We could not be more pleased with the high quality service that we received at Jim Bass Nissan! Josh, Cali, and Lorenzo were true superheros in our moment of need! On our cross country trip from California, our truck broke down. We had it towed from Ozona, along with our 36 foot trailer. When I called with our dilemma, Cali said No Problem, we will figure it out when you get here! She was true to her word! They allowed our trailer to be dropped on site while they did their work. They worked incredibly hard to service our truck as quickly as possible so that our family of 5 could be on our way and sleep in our own trailer that night and back on the road the next morning. Staying late and trying everything they could think of, everyone had a positive attitude and were the absolute kindest people we have met on our trip! We cannot thank this amazing Bass Bunch enough. They treated us like family and we are incredibly grateful to Josh, Cali, and Lorenzo for everything they did for us!

I will say maybe Justin tried but i had the worse service from a dealership i went home and cried ..they said noone would finance meSo i had my friend install a kick as stereo in my 2011 traverse. Terrible ordeal. Salesman not helpful at all. Dealership trying to nickel dime hail damaged for almost same price for completely new car that can be purchased locally without the hassle. Salesman claimed that advertised vehicle is sold but still on the advertisement and in their lots. No urgency in sales, whats the point of selling cars. Wasted 12hrs trip to the dealership. Most inventories are not ready for sale. Cracked winshields, broken tail lights, all key safety items not replaced cannot be sold as per law. Crook dealership wanted buyer to sign and buy the vehicle then they perform the repair! That means extra time for travel back and fore during this cov19 pandemic!!! Lose my life over a few thousand dollars deal???? Price not as advertised. They tried to bait and switch, $599 accessories package? Its already hailed damaged!!!! What package???? Advertised price not honor! I have pics to prove it! Even at advertised price still not worth it. Perfect new truck can be purchased for under $20k! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT JIM BASS FORD NISSAN MAZDA LINCOLN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A PERFECT NEW CARS. FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS OF SAVING DO NOT JUSTIFY THAT KIND OF TREATMENT AND JOURNEY!!!

Service: Service is great. People there are warm and friendly and very attentive. They are very communicative and follow up consistently.Location: Very easy to get to, just outside the loop. Several entrances for the Ford and Nissan locations.Atmosphere: Only went into the Nissan area, but very welcoming and has a lounge area as well.Recommend to Family/Friends? Bought a new truck that was apart of their hail damage sale. Im not local. I got a killer deal as I could never afford a truck this equipped any other way. I have already gotten some of the damage fixed. The issues I have are the lack of urgency through sales. It seemed like they didnt need my money. Sales seemed busy with who knows already. They wouldnt give me any add-ons like bed liner etc. They would ignore me when I asked for those and hoped I wouldnt ask again. I dont know why. My local Ford dealer (who is extremely tiny) had multiple bed liners in stock. They werent rude or anything, but they didnt seem to care. They never told me the windshield was replaced, but it was. That kinda stung to find that out. Tons of finger prints and scratches on the interior from the replacement. No effort to wipe them up. Lastly, my trade in was absolutely atrocious. They wouldnt budge on it at all. Offered me basically $7k less than the normal value and claimed it was due to covid. I was definitely stuck because the terms of my loan were for trade in only. They were definitely trying to recover profits lost from the hail damage. My advice is to just have a little sense of urgency and dont ignore your customers if they want add-ons for their vehicles. I gave that money to another dealership instead.

Good buying on SUV

Made a 10hours trip yesterday with my buddy. He was looking to buy a hailed nissan truck, wheres I was looking to buy ford truck. Salesman did not seen to care whether he could make our deals or not. Poor inventories with all hail damaged vehicles still not complete in replacing key parts like windshields, broken mirrors and tail lights. Those clowns expect us to make and sign purchase on vehicles not ready for sale. Furthermore, they wanted almost same price as none hail damaged vehicles that can be purchased else where without making the trip! In this cov19 environment, its simply disappointing to see how even a small town dealership like this resort to this kind of sales tactic. My friend even tried to make time to go back to Jim Bass to buy a raptor and the salesman could not even bother to wait up for him! Shocked to see all the not so smart consumers who paid premium for JIM Bass hailed junks. Hailed vehicles should have at least 40% off its MSRP due to the labor and material for repairs. Please stay away from JIM BASS AND THEIR CLOWNS for a longer and prosper lives!

They were able to fix the temperature control problem with a reprogramming of one of the computers, thats pretty incredible. So kudos for that. Then again if the manufacturer would stick to basic mechanical components for environmental controls, it wouldnt have been a problem to begin with. But again, thank you to the techs!

Do your homework and shop around, and youll see that the Bass price on used vehicles is usually lower than the KBB price, and much cheaper than other dealers and shops in town.Our salesman, Todd, was up-front and honest with us, and he gave my wife and me space and plenty of time to choose which vehicle was right for our family. In that way, he was more like a guide than a salesman, and he gave us the information we needed without pressure.The whole process was easy, and because the price was so good, I didnt need to haggle and I left knowing that we got the right vehicle at the best price.

We needed a car quick since my car was totalled and so we stopped in here. A guy took down a ton of notes of what we were looking for and our numbers and stated he would get back to us with some options and NEVER called back. We had just moved to the area and he clearly didnt need our business or care enough to give us a courtesy call back. So we went to Mitchell instead and it was the best decision we ever made. They not only returned phone calls, but helped to find the perfect car. I wouldnt recommend Jim Bass to anyone in San Angelo.

Messed up the deal not to mention there was multiple things that had to be fixed on my new truck. Gave them the benifit of the doubt, they fixed it but it was like pulling teeth. Jason in maintenance is a tool and no pun intended. I mean the guy is an idiot he said he called I asked did you leave a voicemail no I let it ring 3 or 4 times but it didnt do anything. -Ok so you didnt call. Today they fixed a few things on my truck and the manager said they would detail it. Leave it to Jason to mess it up. He came and said your all set I said no Im not you didnt detail it he replied no one told me about that so I was there for another hour and a half while the detailed it. If you go here make sure you go and see Daniel Banda he is a straight shooter and will make sure the deal is done right. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars was because they did in the end make it right again if you decide to buy a vehicle from Jim Bass talk to Daniel Banda hands down the best salesman they have he will treat you with the respect you deserve.
