Real easy to use website.Called the online assistance and was helped very fast.They even double checked the one that I found on their site actually was the right one for our jacks.

We sent out our transmission jack for repairs. We called repeatedly for updates and after about 3 months they finally responded that it couldnt be repaired. If we had know this earlier we would have been able to acquire a replacement as opposed to waiting for a repair.
