Very kind and genuine people. We had a truck we were selling that when the guy arrived from NY to pick it up, it randomly was throwing a code. AT was awesome about letting us drive over, hooking up on the spot and letting us know it was just a low battery code. He refused to take payment and even trusted us to lend us a tool. Beyond nice and genuine. Going to come back for sure!

The mechanic was really nice and helpful, he lend us a jump starter to hooked up to our truck, then he did a check on the truck. We offer him to pay for his work, but he said we were good to go. Thanks for being such a good person.

Does anyone know this companies business license information, I am so disappointed I am not even going to write the review I am going to the state. Any information on who is in charge and any business license info would be helpful. ThanksI have filed reports with BBB, the EPA for the emissions delete and I am filing a small claim to get a refund for the repair they did not do. We genuinely tried to communicate with these folks to resolve the issue professionally but they are incapable.I am adding to this review because we wanted to wait and see how the repair was before going all in on these folks. We are not looking for some super customer service we really just want a good mechanic and someone trustworthy, We had a repair done here before but the owner of the ruck was in the shop overseeing the work the entire time and the repair turned out fine so we decided to send our truck back. The truck was towed in on a Monday, they told us every day that the truck would be done and it was in there a full week. On the third day Adolf claimed we wrote a bad review on them last time we came in and started playing games hanging up the phone and being very rude and acting really weird. Finally we spoke and I told him last time the repair was fine so we never wrote a review an I have no idea why he was trippin he calmed down and kind of bushed it off and was somewhat communicative on that one call so we were like ok maybe its ok plus we are in CA so there was not much we could do about it anyway. We are out of state and had a company driver in the truck staying at a hotel waiting, each time they said the truck will be fixed that day or in an hour or 2 so we had the driver wait. Eventually they dumped the truck off at Freightliner saying it needed an ECU update but that the issue was fixed and the truck was running strong, we paid $5500 and Freightliner called us the next day saying there was fuel in the coolant and a $6500 estimate even saying some of the things AT Inc said they did on their invoice needed to be done still. We tried to communicate with the shop everyday they just hung up on us and wouldnt explain the issue.They originally said it needed a fuel pump and gave us a verbal quote, then they said that Freightliner sent the wrong fuel pump and that caused a delay for another day, in the end they did not replace the fuel pump at all. They gave our driver one of there trucks in the meantime and I guess hired her? I think they just wanted to try to get the driver so they held our truck and scammed us. The owner of our company flew out to get it and the truck at Freightliner and it was not fixed at all. We have no idea what they did because he went over there to discuss it and they wont speak with him. They all sound drunk the shop smells like weed and it looks like they were doing a drug deal when we he came by to discuss the repairs and the place is a dump. They asked us if we wanted to delete our emissions system which is illegal and we recorded every phone conversation so we are going to the state their business license is also expired. We asked over and over for an estimate in writing but it was never provided, they would tell us one thing that was wrong and it would be this price and then they called us to say it was something else and it was another price we kept asking for an estimate to be emailed, Adolf gave me his cell and told me to send my email address in a text message but never sent the estimate despite me asking multiple times. See photos below I have plenty of time and I have been extremely patent but we are taking it to court.

I sent a truck there with check engine lights on. By the time drivers arrived light was off. They did diagnostic. The owner was very nice and said i own 0$ since they couldnt find anything wrong.Good and honest guys working there

The first time I called them to explain the problem I had with the fan clutch and air conditioning, they said it was a 4 hour job, and two to three hours for the ac. I had the truck stay with them for 5 days and they just finished my job as a fan clutch. I had to pay a hotel for a driver for 5 days for almost $ 500 just because of irresponsible people like Adolfo who lied to me day in and day out to work on a truck. The climax of the insolence was when Mr. Adolfo told me that he would fix the air conditioning and take another day to the hotel driver where the price is now $ 182 and that the truck will be ready by Saturday morning. Otherwise, get them on the phone to update, its an impossible mission. They should have told me right at the beginning not to they can accept a job and they are busy which is no problem, I would find another shop, this is how they drag you for 5 days for a 4 hour job, horror. I have been in this business for almost 18 years, I have not seen this kind of unprofessionalism so far, to be honest I would not recommend these people to anyone and if I could I would get a 0 star!!!!

I repaired my power divider. It works fine for Now Should have 3y. Warranty!They did a good job almost within 24 hours. The reason I am giving 4 star is because they gave me almost double price than i would pay in Chicago. 5400$Other than that Nice Guys.

They did a good job for me, and Adam is very trustworthy and fair. He gave the most cost-efficient and best recommendation for fixing my transmission, and rebuilt it. Ive been on the road over a week and it is running and shifting smoothly. Mostly I was extremely impressed with the drive and dedication of the staff. These guys are tireless workers. They dont quit until their job is done. They go until 2 AM and come back the next morning, even working Saturday and Sunday, which you dont see a lot in this business. I will definitely go back. They also gave me some good advice for what I can do to improve the longevity of my truck.

They are the worst truck repair shop. When you call them they will say yes we can fix your truck right away and then after you get there story changes. Dont know anything about def system at all. June 2019. First experience.The most HONEST people works here. They replaced the EGR valve, and gave me really the BEST price for reman parts and labor, with warranty! They have some parts in stock, so you don’t need to go to the diller. Didn’t charge me for diagnostic. Didn’t charge me for cleaning EGR pipe and sensors. I’m happy that I found them. One of the worst place for repair, please ask for written estimate from these people coz they r very clever, they jus say verbally but then after they will give you double bills what they said in the beginning, and time frame too. I drive a Ford e350 23ft RV, and it’s sometimes tough to find mechanics as I travel to perform oil changes and maintenance. These guys were great! The shop is kinda a disaster as they are all super-busy working on big rigs, but they got to my service right away, were very reasonably priced, and even helped with other stuff like gluing a coin over the crack in my windshield to stop its spread! As a solo female, I really appreciate honest mechanics and I believe these guys are. Gracias amigos!

Thief. I went there for oil breather. They charged me 4 hours on labor. They changed me 600$ for the part, the part was rebuilt and did not work. I got brad new part at the dealer for 400$. end up putting a new one myself and took me 45 min. I paid 860$ and they only refund me 150$ After returning the part. this guy is a thief. I’m putting this out here. You don’t have to believe me you can stop by. They use drugs and alcohol at work.rude and disrespectful. And that’s how thief act lol.

Customer service was superb. Fast communication and explained things very thoroughly. Chris was easy to work with and made sure I had everything I needed to pass inspection.

I called a lot of shops in the slc area nobody would look at my truck till Monday or Tuesday. I called At inc Adam told me to bring it got on it right away troubleshoot my problem with the hydraulic system. It was difficult but he solved the issue and had my truck back on the road pretty quick thanks for fixing my truck

Employees Smoking weed while at work on my truck and they smell like alcohol.If you tell them the issue they add to your bill. I asked for batteries and a altenator thats it and they added $250 computer diagnostic. This place is very unprofessional I own a large fleet of trucks and none of my trucks will ever touch this shop ever again. Id rather pay $$$$ and tow my vehicle back to my yard. If you can avoid this service, do it!I come in with ABS problem on truck (light on and stop lights on always) and they kept my truck in service for 5 hrs. and they I pay for $1050 a new batteries and connections (my batteries gives 13.6V and after was 13.7V). They told me they was bad. After I drove little bit the same problems come on.For Freightliner dealer takes 3 hrs. to fixed ABS and $450.This service will charge you ComCheck, EFS, T-check, Zelley, etc. because you ca not make cancel on transactions for bad work only.Its more, more bad thinks to say about them...Stay a way!!!

I had an experience with this shop a day ago. What can i say? Way too bad here, first of all they lied to me that they will take me right away, but when came to the shop said you have to wait 2 hours, at the end I was waiting 6 hours till someone start working, was asking for oil change, and crankcase breather change and the sensor change ( I had the parts already) . All the job was done in 2,5 all together with the oil change. Beside oil change they charge 3 hours of labor for crankcase breather ( 4 bolts to take out) and sensor (one bolt ) easy access . Dealer charges 1,5 for such a job . They charge 100/ hour . I dont recommend at all, better to go to somebody else definitely not here . Broke my oil hise while changing oil and put it in my bill. After waiting 6 hours he promised me a discount but lied againVery bad experience, avoid at any cost . Engine oil is PureGuard .

They were very quick for the type of job that I had done finding and replacing a an antifreeze leak on a holes. And best part was willing to look my truck when other wanted to take two to three days just to look at it.

Two of my drivers stopped here. They both experienced dishonest service. I did not reimburse my drivers due to I’ve told them time and again do not do “cash only” transactions. In the moral adult world there must be a paper (electronic) trail for ethical business.Please be Coherent in response or not at all. Do your reply sober maybe. Real not illegal businesses use electronic/paper trail to protect ourselves. The Walmart does sell dictionaries for you by the way...skip the alcohol while there. Very thorough and professional. The only place I have found that repairs my trucks the first time. I also like the fact that they give me a very detailed quote of everything wrong with the trucks so I never have any surprises.

On Wednesday, March 3 2020 I stopped at this place to do the forced regen on 2016 volvo d13.I asked them if they are sure that they can do it, answer was yes. After a few hours they started and shortly after informed me that it’s impossible to force regen with code that is active, but they can fix that within 6 hours and $900.00. I agreed.They started to work on my truck next day around 4 pm and after 6 hours didn’t finish the job, coming in and out of building and drinking alcohol. Instead he told me that I need to wait till tomorrow to order the part that is not included in $900.00. They never made any work order for me to sign. At this point I decided to leave. They refused to give me left side fairing. Ended up calling the Salt Lake Police department and field police report 20-42930.We should never let this kind of behavior go, I certainly will not. They will see me at court.
