Ive always enjoyed coming into this store. Late last year I ordered a table and chairs that was supposed to be in by a certain date. I called/emailed them a few times in the weeks and days prior to the arrival of the items. Each time they said itll be here. We live several states away and came back for a wedding. We took our pickup instead of our car so we could haul it back with us. Long story short they never ordered it. Now they have all of our money and we have nothing. They said that theyd pay for half the shipping and they made it sound like they are doing me a favor by doing that. I tried to explain that I already had an extra cost by driving a vehicle that wasnt the most fuel efficient and that we arent responsible for any extra cost. This all feel on deaf ears. We ended up canceling everything and did get our money back. This seems like a decent place to shop if they have it available at that time but I would not recommend ordering anything from here.

Little bit overpriced for what it is

My wife & I found an entry table in Ruidoso, NM. They sent our contact info to San Angelo store, since we live in Midland. Paid & ordered the table. 5 wks later the table arrived and I drove 1.5 hrs to pick it up. The table was damaged so the store said they would order another, waited an additional 6 wks for the new table. Drove another 1.5 hrs to pickup the new table & it’s not the right table nor even close to the right table. They looked up item number but couldn’t find the table we ordered. Supposedly they are mailing us a check for our purchase that we’ve been waiting 2.5+ months for & still don’t have a table...

All I have to say is...WOW! What a great experience! My wife and I have been looking for a new bedroom set for months with no luck...until we walked into Casa Decor! The selection was all beautiful handmade pieces of furniture and within minutes my wife and I found the perfect bedroom set! The staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Pretty decent selection. Theyre also willing to custom make items. Just make sure youre prepared to spend a little more for fine handmade products.
