Happy with my experience. I walked into Main Street Office Furniture and asked if I could see their selection of used Herman Miller chairs. Was able to try out multiple, and pick out the exact one I want. The configuration for the Sayl that I purchased would have been just around $1k on the Herman Miller website, but was able to get like new condition for $350. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes or so. Felt zero pressure whatsoever from their staff. As long as this used chair holds up nicely, I will absolutely recommend my employer to shop here first for furniture in the future.

The staff at Main Street Office Furniture were so helpful in finding the right chair for my home office. They went above and beyond to show me all options available to figure out what exactly I wanted in a chair. They have plenty of new and used chairs to choose from and all the best brands. Good service even with small sales. I purchased a single file cabinet with plan to possibly get a second one. When I mentioned price they offered to do second for lower price and held to their word when I went back to get it. When I got the first one, they made sure a second key was ordered when there was only one key. And then with the second one they gave me a matching core for the first file cabinet, lent me a hand truck, and let me change out the core so that I could use the same key. Seemed like they put in a decent amount of effort to help out and get things right with relatively small sales, and I felt like they deserved a positive review:)

I read great reviews about the Herman Miller Sayl chair, but it cost more than I wanted to spend. I found a used one on Main Street Office Furnitures site and called to find out if it was available. It was around 1/3 of the original price. They told me theyd pull it out of the warehouse for me, and it was ready when I arrived a few hours later. They were very friendly and walked me the chairs features.

Amazing store to do business with. Wes was super nice and helpful with finding me a chair that fit my needs. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything during the whole process. They let me take home a few chairs to try out and ordered me the one I wanted when I finally decided. I ended up buying new but they have a good selection of “used” chairs for very affordable prices. Along with a lot of folks, I’ve been teleworking due to Covid—19. I desperately needed an office chair (the small wooden chair I had was killing my back). I tried Main Street Office Furniture and was pleasantly satisfied!They have both new and used office furniture, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I toured their used warehouse and found a chair in great condition. Their prices are very affordable. Unlike other chain stores, they have a lot in stock right now. Check them out!

Bought a desk chair from Shain who was knowledgeable and patient with my needs and questions, not at all pushy, and helped me save a ton of money against what I was expecting. No BS, in and out in ~20 minutes, thisll be the first place I go to in the future for any of my home office needs.

I didnt expect much because the store windows facing State street were broken and I wasnt even sure the store was still open. But when I went to the side door I was pleasantly surprised as they have a nice showroom and two huge warehouses. Large selection of used office furniture at reasonable prices, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to pay using a link that they texted to me. I would shop there again if I need things for my office.

Took great care of us. Got two used desks, two cubicles, and a filing cabinet for the same price another place quoted us for just the cubicles. Including installation! They set everything up and saved us a lot of hassle. Happy customers.
