Local company with high quality gear that lasts for years (I know because I’ve had some for 25+ years that’s still in great condition). We went in today and found some great deals, but I was especially impressed by their very knowledge, helpful, & friendly staff. They took the time to explain how some of the cool climbing gear works to my curious kids & they loved it! Great company in every way!

Went in to warranty a product I had a minor issue with. The employees (I unfortunately didnt get their names) were very quick to help me with the warranty process. As of right now they cant do warrantys or exchanges of used equipment in-store, which seems a little weird considering black diamond has so many retail locations. They seemed very knowledgeable, not only on the gear they have in store but also knowledgeable of the surrounding area.
