The bakery dept has always been outstanding for us. From our wedding cake to our sons 1st birthday cake, they really hit it out of the park each time.

We recently moved from California and one of the best things about Texas besides the people is H-E-B! Great selection and variety, great prices and nice, helpful employees. Weve tried several H-E-B brand items instead of the name brand items and have not been disappointed... We love this store!

Horrible experience with curbside. In short, they gave my stuff to someone else. Never notified me of an issue. I waited in a hot car wayyy past my pick up time. They wanted to put chicken and milk in my car while they continued shopping. Kept bringing out a couple items at a time. First few employees couldnt tell me what was going on. Said theyd send manager out, never did. Not the service Id expect from HEB.

Please bring HEB to El Paso! Best shopping experience everrrr (and I hate to shop). Not enough words to describe this store. Price, SELECTION, cleanliness, happy staff, I could go on and on. Wear comfortable shoes because it is huge.

Best HEB in town! Always has what you need (minus when customers go crazy after hearing rumors of items being bought out). Also has some of the best service you will ever experience!

Great trip. Store opens at 0600. Deli doesnt open until 0700 or 0730. Went after work, no lines. Saved money over prices in Ballinger.

I love this grocery store but the level of customer service over the past year or so has quickly declined here in my experience. Thank goodness they have 2 locations in San Angelo.

Manager on duty at night was very sweet helped me get a basket and was just awesome with his customer service 😀

The more we go to this store the more we love it. The H.E.B. brand products have been amazing. Loved the fresh tortillas! Creating the list in the app and then it telling me where everything is in the store is an amazing feature!

Well stocked and very busy but they seem to have the staff to handle it. The place was in pretty good shape with clean aisles and a well stocked selection of pretty much anything you could expect from a grocery store. Myninky real complaint was that the meat department didnt seem quite as strong as I usually get from HEB. Perhaps we were there between restocking shifts.

Would not shop anywhere else! Always very professional service, fast and friendly! Will not shop anywhere else for groceries! Do not buy groceries at Walmart

I love this grocery store. The grocery store I have ever been to. It has a variety of things which for my family is crucial. My son has a ton of allergies and they have a selection of gluten free items. I really like the pharmacy as well

Its always a great time for the family. Always clean and the workers are very nice.

Very disappointed with front end managers, several times I have felt like a thief, I go buy our produce for the restaurant and of course I buy for myself at same time so I pay separately.the managers always presume I will not let them know I have a case of jalapenos r limes under the basket . David r Alex always help me and gives me the ticket on weight but they jump to think oh she is leaving without paying, I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth about the situation, I and the restaurant spend at least $350- $500 per week, will add lately the women mgrs have not been friendly or have smiles have notice since general manager has left will come back but next time this happens I will bring it up to their attention.

This my favorite heb. I love this one particular beer and went all over san angelo and no one Carries it. Other heb not the walmarts either. Checked gas stations beer barns nothing only this heb. Its micolobe DARK LAGER. Its in a black and goldish brown box only in 12 pk bottles. This heb only carry 3 at one time so I usually able to get 2 12 pks at once hopefully iam buying it enough they wont stop caring it fingers crossed. sometime

Closer to me than abilene or coleman so a good place to pick up what I need rather than a long shopping trip. A little pricey on some items but worth the cost rather than a longer trip. Alchohol now available!! The employees are always very nice!!

Love HEB. This is the old store in San Angelo. Stopped by to get our flu shot. Found the same friendly and professional service as always. Store was clean and well stocked.

Love to get my prescriptions here. Always so helpful even when my insurance has lapse. Prices are great on fruits, vegetables, and meats.

Not quite stocked as other HEB stores but still the store if choice wherever I go. With a military base here was very surprised. Sushi is not sold. Come on San Angeli we can do better.

This will be my go to store for beef and steak cuts! when you can score a 2.6lb bone in tomahawk steak for $22 you have hit jackpot! kabobs in stock a plus! also found great local TX red wine we enjoyed as well.

My favorite place in San Angelo for all my pharmacy and grocery needs. I wish they would have a little more bulk supply but the fresh food is the best in town.

Sadly to say it is great shopping there but customers not wearing a mask concerns me and my family especially when HEB employees dont enforce it,and they are coughing on and around the store in SAN ANGELO TEXAS

The quality of service has declined dramatically. Employee moral seems low. Not sure what happened, but I have a feeling its a problem with management. If the majority of the employees are always in a bad mood, theres a problem with the job itself.

Great store always enjoy when near one. Can find just about anything. Prices are not to expensive 😬 will shop again when near one. Too bad we dont have one in the Texas Panhandle.
