Great customer service and great quality work are alive and well here. I had an issue with the electric brakes on my trailer, and they diagnosed and solved the problem and had me back on the road within an hour. Everyone was very considerate and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I would not recommend going to this company very unprofessional felt very short on customer experience management did not know what was going on With his own company. I called a week prior do you do a state inspection Report on my fleet vehicles talk to four different people and none of them knew anything of my reservation they were very disrespectful and very vulgar definitely would not recommend this company to anybody looking to repair their trucks these guys feel very shady I would look into another truck company to repair your trucks

Dustin and Mike were awesome and the trailer repairs came out great. I have a small 16 ft dual axle and they did fantastic. In fact better than expected, have more stuff to send their way. They were fast and most importantly did a great job for a small customer when most of their stuff is bigger commercial and fleet based. For sure worth taking In motorcycle style trailers.

Hello all, I work as a driver using a 26 box truck with a height of 12 8. I brushed against some road tree branches causing some damage to the box truck. I looked up D & A Truck Equipment & Trailer repair. Called up Mike to setup when to show up which was 8am to 8:30am Monday morning. I met a Dustin once onsite and we went over the items to fix. Dustin got his reliable crew to fix the issues I had which were a propriety latch replacement near the roof top, the telescoping pole at the bottom of the rear billboard wasnt opening and closing smoothly, adding some vinly wrap to the scraped off trim edge where branch impact occurred, and added new rivets to the back hinge. Overall, professional, reliable, and great experience their team was. All fixes completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend D & A Truck Equipment and Trailer repair.

Awesome customer service!! We brought our trailer here to get all brakes replaced, holes under the trailer repaired, & added 12in interior panel to protect the trailer walls. After fixing all of this stuff Justin helped us by fixing lights & mudflap bar for no extra charge. They did an amazing job on repairing my trailer and would recommend D&A to anyone in need of semi trailer repairs. We have been coming to them for over 10years the staff is awesome, reasonably priced. Never had any issues and dont know how they received these bad reviews. You wont be disappointed with their service

Dustin was great to work with! I live two hours away from this place, but had my trailer break down nearby on I-15. I called D and A and they not only picked up my trailer from the towing company, but they made sure that it was safe and ready for the road again. Dustin was great to keep me informed and updated throughout the process. Great company!

D & A beat the other bed builder in town to the tune of $2,300 and I got exactly what I wanted. My total bed cost was $7200 vs. $9,500. They gave me a time frame and beat it by two days. These guys do great custom work. Had two other friends who highly recommended them. Very pleased.

It was hard pulling out of the yard

I came in worried about a rattle in my front end. I informed them that I am travelling cross country and I was more or less concerned with the integrity of my suspension and that I was on a budget. Dustin worked on my vehicle, he seemed very knowledgeable and was very polite. As was the older gentleman that I also spoke with, Im assuming he was the boss, both very nice people. They looked at my vehicle immediately and called me within 2 hours with their findings. Dustin informed me that everything seemed to be ok to continue down the road and also made some suggestions of things that were close to needing service. Any other shop could have told me, your ball joints are worn or needs new bushings or whatever, tell me something I dont know, right!? D and A was very straight forward with me. At the end, I was ready to pay the already reasonable $75 an hour rate. But they wouldnt even take my money, I asked, are you sure and he said yup, so I graciously accepted and was on my way.... I highly recommend D and A. I will definitly return should I be in the area and need wprk done.

Do not talk to these guys about snow way plows, they dont have anything in stock, ever. Customer service is terrible. They dont know anything about these plows for that matter. Get a Boss Plow or call lampart hitch in Denver, they are the supplier for Snow way and are Awesome!.

Go anywhere else but here. This is typical bad service that gives the negative stereotype for most other shops.I replaced all of the wheel seals on my trailer by myself. The following day, i took my trailer to D & A for the following repairs (which are on the invoice):1. Replace customer furnished front and rear suspension trunions along with bushings, bolts ect2. Replace all 8 air ride bushings as needed, replaced both trunion bars, both front and rear.3. Set trailer alignmentI received a call a week later that the trailer is done. This was the first phone call i received and supervisor was the individual who informed me that they had replaced all of my seals due to them being broken. I did not approve of this and as I had mentioned earlier, I replaced the seals the previous day by myself. They did not call me to ask me, or to inform me of this extra service that was required, even though this repair added $1000 to the original amount that was agreed upon. I went in to talk to a manager and get this resolved, but he informed me that this was decided by him and he did not need to call us because he is responsible for fixing my truck. This is not right and in no way can they charge me without receiving my approval. I will be contacting my attourney for this situation.Service centers such as this one are the epitome of an unfair business. They use small businesses such as ours and add on charges that can not be reduced or removed. This unfair and unjust practice is what cripples local trucking businesses. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this service at all costs! It is not worth the financial risk and the headache.
