I have been doing business with Jennifer Davis for over 13 years. She has always been my go to person when it comes to ordering Office furniture. The process is always done in a very professional and efficient manner. We love the products, the chairs are outstanding. She is always willing to find us or notify us of new furniture we might be interested in. They also have a great repair department, we are a company of over 500 employees it is important to keep the chairs and furniture in proper working order. The team is quick to respond and the furniture has a great warranty. They were quick to come up with a solution for at home workers and ordering of furniture, they are always looking out for their customers.Teresa Dodge

My wife and I had a delightful experience here. When we came in we had a fun conversation with the receptionist who told us about the historic building they were housed in, a former Jewish synagogue.Then she quickly arranged for Mike to help us pick out a new office chair. He was very knowledgeable about the chairs and didnt pressure is at all.He helped us quickly pick one out (we knew what features we wanted) and were on our way.

Melissa is amazing and quite an asset to your team. She has been extremely attentive and detail oriented, even if it meant an extra drive out to my office to be certain I liked a fabric. The Utah State University Merrill/Cazier Library just purchase new furniture from Henriksen/Butler. The furniture is beautiful, high quality, and extremely popular with our students. When we put the furniture on our FaceBook page it received the most hits of any FaceBook posting weve ever done. The feedback was 100% positive from the students. They love the furniture and it has made the environment much more inviting. The customer service we received from Henriksen/Butler was incredible and they contacted us often to make sure we were getting the information we needed. They sent demos to us to try before we purchased. I highly recommend Heriksen/Butler for your office furniture needs.

I signed papers for an office desk and chair through Henriksen/Butler mid-March. I paid up front. The items did not arrive until the end of April and were delivered missing pieces which rendered the desk non-functional. HBs response was a curt apology and ordering the desk from the manufacturer again, which is expected to arrive towards the end of May.In the meanwhile, my office has no desk and my computer sits on the floor.
