Had a great experience buying and being fitted for a pair of ski boots through their sales rep, Slater. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Will definitely be buying new skis through him once the season opens and I can try-out a pair or two. Nice to work with sales reps that dont leave you wondering if youve made the right decision or not.

My family has purchased a bit of merchandise - ski pants, jackets, helmets, goggles - at very competitive prices from their ample selection of high quality brand names.I finally purchased skis, bindings, boots and all the accessories at a ski swap show (couldn’t pass up the incredible deals), and immediately thought of Christy Sports to set my bindings and perform a minor tune on my skis. I was waited on immediately by Phil who adjusted the bindings and took the skis for the tune, to be completed within 3 days. (I mentioned I don’t need them back anytime soon.) I purchased a pair of ski boots from this shop last year, and had an awesome experience all together. A few days ago, my bindings completely blew out due to a product defect, and I brought them in thinking Id have to pay hefty charges to fix them. They were super friendly and simply replaced my boots with a brand new pair and I was in and out in a few minutes. Highly recommend shopping locally with Christy Sports rather than a large online retailer! Awesome customer service and experience. :)

Im a long time Christy customer (mostly in CO), but have had a few great shopping experiences here over the last few years. The selection of gear at this location is great, and both Slater and the manager Courtney were so patient and accommodating to my question - they are amazing. I bought a full setup (new skis and bindings) here and they had them mounted, waxed, and tuned free of charge! The associate was very knowledgeable and made finding what I wanted easy - however, my desired mounting position was lost in translation and the bindings were mounted too far back. The stores manager, Cortney, resolved this situation by shipping out a new pair of the skis I bought and remounted my bindings on them free of charge! Top notch service, love this place :)

Kristies @ Olympus Hills is a great place to get ski equipment, rather it be rentals or for purchase. They have a very good selection, and one of the most friendly, fantastic and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They also carry everything you need for a great day on the slopes. I brought my skis in to this Christy Sports for a tune up. They initially accepted them, but then called me back 15 mins later after realizing that one of the skis was actually delaminating and needed to be sent to the manufacturer. This was a small oversight but they went above and beyond to make up for it, including giving me a complimentary pair of demo skis for the following day and submitting my skis to the manufacturer for a replacement. I eventually got new skis back free of charge from the manufacturer and Christy’s coordinated it all so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I technically wasn’t even a paying Christy’s customer at this location, and they were incredibly helpful regardless. Excellent customer service and made me into a Christy’s customer going forward!

Seriously the nicest staff! Our rental experience was great. I had an issue with my boots after one day on the mountain, and they were able to help me quickly, and get me all fixed up.

Nash, the boot fitter, is a stellar example of customer service. I came in with a silly situation on my Full Tilt Boots and Nash helped me fix them. His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm are some of the best I have seen. 10/10 ski shop.

Being a skier almost always ski in CO, I’m a long time Christy sports fun. The shops in CO such as locations in Dillon and Breck and Winter park area... etc has done wonder for me and repaired my skis and filed warranty issue for me before. Last week, I had similar expectations and walked into this location, asking if they can help me with a brand new Rossi ski with de lamination issues. I had my expectations that the shop being a Rossi dealer location would help me file warranty and take care of the processing as well especially knowing Rossi headquarter is also in SLC area. But they told me no, and advised very kindly that I should visit Rossi website and work with the manufacturer directly. I’ve skied for yrs and honestly never heard such response... I fully understand since I didn’t purchase the particular pair of ski at this christy location, they kinda r not obliged to do this. But I ensure you their Colorado locations had gone further and beyond and helped me with warranty processing. I had in return became a loyal fun of christy sports. I am as a customer, very frustrated about this very true fact, everyone wants to sell ski to you but no one wants to deal with warranty issues even being in the dealer network or distribution network. Anyways, it truly sucks not only Rossi disappoint me so as christy .

After the initial pair of ski boots we purchased for my girlfriend had some slight issues, Slater helped us get her into a pair that fit her much better. Really appreciate that Christy Sports stands behind its “boot fit guarantee” and that we had someone like Slater who was able to help us out! I can’t recommend him enough!

I came here for a boot purchase and this shop was fantastic. Slater was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get the exact boot I needed. Fitting was fantastic, and he helped me with a heel grind to house a bone spur so there was no pressure on it. Just a great crew of people, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They also had a really great supply of skis, including some nice looking Candides, Bentchetlers and Armadas.

Cortney, manager at the Cottonwood Heights store, is extremely good at what she does. She is professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, familiar with product line, competitive on pricing, very accessible, and quickly responds to questions or concerns . She stayed on top of the transaction, had consistent follow through, and gave us excellent service. We highly recommend doing business with Cortney. Although we didnt work with other employees at this location, we imagine those working with Cortney would emulate her service oriented attitude.

Received a gift certificate for a season rental late September from a charity silent auction. I live in San Diego and never noticed it expired a few days before showing up to ski. They initially wouldn’t redeem but Courtney, the store manager reached out to me and promptly helped me be able to redeem the gift certificate. The team in the store were courteous, friendly and helpful. Thank you Christys! It is customer service like this that will bring me back and recommend others. :D

Max and Reed totally hooked me up in the ski rental department! They were both thorough, super nice, great sense of humor in the midst of a super busy time in their shop. Prices were so much less than at the slopes and returns were seamless. I will always rent from this shop!! One stop shop! ThanksAgain!

Worst tune I’ve ever had. Wax drops all over my board. Family member had to get her skis swapped out because the boot wasn’t fitted right. Bad experience. Never again

These guys are pretty helpful in our short visit. We thought we had to buy a new boots but they offered to punch the ski boots and see if that would work. They also went into detail about when buying new boots that they will heat mold it to your feet specifically. This makes a world of difference when youre coming to spend a lot of money on boots. if you buy the boots somewhere else they will still mold it and punch it for you for $20!

I was having issues with boots that (turns out) were out of the 1 year fit guarantee. Max and the store manager were amazing, spent several hours addressing my unique feet and fit, and solved my problem free of charge. My boots are perfect! These guys are pros, and customer service cant be beat. Cant recommend them enough.

Even though this location is a bit out of the way for me, I took my friend here for rentals as the staff and quality of rentals is better than some of the other shops. We ran into a little problem (everyone makes mistakes) and the shop handled the problem with amazing customer service. I will def be back with my out of town friends to rent daily here. Merchandise is also high quality and great staff.

Recently moved to Salt Lake City area from Dallas. We had always used a Christy Sports in Colorado for our weekly rentals in Keystone, Colorado and had a good experience. This Christy Sports offers full season rentals at a really affordable rate which is an awesome option for local families with growing kids and new skiers. We had looked at former demos, swaps, and used skis and snowboards, and full season rentals from Christy were always the best and most affordable option. I own my board but the rest of the family rents from Christy. I was looking at $200 in gear for tuning and waxing our four sets of skis and snowboards, and called Christy and found out tuning and waxing was included with the rentals. I have a pair of Burton boots I bought from Sun and Ski in Dallas that I had been struggling with for a couple seasons - tops of my toes were feeling crushed after every 2-3 runs. When I dropped off my board for tune and wax I brought my boots. Arthur (?) worked with me for about 30 minutes reheating and reforming the toe box and didnt charge anything beyond the tune on the board. Went about 4-5 hours at Park City with no discomfort. Its a fairly significant drive from my house to Christy Sports on Wasatch, but for seasonal rentals and service it is worth it.

I love renting my skis here. The service is helpful and knowledgeable and caring. The equipment is great. When we had trouble with our boots, they kindly exchanged them and credited us. I have rented from this Christy sports four times and have never been disappointed.When you have young children, it is also a great value, because you receive a complimentary child’s rental with every adult rental.

Excellent help. These guys are just fun, friendly and quick. There were 10 of us getting gear and even though it took a long time (as it should have!!!) it was worth it. And we even had to go back after the first day to refit a few boots. They were just awesome. Love this place. Its quiet and they are excellent at customer service.

Needed to upgrade my skis and was overwhelmed by the amount of information / reviews on the web. Cortney was extremely helpful. I rented multiple skis including a pair they had in stock at Snowbird. Based on my research I thought that I would prefer one brand. But heres where experience won out - after trying them all one of Cortneys recommendations was much better for me - including her recommendation on sizing. No pressure on the sales side - she wanted to make sure I would be happy with whatever I chose. Rental fees were applied to the purchase price which ended up being very competitive. And the wax job was terrific!I recommend this store highly and will be a repeat customer.

Great service and sale prices.

I have been renting from this location for about 10 years and the service as well as the staff have always been friendly, informative and willing to take the extra time to answer questions. Even when i was running late to pick up my rentals they stayed 30 minutes passed closing time and allowed me to pick them up. They are also less expensive than other surrounding rental facilities, so its a win win.

Of all the ski shops in town, this one came recommended by my ski instructor. After visiting, I know why. Cody helped me find the right pair of boots. I was impressed by how much time he took with me, and how little pressure there was to buy. The staff are all expert, and seem enthusiastic to be there. Im back in Salt Lake City, and came back a second time and was not disappointed.

Great place for rentals! I have used them the last 5 years I have traveled to Salt Lake City for skiing. The staff is always very helpful and quite nice. Their prices are competitive and their equipment is in good condition. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

The staff was awesome. They took time to assess my skiing ability and put me in great stuff. My boots, although comfy, got a bit sloppy the third day. The staff recommended inserts which was the right call. Thank you for making my month in Salt Lake a pleasure. New to Salt Lake City and mountain skiing. I have now been in a handful of times and have worked with Nash. Absolutely the best guy I could have worked with. Knowledgeable, friendly, good at what he does, and is the reason I keep coming back to Christy Sports and will refer others their way too. Couldnt be happier with the service and the people.

Renting from Christys is easy regardless of whether you use the online process or do the paperwork at the store. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This extends not only to their equipment but help with your own equipment and the local conditions. That along with the sales of discount lift tickets make for an overall excellent experience.

Jared was really helpful and patient listening to the problems I was having and helped me find new snowboard boots, adjust the fit with heat molding and even added a butterfly heal pad at no extra charge over the price of the boots which were already $20 cheaper than Backcountry and then they had a coupon on top of it. The level of service was awesome! I was really expecting an additional charge for the fitting but NOPE. They only had 3 womens snowboard boots but for the level of service totally worth it!

I’ve been skiing and snowboarding for 17 years and I’ve never been treated better anywhere else. Fasa has helped me and my girlfriend on several occasions and is incredible. He’s super resourceful and knows his stuff. I’ve never felt like he or anyone at this shop has tried to “sell me” on anything. They ask all the right questions to make sure you get the right gear. If you want a boot fit. Don’t go anywhere else.

Reserve online and get what appears to be the most competitive rates in the valley. Great location when skiing either Big or Little Cottonwood. Staff was very helpful in trying to match me with a ski I would enjoy and did a superb job. Was in and out of there in no time at all.

I had the best customer experience I have ever had in my life at this store. If you are looking for quality ski boots and guaranteed good customer service, this is the place to go. Namely, Courtney was incredible. I was sized and fitted for ski boots here, and unfortunately I was sized for a boot that was too narrow. I skied one run and was in extreme pain with the boots. I returned with my boots and initially one of the boot fitters there tried to widen out the insulation for me. I was still super uncomfortable skiing the next day and only got one run in. When I returned again to the store, Courtney sized and evaluated the shape of my foot, and she determined the boot I was initially sold was not a good fit for my foot. Rather than punching out the sides of the boot (which I still don’t think would have made the overall fit much better), she exchanged my boot out for a new boot that was more appropriate to my foot shape and size. She also made sure custom inserts were put in the boot that were even better than my initial inserts. Finally, I had Hotronics in my initial boot that they had installed but I had purchased elsewhere. The Hotronics did not work. She organized the swap with the company and put new functioning Hotronics in my boot. Despite a poor initial fitting, I ended up with boots that I can wear all day long, great custom inserts, and Hotronics that keep my feet warm. Many stores might have just punched out the sides of the boot or told the customer this was the best they could do, but this store and Courtney went above and beyond to get my feet to a happy place. I can’t say more positives about the care that was taken to get me into a good boot and offer high quality, compassionate care. Thanks Courtney, you are awesome!

Weve done a seasonal ski rental from Christys for my daughter for the past 3 years. Every year I am impressed by their customer service. They are knowledgeable, honest and eager to help educate. I love that they email and call at the end of the season to remind us to return the skis (sometimes skis are the last thing we are thinking of as we transition to the next sport!).

Demo-ed skis for a 4-day trip. My plane was actually late arriving (about half a day) but the store had them ready for me. Allowed me to use their changing room so I could get right out on the slopes. I exchanged the skis after 2 days for a different brand/style. Both set-ups were quick & accurate. Turning them in at the end of the trip was easy - No Surprises! Would definately recommend Christys.

My three teenaged sons and I rented skis and boots from Christy beginning on New Years Eve day and through the first week of January. I rented demos and my kids rented the mid-tier skis.I have utilized a number of on- and off- resort ski rental shops over the last few years, and my experience with Christy Sports was easily the very best one I have had. The service, attention, and care demonstrated by everyone on the staff that we worked with was exceptional.Even when the rental shop had lots of traffic with equipment returns and outbound rentals, we were made to feel like we were the only customers there.I wish I could remember everyones name who helped us, but to a person they took the time to understand our needs, to explain the options, to go above and beyond to adjust and tweak.Because I rented demos, I came in a few times to change out skis to suit the changing conditions and to just try new models -- the selection is large and very new. It was fantastic to talk with the staff there about the skis and how they performed. It was a great experience all around. I highly recommend.

Super disappointing. Only one person staffed at each rental section at a busy 8-9am—in charge of fitting and answering the phone all at the same time. Reserved, paid, and filled out sizes all online, but there doesn’t seem to be any reason to do so as we still had to wait in line with everyone else who didn’t use the online system. Not impressed with this location. Have had much better experiences elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. After renting skis for my wife a few times we were back this year to get her new boots heat molded and lightly customized for her first season pass of skiing on her own equipment. Cody did and excellent job walking her through the process of addressing hotspots and discomfort and taking those into account when heat molding.

Went there to get a friends ski boots re-adjusted and they identified the problem quickly. Arthur also took a look at my Snowboard and Skis which we had just gotten tuned at another shop only to find that they didnt do anything to the boards in the first place. Arthur and the worker in the back sympathized with our situation and gave us a great deal on a tune up. Best ski shop Ive ever been to. Service was outstanding.

David did a super job fitting us with ski boots. He explained how they needed to feel (snug like an extension of you feet) and then was willing to switch boots and add my Superfeet insoles (not an easy job) to get the fit right. It made it possible for this beginner level skier to improve a lot! I realized last year I’d struggled so much because of loose boots!

Came in to have someone look at my ski boot, which was causing a lot of pain. Amazing experience!! Bill was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to figure out the issue. I will absolutely be back here for all my future gear.

We flew into SLC this week and we reserved a snowboard and a ski package at Christy Sports for several days. Staff was courteous, equipment was excellent and location was perfect to grab some gear off I-80 before heading to Park City . . . or up to Snowbird and/or Alta. Also there is a Einsteins Bagel next door . . . . breakfast, coffee and ski/board rental . . . Excellent!!!We found out later you can drop the gear off (or pick up) at Park City Resort location. Blake and Will were awesome! Thank you guys!

I recently had a very remarkable experience here. I brought in new skis to have some bindings mounted. I selected bindings, paid, and left. After about a week, I received a call from the store saying they found the skis to be defective and would be contacting Rossi to initiate a warranty claim on my behalf. Rossi ended up denying it was a problem, but Christy Sports was nice enough to find a new pair of skis for me, have them shipped in from Colorado, and mount them. All of this happened within a relatively short period of time considering all the hurdles they had to jump through. A huge thanks to the staff and specifically Cortney Valavane for making me a happy customer.

I went in looking for a snowboard and I came out a customer for life. The service I received here was pretty excellent. If you have a choice in who helps you Will is really great. He spent quite a bit of time on us getting our boots fitted and I have never had such a comfortable fit in rented ski boots before. We had reserved online to get a discount and due to the poor snow conditions he actually talked us into taking the cheaper ski packages and thus saving us money. Due to the lack of powder, the cheaper skis worked out just fine. I also really liked that they sold discounted ski lift tickets at the counter and this allowed us to save some time/money vs having to buy them at the resort. Equipment returns were also quite rapid and straightforward. I would definitely try this place again.

It is by far worth your time and money to come to this place for your skiing needs. Went here after buying and returning boots at REI because I was not fit properly. Thanks to Fasa I was fit properly and was able to fit multiple boots until I found the best one for me. He was SUPER informative and knowledgeable on the product. Will be back for sure.

I had a great experience with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Christy Sports in Salt Lake City. When the ski model I wanted to try was not available, they recommended an equally good model. Later in the week when the skis were available I was able to switch them out.

We came to Utah on vacation from California and were running tight on time because we forgot about the hour time difference. When we realized that this rental place was going to close by the time we got there we called and Will H. the rental supervisor answered the phone. He was very pleasant to talk to and you could tell he had the customers best interests in mind. He decided because it would be a hassle for us tomorrow morning to get in and rent gear then head up to the mountains that he would stay open later. By the time got there it was about 15 min past closing and it couldnt have been more than 10 after that before we were out and on the road again. Not only is the customer service fantastic but the gear there was the best Ive ever gotten from a rental place. I will definitely come back every time Im in the area.

We rented skis her for my wife on our recent SLC ski trip. Will and Jake (guy with a beard) were excellent and caring in getting the right stuff and setting for my wife. Jake also provided excellent feedback about where to ski and what he liked from his experiences. We were so happy with the shop (as we had to stop in for other things during the trip) that we got my wife outfitted for all her own gear plus a boot and ski carrier. The prices this time of year are great as they are trying to blow out the current model inventory. We also had her boots customer fitted by Mitch - hes damn good at his job and was really patient getting the right fit for her. He knows his stuff for sure, another customer came in complaining about his custom job while we were there from the Snowbird location and he knew exactly what his issue was and fixed him as well. Kevin the ski tech who mounted the bindings was outstanding as well. This will be our ski shop moving forward, Ive always used the Lift House in the past (they are good but the people at Christys are the difference). Well done!

Great service and convenient to The Bird. Rent in the valley location (cheaper than at Snowbird location) and you can swap, change, etc right at Snowbird. Been using Christy Sports for over five years now on our annual trip to Snowbird. Use to own my own equipment but skiing only 5-10 days a year and thanks to the new airline baggage fees its cheaper and easier to rent. thanks!

Expert knowledge and diagnosis of boot/foot issues, as well as extremely friendly employees. I visited with pain in both of my feet from some very old boots/binding configuration and Fasa, personable and experienced boot-outfitter, successfully treated my pain with an extensive procedural analysis. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy my annual trip out west with zero discomfort.

Walked in dejected after a rough ski day where the brake on my binding broke mid-run. I went to the Christy Sports at Snowbird and was told there was nothing that could be done to salvage it. I rented skis from that location for the rest of the day. When I saw Fasa at the Olympus hill location, I told him my story and he asked to see my ski (5-10 min before closing) and he not only said that it could be repaired, but had the spare part in the back ready to go! I was a very happy customer coming out of the ski shop with a functional ski! Fasa was very professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars all around!

Fasa Nelson the one to seek out when it comes to getting boots that fit perfectly. He uses his ability to assess an individuals foot, and then apply years of experience and knowledge to patiently find the perfect fit. Ive gone to other stores prior to this, and always felt like I was getting pushed to whatever boot they wanted to clear out of inventory. Not so with Christy Sports and in particular, Fasa. He is awesome. Dont buy your boots anywhere else.You do need to commit to spending a total of about 3+ hours to drill down to the brand thats right for you and then get it customized - but its well worth it.

Ive never known or worked with someone who knows fitting boots better than Fasa. Hes offers very personal and educational service. Ive had such a great experience every time I walk in the store, treated well and taken care of fully.

Just got done getting boot fitted by Fasa and he is amazing!!! Very knowledgable and listens to your concerns regarding the way your feet move and feel in a ski boot. Best ski boot fitting I have ever had and I’ve skiied for 23 years! If you are looking for new boots that fit you right the way you’ve got to visit Fasa at Christie’s! He took the time to look at my foot and put me in about 6 different boots and found the right pair. Bad news they didn’t have them in stock. Fasa didn’t stop there! He found out I needed them ASAP, and sourced them for me in the valley and got them put on hold for me to go pick up. Talk about outstanding customer service!!! Can’t wait to get my foot beds and boots adjusted by Christies and Fasa this weekend. Thank you so much!

I bought boots from Christy Sports last season but did not get to try them on the slopes until this season. I gave my boots 3 tries and then I gave up and started renting a few times. They were too tight and too painful to ride in. I decided to go to Christy Sports and see what they could do. I was told to talk to a guy named Fasa who works there. Fasa hooked me up. He let me switch out my boots. But most importantly, he spent 3 hours with me to find the perfect boots. Fasa really knows his stuff. He knows about all the little things about how a boot should fit and wont stop until the boot is perfect. After he got me in the right boots he customized the sole for me and told me how to buckle them correctly. I took them on the slopes the next day and they were perfect. Best fitting boot Ive ever worn. His care, attention to detail, and expertise is rare. If you have issues with your boots or anything like that, go into this location and ask for Fasa. Hell hook you up.

I lost a screw on a K2 binding in Brighton and needed help. Christy is one of three K2 dealers in Utah. They had NO K2 parts whatsoever and proceeded attempting to sell me a flow binding for $300 bucks. I guess if renting your equipment is your thing, this may be your store but if whatever you bought needs parts or service, they are lost. Very frustrating experience. Dude just wondered off during discussion. Why would a K2 dealer of record for decades have no parts whatsoever? I can buy this stuff online but I cant get it serviced online but apparently, I cant get it serviced by brick and mortar either.

You expect that when you sit down with a bootfitter that they are going to recommend the highest price boots but that wasnt the case. Fasa Nelson spent a good amount of time with us, took measurements, explained what they meant and helped us try on several boots and when they didnt have the ideal boot in stock he gave us the info and we left. The following day he found the boots we needed at a different location so we went and picked them up and brought them to him for fitting. he was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He found the perfect boot in the price range we wanted, fit them in a timely manner and after a day on the snow we came back in and he made a minor adjustment within minutes. By far, the best experience I have had with a bootfitter anywhere. He explained everything and walked us through the process. I learned a lot. Great experience.

Nine months later edit:December 2018 post: Still saying 10/5 stars. Today I took a pair of boots I picked up at a gear swap for pretty cheap and Cody helped me fit them. They had a heat mold liner ready to be molded and he helped me get a great fit.Again, I have a wide ankle and calf (some could call it a cankle if they were so inclined and I would not be offended) and Cody was so laid back. He was able to determine my problem areas and hot spots and fit my last season boot and get me a footbed. Bonus points for keeping me under budget!We will definitely always be back to Christy Sports - the atmosphere is so casual while also having incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I’ve never felt like I didn’t belong (due to my plus sized nature I feel I’ve had this problem in other stores) and I genuinely feel like they have the right formula for a successful ski shop.April 2018 post: Definitely stop by Christy Sports in the Olympus Shopping Center. We worked with David who took the time to fit the rental boot almost like I was buying it. David measured my feet against each other, making notes of how my feet are shaped and how they responded to the boots. I have a wide calf and wide ankle and he did not make me self conscious at all. He explained things appropriately and made me feel really great about the rental.This is my second time skiing and my first time in christy’s and overall the experience is above and beyond my first attempt at rental ski gear. I originally rented from a discount ski shop which turned out to be more expensive with worse service and equipment.I also bought a pair of Smith’s ski goggles as my second trip out is expected to be accompanied by snow flurries. The manager helped me size and learn about care for them, and all in all was enjoyable to work with.5 stars will definitely work with again. For the value of the rental boot and the cost and service this is a no brainer compared to other shops I’ve looked into.

By far the best shop in town. Highly motivated staff truly focused on presenting the customer with a great experience. Fassa and Will especially put in the extra effort to make Christy Sports the standard setting establishment for the SLC area.

Did a great job. Had my daughter on a board and out the door before you knew it.

Mounted my skis with the wrong jig and dishonestly tried to hide it with stickers. As a former shop employee, I noticed immediately. The shop tech mouthed off and offered me a free tune, like I would ever want him touching my skis again. After a couple days of use the mount ripped out in the middle of a ski tour. They tried to remedy the situation several times, but I just ended up with a bunch of broken promises from the manager and missed ski days. I expect better, which is why I will always go just about anywhere else.

Fasa helped me get fitted in ski boots at the beginning of the season this year. He was patient, kind and extremly knowledgable! He did his is due dilligance to get me the right fit working with me over the course of 2 days, knowing that I was only in town for the weekend and wanted to leave with new boots. He put me in at least 10 pairs of boots, offered to bring in other options from an alternate store and never pressured me to make a decision. My husband was fitted at Sports Den in Salt Lake and he was shocked at how much time and attention I recieved during the process. Ive skied these boots ~20 days this season and they only needed one minor adjustment which speakes to a job well done! Needless to say I highly recomend Fasas boot fitting. We were super impressed with the staff at Christy Sports in Salt Lake City and are sure to be back soon!

Fasa is amazing ! spent so much time with me and my problem feet trying to get me in the right boots and mission accomplished ! After visiting several reputable boot fitters in salt lake no one could help me. After visiting Christys Olympus hills and meeting Fasa i knew if anyone could fit me in a ski boot it would be him and I was right ! I cant thank you enough !!!!!!
