I’m a first time home buyer and walked in with no plan. Davonte was very patient, friendly, and answered all of my questions. It was close to closing time, but he made it seem like we were his only customer, and he had all the time to help. There was zero pressure to buy or decide right then. We left without buying, needed time to think, and it was no big deal. We came back the following week and there was no question we’d be asking for his help. He recognized us when we walked in and greeted us with a smile. We walked through, picked out items, and it was so easy. Let me just start with the fact of the staff being absolutely Amazing! I mean they where cooler then LL Cool J himself! I had my 3 year old with me and everyone of them accommodated him so well as he sat on every couch possible. The staff member that helped us was Marlee & I was definitely happy with the way we where treated overall. Definitely would recommend this place, “o” also my 3 year ask to go back now so he thinks this place is pretty awesome, about as awesome as Snoop Dogg & Ice cube combined!!!

I came in today with my family to buy a whole house full of furniture. Justin was absolutely AMAZING! We were treated like royalty. He was happy to show us every piece in the store with a smile. Devin at the San Angelo location is fantastic! He has helped us multiple times and is always so friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. He makes the trip worth making! He allows us to look without being one of those pushy salespeople who are always over your shoulder but he is never too far if we have a question. He was not just attentive to us (adults), but to my kiddos as well. The manager of the location is also very friendly. He takes his time to check in on us and helps make sure all of our needs are met. Great experience, definitely recommend and will return for future needs!

Great prices on high quality furniture. We bought a whole house full of furniture three years ago and is still in great condition. Was immediately greeted by a nice young man named Diego. He informed us that they were currently having a sale and that anything that they didnt have in stock could be ordered, as well as the fact that he wasnt commissioned which meant he would not be following us around the store bothering us. We really appreciated that this was true and he only checked in with us when it was appropriate, which he timed very well. We ended up picking a new couch and were given the option of a warranty which we gladly purchased. Diego was very knowledgeable for having only been there for a couple of weeks. If we had any questions that he couldnt answer, he would seek out the right answer rather than guessing which was very much appreciated as well. Very pleasant experience in Home Zone today and we look forward to getting our new couch soon.

Loved our Home Zone experience! Marlee was super friendly and helpful. She showed us several options and worked with the General Manager, Inocent to buy a unique furniture piece. Shout out to Diego also for being a super greeter and helpful. I’ve been to several furniture stores here in San Angelo and love the options...whether it be furniture, pillow, rug or silk trees. Prices are fair and will definitely continue to shop here first because of the great customer service.

I was looking for a leather reclining sofa and loveseat. I had several features that were “must haves” in mind. Monica was very helpful and courteous without hovering or being pushy. I found what I wanted and it was an overall pleasant experience. The only semi-negative I have is that I have to wait for about 6-8 weeks to get my furniture, but that seems to be the norm these days for everything. Thank you, Monica!
