Fast quotes are extremely important for us to give to our customers and repetitive clients. No one else does this in San Antonio today. I’m certainly recommending Clopay to everyone.

I had a opportunity to work with this company for about 6 months missed 2 days and they turned there back and didnt want me to work for them no more really worked hard for them just so they can tell me to kick rocks. Heads Up to there clients check all your stuff u buy from them cuz if its damaged they dont tell you they wait till you notice so they can blame it on u.

I was turned away today from business today. Ive been getting parts from here for years. And they are no longer taking new accounts? That is ridiculous.Ruth is also the rudest person to deal with. Im always very nice, I give them my money....I call and place orders, and shes never been pleasant. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Never seen such a poor company,, in fairness i dont know if its homedepot or the company itself.. I ordered a door a year ago, in that time i built a 8,000 square foot home and still no door. I call and call and am give a date and when that date comes i am give another date a from in the future,, this has gone on for a year.. Totally unacceptable,, Noah could have built the ark and delivered the 16 x 10 foot glass garage door from texas himself. Its a year you cant blame a storm or covid for a year.. How can you advertise you sell doors when i am waiting a year?????Shame on this company !!!!!!

BEWARE!!! This companys dye lots are completely off and the customer service is awful! We wanted brown and got red! Clopay would NOT send anybody to come look at the finished product and just blamed our independent contractor. Even after we offered to upgrade (at a $10,000 cost to us!), they refused to make ANY accommodations....rudely, we might add!! RUN, dont walk away!

I buy stuff form clopay often, they are great at finding info on products or if some is wrong they will make sure to replace it. Plus clopay door are made well and dont feel cheap like some other brands.
