I love Bed Bath and Beyond! Not all the prices are great, but their sales and clearance items are totally worth buying. All their products are high quality and chic. They have so many clever and useful gadgets and items as well as decorative patterns and a huge variety of different items for the house: bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room needs can all be met here!

The whole store is a chaos, things are out of order, cant find prices easy, nor product where it belongs. Ex. If you have a display why dont you organize things close by... we genuinely spent about 1 hr trying to find things from 1 display

I only went to return merchandise. It was a long process, but the assistant was kind and patient. I was also helped quickly, which is a plus.

I got a beautiful shower curtain.

Found a cuisinart toaster, a Banana hook. a Rachel Ray teflon frying pan, and the cashier, Arthur was very polite and accommodating he helped me download the app on my phone for future discounts on purchases.

Always able to find everything and more then I come for.

I ordered an item online for my bedroom. It was a ring holder that I fell in love with, unfortunately I never got it on the day it was delivered. When I checked the tracking number it was sent to a house in New York with my address still on it. I was really bummed out because I really wanted it. I contacted customer service and they were quick to resolve the problem, but.... They asked me “what would I like to do?” I asked if they would please send me another one because I really wanted it. They didn’t respond to that email, however they sent me a refund but not the amount they said they would.First time ordering here and last:/ sorry:(

I love BB&B, but I will never visit this location again!!! The manager was completely rude and walked off and ignored me while I was speaking to her!! I have no clue what was going on with her day but it’s no reason to yell, smack her lips, and have and attitude at a customer before I could even express my concern. I left and went to the BB&B by North Star where I was greeted with a smile and was taken care of right away!! If you can’t treat customers well you shouldn’t be in customer service!!

The ladies that helped were super nice. Answered all our questions. I was looking for a bench scraper (which they have on-line) but they didnt have any. My friend wanted a comforter, found one, but to get their 20% coupon, you need their app and it takes 24 hours. Before if you asked the cashier, they had one you could use. Not anymore.

Went there for one item that there web site sent me there for. They didnt have there was informed I could only get it from online. The line was long and only 1 cashier.

They carry the Peachy clean silicon scrubber, which I love to use for washing dishes. They are way better than sponge that after several uses stinks. This silicon scrubber is a real value money for the money.

You can find hidden gems in the clearance section if you look long enough and I forgot an item and they held it for me. Even when returning an item without the packaging, the manager didnt give it a second thought and made it easy.

Staff was polite but I was extremely disappointed the no hassle return policy has been dropped. Ive shopped at BB&B exclusively for this reason. If I spent my hard earned money on a name brand product and it fails, BB&B made it very easy to simply exchange the product for the same one or one of equal value even without the receipt. I still had the package the item came in and a receipt just to be told there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue because it was over 1 year. I have now had to open a warranty claim with the manufacturer and will be without a shower head for about 2 weeks as the claim takes about 2 business days to process and 5 to 7 days to ship if approved. I will no longer be shopping at BB&B as my purchases are no longer protected under their original No Hassle Return Policy. Now its just more of a Hassle to be honest. Thanx Bed Bath & Beyond. You have officially lost me as a loyal customer of 16 years.

I purchased curtain rods and Sebastian black out curtains. They didnt have the length I needed in store, but they ordered them and delivered them to my house. Curtains are great quality, relatively inexpensive, and service was great.

All aisles were clear and all items readily available. Friendly staff.

Purchased several items couple of days ago, spur of the moment. Was told I could bring the receipt and coupons within 14 days and they would make the adjustment. Also, 10 % coupons and dollar value coupons are honored even after expiration date. Saved $50!!

Its quite pricey and its much harder these days to get anyone to help because there is not as many employees. They do offer very nice things but you have to be prepared for the prices

I urgently needed an item that only they had in stock, my husband was in intensive care in the hospital so I was in a hurry I asked the 1st employee I saw if she could point me in the right direction she just said she did not know, the 2nd employee flat out ignored me, & the 3rd employee told me they did not carry that item I showed her the info (website where it said they had them in stock) after looking at my phone she said I had to order it online. I was very polite until I was brushed off for the 3rd time & even then I just asked her if I looked stupid, everybody knows that you dont have to buy something online if they have plenty in stock. I will NEVER go back in that store again! If you do want to go there great just dont expect any kind of assistance from the employees! I just starting looking for it myself in the dept I thought it would be & 1 was just on a shelf like if somebody had just left it there, Thank God. I was unable to get any assistance, None!
