It turned out to be a very simple matter with the release lever that the owner ( I think) walked me through over the phone. He was VERY patient with me as I had no clue what I was doing. Moses is probably the best in San Antonio for garage door repair.. I had several people come out and give me estimate on my garage door that was giving me issues.. all other companies wanted to charge from 385.00 and up for repair as Mojo garage door repair charged me 150.00 for complete repair.. great service I wouldn’t call anyone else.. definitely recommend

My garage door spring broke shortly after the Snowpocalypse of Feb 2021. Moses came out and worked his magic, and within an hour and a half had two new springs installed, replaced all the rollers, and had everything working like new. Awesome job. Very reasonable price. On a Sunday, these guys came out and diagnosed my garage door opener within 10 minutes and they didnt charge extra. I decided to have additional maintenance done that was fairly priced. I highly recommend this business for your garage door needs.

Excellent service. Very quick and efficient. Called on a Sunday and came out on Monday morning work completed in about 45 mins. We had a torquemaster system and we did conversion to the spring. Highly recommended!!!

We were already happy earlier this year with Mojo when they came to inspect and tune up the garage door to our 2001 house. When our spring broke earlier this week, they put us on the schedule the next morning to replace it. Later that afternoon through a few mistakes on our part the garage door came off the rails. They came within hours to help us disengage it and take it away. Our new garage door arrived the next morning. It was installed and inspected by Moshe less than 24 hours. Truly responsive and superior service from Moshe, the office staff answering the phones and scheduling, and the installer. Thank you!

Weve used MoJo Garage Doors several times over the past few years and theyve always done a great job. We recently called Moses again when we bought a home and the garage door was in disrepair and stuck whenever it was opened. He replaced the broken spring, reattached the lifting wires, adjusted the roller guides, lubricated the chain and gear, and adjusted the closing setting to the proper position. Works like new!

Mojo garage door repair was excellent and quick at fixing my garage door when the spring broke unexpectedly. The technician arrived about 2 hours after I called and had new springs installed in less than an hour. The whole process was touch free and the technician wore a mask the entire time. I contacted Mojo and their technician showed up at the promised time. He wore appropriate VOCID-19 protection and fixed the problem. I had a small problem come up the next day and the same tech cheerfully came over and quickly resolved it. No muss, no fuss, and no additional charges. I heartily recommend this firm.
