I had some eleven year old paint matched from the lid of the paint can. It was an amazing and quick process to see how this was done and how closely it matched the original color. I was impressed. I got undivided attention and advise from the girl helping me, which is becoming more rare in my experience.

Excellent curbside service. I felt safe while social distancing, yet still well taken care of. They placed the paint in my trunk without touching anything and had gloves on. Sherwin-Williams has incorporated good safety protocols, still allowing us to get the work done we need to accomplish.

Paid $30 for a quart of paint that ended up not matching in color or sheen. Plus the paint dried with a rough texture. This was after waiting 5 minutes to be helped and 20 minutes while the techs experimented with adding things because they thought the sheen would be too shiny.

The people at S-W are REALLY helpful and they seem to have the time to listen and help with your particular, usually small, situation. They may (?) be more expensive than Home Depot BUT it is well worth it and once you go there, they have YOUR PAINT mix on record. Yeah!!

The staff was indifferent bordering on rude. They didnt communicate anything to me and processed my paint without asking how much I needed or what I was using it for. The person behind the counter just walked away. Not only was my experience bad, but the paint didnt match. I spent $30 on a gallon of paint that is now garbage. I had the impression that I was intruding on their time with my small order and that I was not a contractor which made me inferior.I have received much better service at the paint counter at Home Depot on a busy Saturday than what I received from this specialty location.I am very disappointed.

High quality paint. They run sales fairly often, so be sure to ask. The employees give good advice and are very interior decorating oriented and current with trending paint colors.

Staff had no idea what they were doing.i wanted a rust inhibitor to go on to some rod iron I was painting. They tried giving me a water base primer. Water base on top of metal. Thats a good Catalyst for rust. They had no idea what they were doing or what even to sell me.

There are a lot of resources available for you to find what you are looking for in your next decor project. The staff is friendly and very willing to help you find what you are looking for.

Good paint, terrible service. I called in to mix paint and they seemed agitated by my questions. I went in to pick up the paint the next day and was met by more of the same agitation from staff. When the (confusing) discounts were poorly explained, the cashier was frustrated to go over them a second time and talked down to me. From my experience working in the service industry, I know retail can be tough but I left the store feeling angry and won’t be coming back.

Service is what gives them 3 stars. They seem very self important. I observed a worker lecturing a woman on prepping the surface and what sheen of paint she needed. The woman appeared embarrassed and was flushed in the face. The worker oblivious to reading the room continued on with his condescending speech. My husband and I walked out.

We were told to go here to look at paint and or stain specifically for brick. The staff was terribly slow that morning and even though our contractor recommended this place for what we needed, the staff had no idea how to help us or what we wanted. We ended up just walking out.

I called ahead of time explaining the project I was doing and asked if we could use the bac wiping stain and test it on some wood for different colors and samples. The guy I spoke to said we could do that after I specifically requested it on the phone. I did this so i didnt have to waste time driving out there. I show up to the store and no one says Ill be right with you or how can I help you? I waited my turn in line and the same guy i talked to over the phone walked me over to the bac wiping stains as i explained i was the guy that he spoke to and would like to test the stain on the wood. I got told well its oil based and it needs to be tinted and we cant test it Really? I just got told over the phone that we could and asked this so i didnt have to waste an hour out of my day. Walked out and they dont care. Thanks. Worst customer service ever. Go to the small paint shops. Support local.
