I went and got a strawberry funnel cake creme Frappuccino and a blueberry muffin. I got the Frappuccino with the coffee instead and didnt notice till I was down street and to embarrassed to go back

Good service great products. Drinks are very consistent through every time I come. Expect for the honey citrus mint tea it can be very sour sometimes and then not sour at all. But all in all wonderful place wonderful staff and wonderful drinks!

My wife and I have visited this store a few times over past couple of months. They have always been helpful and kind. Today, my wife lost her sun glasses somewhere in/near the store. She left her name and number with little hope they would turn up. In an amazing turn of events, they found the sunglasses and called my wife right away so she could come retrieve them. They were wrapped in a little bag with her name on it. The care and thoughtfulness of these wonderful Baristas went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I are forever grateful. I highly recommend this Starbucks as a place to visit.

Great experience!!! Felt so nice to be a bit normal by getting my favorite--caramel macchiato. The woman that greeted me was very cordial and made me feel welcome. My beverage was hot, tasty, & strong. Yum yum!

I absolutely love sStarbucks!! My only complaint is that sometimes when I’m trying to order in the app so I can grab n go is that it’s not always available. And everybody knows how busy Starbucks can get.

First impressions are cruical and my first impression of this facility reflects my rating. When there are 5 staff members, there is zero excuses for the dinning area to be as dirty as it was during my visit. There were crumbs all over the tables, the condiment area had sticky residue along with trash and there were flies throughout the facility. I expect a lot more out of Starbucks and this was very disappointing. My family and I just returned from overseas and was excited for this visit but we were let down.

I prefer this location over all the others in Angelo. Everyone here is always so friendly and enthusiastic. For such a busy location, the workers seem to have their system down. Always efficient and always friendly. I remember Sorren and Zane’s names, I wish I knew the others so I could include them here. Thank you Original Starbucks of San Angelo baristas for being the highlight of my day.

Excellent place to get your drinks and your coffees and your lattes

This is the place go to get my coffee or tea fix..since I’m always on a rush to get to work in the mornings....I use my app all the time to order because the service is not as fast as I wish it.... I get my cup the moment I come in. The waitstaff is pretty friendly and their bathroom are always clean when I use them. I would give it 5 stars but the parking is so limited.The app is great though... tells me how long before it’s done and I time it so I’ll get there just at the right moment to grab it. The points help too, you get free coffee or tea.I usually don’t take a pix of their cup design but I love this one... they had this for Christmas (2017).

What’s not to like about Starbucks? Good coffee. Good service. Tasty treats and desserts. Their Mocha Frappuccino is one of my favorite cold blended drinks.I like that they have a drive through. Sometimes I just want a coffee to go.The inside is always clean and smells great (like roasted coffee beans!) 5 stars

Was told the color changing cups were being sold today a couple of days ago. My husband went right at 6 in the morning when they opened and asked for the cups and they said they weren’t selling. Now finding out they were being sold at this store and now all sold out. Just cups but was looking forward for these for my daughter graduation gifts since she loves this place. Lost a customer for sure.

The wait for the drive through was ridiculous - we waited 25 minutes. The service was good and the drinks tasted good. But once you’re in line, you’re basically stuck so the wait time should definitely improve at this location.

My to go drink is iced or hot green tea latte well they gave me a totally different latte today, but as always they made it right it was thru the drive thru they mightve not heard me correctly but Starbucks is good and they stand in correcting their mistakes. I will cont. To patronize Starbucks, good job.

Great service! However, I always order the hot mocha and about 85% of the time its bitter and I either cant drink or have to go have ot remade. I started going to other places even tho this store is a block away.

I still see the management leadership team has done nothing about the wait time at the drive thru here. When you manage you have to manage at a level of the best interest of your customer. How is this so hard? When your drive thru wait time is over 30 minutes? What’s this right you? Do you appreciate your customers who work and have to be at work at a certain time? Fast service and great venti caramel frappuccinos I didnt know that frappuccinos didnt come with shots anymore and that we had to add them so added my shots and was very satisfied so know I understand to add my shots

I love Starbucks. Raises the fact that their coffee is delicious and consistent, it is a great company which is another reason why I keep going back. They go out of their way to support Veterans, entrepreneurs, and their employees. Starbucks actively works to guide their employees to continually self improve through education and training and supports their endeavors whether it is at Starbucks or elsewhere. There have also been a number of times when I am a bit down and need out of the house and I am always picked up by visiting.

We found everything we needed the prices were reasonable but the staff were fighting and arguing and yelling at each other and it looked like there was going to be a fight to break out the manager didnt escort them off the property they didnt tell them to be quiet or to be courtesy of guests

I generally love Starbucks. I will start work the good about this particular one. First, it was quick and their drinks were good. The service though was unusual to say the least. While the cashier was friendly, I overheard several of the workers complaining about customers. One said, and I quote, dont people have hobbies besides Starbucks.To me, that is completely unacceptable. You do not talk about your customers like that IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I seem to have trouble getting drinks made with recipe at this location. We have one other location that will always make what I ask by recipe.

3 stars for an average of all my visits. I love Starbucks drinks and visit this location weekly. The parking lot is way too small and its usually a nightmare getting in and out of this place, I cant imagine trying to back up out of a parking space here. Location is usually busy but the speed of service keeps up with the crowd. I would say, it is an average of 10 mins to get a drink at a busy time. Staff has always been polite to me.

I love this Starbucks. The Baristas are always fast, friendly and fun. Its become a habit to visit this store after church and events with friends and family.

The drinks came out fast, they tasted amazing, & I was served with a great attitude! Theres an employee there ( Keith ) who I always request to make my drinks because he knows exactly how to do make them & makes them fast. Always served with a good attitude as well.

In fairness, this was going to get a good review just because I moved from the land of Starbucks on every corner to here and had searched desperately to find one. I think my relief at finding one (thats right, one in the whole city of more than 100,000 people) here probably influences this review, but the coffee is great, the staff is among the better staffs Ive seen at a Starbucks, and I quite like them,The only negative here is that all of their plugs are along one small section of wall, so I was kind of screwed when it comes to laptop use since I was already out of charge. Other than that, just perfect.

Its a little tight, but theres ample seating, comfy chairs, lots of tables, plenty of outlets, and a nice ambiance. The Baristas here were very nice and helpful and recommend a GREAT new twist to my usual drink. Loved it!

We ordered two drinks. Both were not what we ordered and they filled both cups to the brim with ice. $5 each for mostly ice and the wrong order.

Love the idea. Love the coffee. Love the food. But hate that I have to do extensive research prior to coming in to order what I want so I dont get made to feel like an idiot. If you walk in and dont know...goodness forbid...

2 stars for the decent muffin. I just ordered a cold brew coffee from this location, and it was SUPER obvious they used regular hot coffee and put ice in it. That is not how you make cold brew, and its just straight nasty.

I frequent this Sbux often, the staff and service are both exemplary while the coffee is the best in this town by far.My bone of contention lies with the policy of turning off their WiFi at closing.Clearly there are those, like myself, who remain on their patio after 11pm for any number of legitimate reasons.Since this town cannot financially support Sbux with enough business so at least one of the three area stores can justify a midnight closing, perhaps allowing the WiFi network to remain on until midnight. For us night owls.(Or mabey Im too wired on caffeine to realize Im crying like a b**ch)

The green tea latte hot is pretty good, caramel macchiato if youre looking for something a little more sweet, but my ultimate favorite is the Americano.
