DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! At our request we asked the owner to come into our place of business to give us the best suggestions on what we needed to do the job correct. After giving him all of the information, he recommended we purchase a $4000 torque wrench. We had the tool for less than 1 month and had issues. We sent it in for repair and were told we were using the tool with more frequency than we should be so they recommended purchasing another one to use back and forth so they werent getting so hot. Well, after a while we had more issues with both tools. After sending them back to the owner of this company and then them apparently sending them to IR, they told us that the tool we were using wasnt made for the job we were doing. This was after the recomendation of the company owner. He now recommends that we spend more money on a more expensive tool that is built for the job we are doing with them. No refunds, no discounts, just too bad from him. Then we send the tool in for repair and since we didnt let him know what we wanted done with the tool, he apparently said IR has scrapped our tool. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING AND WILL NOT HELP ONCE THE DEAL IS DONE!!!!!
