Came in 9/7 to their parts office for some 5/16 check valves and polytube. They didn’t have either in which I needed, however that isn’t the problem. The lady up front is extremely rude, watch out! Dont ask any questions about parts, If you don’t know what you’re talking about prepare to feel humiliated. Usually am not the one to post negative reviews but the visit was horrifying. Go across the bridge and go to EVCO, no hostility there.

They were the only ones who had the adapter I needed for wood machine. It was only 5 dollars a piece, very recommended. They had some issues with their POS system, it was a little bit hard to make the payment but after a while they were able to make it go thriugh. Good job Pneumatrek, we will come back.

I received great customer service. Had what I needed and directed me elsewhere for things they didnt carry.

Took 3 weeks to get a part I ordered. Terrible customer support.
