We had a 6ft chain link fence installed. It took almost a month for them to get started, when they finally did, the men doing the job installed the posts very uneven. It took them another week to come fix this. Over a week went by and I didnt hear a word, so I decided to call and ask when we were scheduled to finish the job, the guy on the phone tells me we were not even on the schedule, but they would make it out the next day, so pretty much we were forgotten about. Well they did come out the next day and finished the job. My over all take is this company is they are not great with communication and obviously have some people working for them that dont know what they are doing exactly which for the amount they charge shouldnt be a problem. Overall the fence turned out good and I have no problem with the completed work.

I wanted to update my review and add that we are happy with the fence and the gate, but we didnt ever receive the statement or bill that you said that you mailed. Had I received it I would have paid it immediately as I do with all such transactions. I dont know if it was lost in the mail or what. But it was never received. We did, however, receive the receipt for our payment. Thank you.

We asked United Fence company to replace the flimsy 14 foot double fence gates to our backyard which got out of alignment in every wind storm. The new gates might withstand a tornado. Elmo was our gate builder and installer, very competent and amicable. Work was done on schedule and at a cost significantly lower than other bidders. Couldnt ask for more.

This is probably the best fencing company in the valley. The staff in the office are so fun and great to deal with! The installation personnel are very professional and great at what they do!

Our new fence is classy! United Fence gave a good estimate of the cost for an ornamental iron fence with two gates and one side chain link and the work by Francisco and his team was high quality. Very pleased!

They do not honor there warranty dont even bother with them. As you can clearly see from all the negative reviews, save your self the trouble. My good friend battled with them numerous times only to be let down. They did not honor there 10 year warranty after a couple of years it was installed. They deserve no stars.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!! I will never use this company again nor will I refer anyone. It has not been over 3 weeks since we paid half down on the job. The only part completed is the post, which was a shotty job. The post was straight, however the cement work was awful!Salesman does not return phone calls, office personal places callers on hold then forget about them. No communication what so ever on when my gate will be complete. I have asked multiple times for a time frame so we can be prepared ( I have dogs), still nothing! They act like they care but the action proves different. Whatever you are purchasing from this company, be prepared to wait in the dark.

I want to start off by saying that Pam is the sweetest woman and super helpful, but...I paid a $2800 deposit 10 days ago, and they said that theyd immediately put in the Blue Stakes request and it would take 1-3 days for B.S. to come do it, so that posts could be put in the following week. I called United 4 days after giving the deposit and they said no Blue Stakes request had been put in yet, but they would do it that day. 10 days since giving my deposit and Blue Stakes still doesnt have any requests for my address. United claims they did put one in, yet Blue Stakes has no record, so Ive asked them to please resend it. So far there is a ton of back and forth and me needing to push them to move my project along in a timely manner. We have an appraisal scheduled for one month from now, and need our fence installed. I really want to update this review with 5 stars because I hate giving bad reviews, and just want my fence done. Its a lot of money for us that weve saved up, but it doesnt seem important to United.

After deciding to install a section of chain link fence myself I researched and planned accordingly. I brought my list of parts to purchase and expected to list them off to a salesman to fulfill the order. Sometimes commercial type shops are annoyed by DIY homeowners like myself. This was the complete opposite. From the Start Pam wanted to understand my project entirely. She found some items my list was missing and spent around 45 minutes making sure everything was right. In fact everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Their products are excellent quality and they just have a down to earth feel to the operation. Thanks so much Pam and everyone.

I received a bid on 4-28-18 to do some fence repair at my house. I gave a $500 deposit and was scheduled to have the work started Friday 5-4-2018. Nobody showed up nobody called. I called United fence company to find out what happened and did not receive a call back again. I spoke to the receptionist and she looked at the board and said I was on the schedule again for Friday 5-11-2018. Once again nobody showed up and nobody called. And my $500 check has been cashed. Do yourself a favor find another company to do business with. There are a lot of good companies out there. Check Angies list for ratings before you get yourself in the mess Im in.

I am REALLY impressed with United Fence Company. Without going into a long story... These guys are the type of people who go out of their way to help their customers. Very impressed with them.

Spoke with Phil this morning and was shocked at his commitment to amazing customer service. He helped me to understand better what my project needed. He gave me good honest feedback on what to expect as far as pricing. Ultimately United Fence wasnt going to work with in our timeline- but the outstanding service Phil offered will make us customers for life

Poor craftsmnship. Not a year old fence gate started to rust. After contacting the company, their crew came to fix the problem. They left without saying anything. The fence gate has still rust .... Would not recommend this company.

Yet another place I wanted to be so pleased with. Rusty came out and measured my yard for fencing and gave me a quote on the spot, same day. Which was a first. Not mention only that, but it was over a thousand less than any other company I had contacted for an estimate. I had several questions and tried to communicate with this company several times and I have not heard a thing back from them. I guess they are too busy to take my money. Very very unprofessional. I’ll just be doing the fence myself.

Avoid this company. They never completed our job, we had to continually chase Fred Luttmer, the owner to finish our project. Fred assured us on several occasions that some one would be out to finish. Very disappointed in this company!

My experience was that I was treated poorly, bad customer service interactions can kill your mood when working with a fending company.

Rusty unprofessionally and wont even return mine nor my mother phone call nor text message.i had to call three time to tell them he had not made it out. Then he called my mom Saturday said he was coming she had to leave to take care of some stuff that she wouldnt be home. He came out didnt even due the estimate. Knock on the door few time the left . I then called back and made a complaint about the service we received. I called another company that would make it out there.

No response two different times. Seems to be trying to make more profit than being reasonable with customer.
