Terrible experience. I purchased a turbo and was charged 52$ in shipping then after I get the turbo I find out I’m responsible for return shipping on core also. Ended up paying another 70$ to ship the core. Well after the core was delivered it was never refunded. I sent two messages one through PayPal and one through their site and got no response. It’s clear the core return process has no intention of providing info on the process or any confirmation they received the item because I have all the tracking info. They want you to return the core immediately now if they lose or say they haven’t received obviously it’s the customer that is out all the cost. I will never purchased again from industrial and I do not recommend them. They can’t even respond to an email and I’m sure they expect me to call and waste my time to try and figure out where my core refund is.

They had a six pack of injectors with transfer tubes in stock and better prices than places locally! They offered a discount if buying their fuel additive with the order, which is about the same cost as what I’m using now. The packaging was great and fast shipping. Their install video was good and having all the torque specs was awesome. Highly recommend them and will be using them again!

My boyfriend, his 70 year old father and myself were in the area when his father’s Dodge Ram lost power and the check engine light came on. Due to being in a borrowed box truck we had to leave his father and the dodge behind in Salt Lake, stranding him. This shop went ABOVE and BEYOND. The dodge was towing a trailer and they stored it securely on their property. They got his truck in right away, replaced the turbo and got him back on the road. If you ever need a shop, GO HERE!

We ordered a XR1 turbo for a work truck by one of my employees by mistake. My employee didnt know we are ATS dealer. Anyways I get a call explaining we didnt pay enough for the turbo. So I tried making a mistake to be a positive being in business my whole life. So I made a fair offer to have them complete the work and we will try out a new product. I personally love having more than one vender in my back packet. I work with you, you work with me, we make a positive out of a mistake. Im the largest Solar RV shop in north west Montana. Not taking care of me will hold some serious consequences.I will write every RV shop I deal with a letter attaching my experience and dislike on how this was handled. My offer was more than fare. Also Facebook, Instagram, Yelp will all have this review attached.For the record Skyler handled himself well and professionally. Too bad the company doesnt have the same ethics!

Rendall is completely useless. All he wanted to do is argue with me and try to make things sound more complicated than they were. This was the second time I have tried to use Industrial Injection. Waste of time on both occasions. This was the last time.I found another “Injection Service” down the street a bit. This guy was awesome. He told me that he could do exactly what I wanted with no problem. Ordered a gas cap online, and the Diesel additive. Part was out of stock, but they contacted me immediately, AND product was sent out quicker than anticipated with 2 coozies, and 2 stickers!!!! AWESOME!!!!

Some of the crappiest communication of most of the diesel performance parts suppliers! 12mm Stroker pump failed in the first 2000 miles, Sent it for a quick turnaround, promised to make it a priority! Truck was down for over 3 weeks! Mechanic installs repaired pump and its making 20k psi at idle! Promises to send us a new pump in the next 72 hours, That was a lie! Waited for my pump to arrive via UPS and rebuilt that one again! Truck will be back down again for close to 2 weeks! Save yourself some frustration and spend your hard earned money somewhere else! These guys only care about the $$$$$ not the customer!

First time doing business with Industrial Injection. After calling a few other local shops it was refreshing to talk to someone who actually seemed interested in talking to a potential customer. I called with some questions on my head gasket job and they were more than happy to help me out. I ended up ordering some parts and when I went to pick them up they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Less than impressed with the service, attitude, and quality of any interaction that I had. Over two months of down time for a set of stock injectors with multiple calls and not so much as a sorry. Customer service is non existent, would not recommend them to anyone unfortunately. 4 of 6 injectors were rebuilt wrong and one was doa. Ref # 97135

Had my turbo for three weeks, every time I called acted like they didn’t know anything about it. Last time I called the guy told me he didn’t know if he could fix it. 38,000 miles on the motor turbo cracked exhaust housing on caterpillar turbo. I would not recommend this place!

I called them and they were very respectful and answered my questions, Ordered 2 injectors on 2 different occasions and it came in nice packaging to protect them during shipping, I even lost one of my shipping return labels and they sent me the label again.

Ordered a add-a-turbo kit for a 2012 Cummings. Kit was missing numerous parts/bolts. Got the wrong air intake also. Been working with skyler and he has been good but has nothing to say about all the fitment issues Ive had with a bolt on kit. I sent numerous pictures to show all the modifications Ive had to make to my truck for the kit to fit. The oil drain had a hole in the weld, didnt think there would be a hole so put the whole kit on then found the leak and had to tear it all apart again. The coolant line for the stock turbo has to be moved/modified due to the placement of the new turbo. A tech at industrial said I shouldnt have to cut my battery box for the turbo to fit if I put the turbo closer to the manifold, but doing that you mess up the rigid coolant line to stock turbo. The hot/up pipe hits the heater core hoses coming out of the fire wall really hard if the placement of the turbo isnt looked at really good. I expected some modifications would be needed due to the nature of doing mods to a truck, but really all I needed from industrial was just a turbo and I could make everything else needed. Should have done that before spending 3200 for a bolt on kit that didnt come with the bolts. Feel free to PM me with any questions about my struggles with the kit. If the hot pipe was made a different shape that would fix many issues with the fitment of the kit.

I had purchased an S&B cold air intake from these guys for my Chevy Duramax a few months ago that I installed myself. Fast forward to last week and I wanted to purchase an intake for my Toyota Tundra to also install myself. They turned down my business as a repeat customer since, as they said, “we only do diesels here.” I asked if they could order it in since they’re an authorized dealer for S&B? Nope, “we only do diesels.”I would have been a repeat customer and they literally turned down my business. There’s no reason for them to not be able to order in the air intake. It was poor customer service and they’ve definitely lost my business in the future. I ended up going to 4 Wheel Parts in West Valley and had a great experience.

Absolutely stand up service. I spoke with Brandon over the phone and was extremely helpful. Couldnt be happier with the customer service from this company. Had him on the phone for probably longer than he wanted to be but didnt feel rushed or anything and he answer every question i had and provided additional information. Highly recommend this company Cant wait to receive the parts and get my LB7 duramax back on the road.

My boss has spoke with 4 people from your company and not a single one has gotten back to him. Y’all built him a high $20k motor that leaks everywhere, didn’t send him back the drain plug, missing fittings etc. Also his twin turbo kit was missing drain lines, fittings etc.I was going to send you my truck and have it all done up. I refuse to give your company a dime after hearing how you treated my boss.To anyone reading this, this review is more useful than industrial injections customer service.

Whom ever was driving the black Dodge truck creating road rage on I80 isnt a very good example of your company. If you have your company name on a truck you might want to drive a little bit more conservatively and not tailgate people. It would also be nice if you wouldnt pollute environment with the black smoke pouring out of your exhaust.

These guys suck! We took two Ecoboost turbos to be rebuilt. They say it will take a couple of days. After a week we hadnt heard from anyone and nobody would call us back. We finally got ahold of them and they said it would be a couple more days.They overcharged us by more than double. They caught that and corrected it, but how do you charge an additional $1,400 on top of the invoice?When we started assembling we started noticing missing parts or parts that were installed backwards. Its a good thing I have techs who know what theyre doing and are able to catch these mistakes.Save your time and money and go elsewhere. These people have no idea what theyre doing...

Day after Christmas I wanted efi live on my duramax and there shop was closed but he met me at his house and starlight sent him the tune within an hour and he tuned my truck within 30 minutes including installing the dsp5 switch! Awesome dude and definitely knows his stuff.

Their injectors went out in less than a month and they didnt even cover the labor it cost to take them out and put back in, plus it took over three weeks for them to get the injectors back to me

Just had EFI live installed on my 2011 Ram runs so much better, going to be having them do some more work, thanks guys

Worst parts iv delt with spent 3 k on 30 overs injectors and got 4 k miles out of them befor white smoke on start up

My 05 Chevy Duramax with 120+K had an injector fail while my Wife pulling her race car down to UMC from Bozeman MT. The failure happened in Idaho Falls and a truck drive in a fuel hauler helped her assess the problem. He asked where she was heading and when she said SLC, he highly recommended Industrial Injection. The next morning while parked at UMC she also noticed a fluid leak on the ground at the front of the engine. Upon doing my own research for a reputable shop in the area, the trail of good experiences and positive reviews led me right to Industrial Injection; so I decided to have my truck sent there. Industrial Injection found a cracked injector nozzle and a leaky water pump. They recommended only replacing the one failed nozzle vs. a full set of their custom injectors and replace the leaky water pump as well. During my conversation with Service writer, Trevin, I asked him what else my truck could benefit from? Knowing I do a lot of towing, he recommended a FASS fuel system, so I elected to do that as well. Industrial Injection seems like a very professional and honest full-service-diesel-shop. Their diagnostic work was timely, accurate, complete and world-class. The work they did for me was top notch too. I was very impressed with the clean install on the FASS fuel system,. Never buy injectors here they take way to long on warranty and have way to many failuers.

After my 2nd non warranty cp4.2 grenaded, I looked for a better more reliable pump called II and they were hands down the best in customer service with all of my questions and concerns. Very pleased with their products!
