the salt lake valley. Its small but with a great selection which they make in house and rotate. Its fantastic!

Best. Gelato is to die for and you can get incredible cakes and custom cakes here. So well priced and incredible to look at and eat. Salt lake is lucky to have Sweetaly.

A fairly limited selection of flavors but the gelato is fantastic. Hands made in the shop and they have a couple of Italian pastry items as well. Prices are reasonable. Our server was very friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

I highly recommend Sweetaly Gelato, Best cakes in Utah. I order my wedding cake here and was very happy with the result. I only had that change to eat the piece of cake for the picture, because everyone keep asking for second, considering it was a five tier cake. Everyone keep telling us it was the best cake they had. Definitely getting all my party cakes here.

A little on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for - in this case, an amazing cup or cone of decadence. If you like to try a little of everything, like I do, you can get up to 4 different flavors in a single serving. I got 3: hazelnut, pistachio, and coconut. My wife got raspberry and chocolate. All 5 were outstanding! The best part is that you can tell its all real; the raspberry tastes like raspberry because it is made with real raspberries, the pistachio is made with real pistachios, etc. We will definitely be back!

This is the absolute best, most authentic gelato in Utah. The fruit flavors are made with local fresh fruit in season, leading to flavors that are amazing. Their traditional Italian flavors are also to die for!

This location is not open yet. We drove here and were told it will be weeks. My 4yr old was so disappointed. Its wrong to show you are open when you are not.

Tastes just like the stuff in Italy, which makes sense since that’s where they’re from. What impressed me most was the customer service. We walked in late but he was still very friendly and inviting. He asked questions to get to know us and gladly gave us all the free samples we asked for. We felt like they were really interested in building a relationship with us as customers. I hope to return in the future.

This is the place you have to try at least once. Kinda pricey but super good. If you have never had gelato, dont assume it is just Ive cream. Try the dark chocolate or the lavender.

Molto Bene!!! After eating a lot of gelato in Italy, I immediately started looking for some close to home. You can find some in grocery stores, but if you want the authentic, real deal you have to try Sweetaly gelato in South Salt Lake! You will not be disappointed!!! They also have dairy, and gluten free options that are heavenly, which sealed the deal for my wife and kids that have to watch for that constantly.
