Explained to technician (Isaiah) my issues regarding problem with one door opening & closing at sporadic times of the day. He explained possibilities of why that was happening and then quickly resolved the problem. Also reset my opener code and performed overal tune up maintenance on both doors. Cost was way less than I anticipated. Very pleased with outcome (& price) of the services provided. One happy customer☺ Should I have any need for garage door service in the future, would definitely use this company again. And...recommend them to my friends.

We had a “emergency” with our garage door- it came off the rails and in the process it bent, broke and did other damage. Within a hour of my call to Precision, the repair was started. The door works better than before we messed it up and I will keep Precision Service in my repair file.I would have approved a maintenance service being done, I do wish I had been asked.

I had one garage door that would not respond to the remote or button inside the garage. I also had a security pad on the outside f the garage door that would not work.. I called Premium Overhead door this morning and was given an appointment time for between 1:00 and 2:00, Joel was here by 1:30. In less than two hours everything was working and I am happy. My 2 Car Garage door broke. I called two other Overhead Door companies that were closer, but neither answered their phones (during regular hours). Called Premium Overhead although it was further. They answered the phone and was able to get out to fix the next day.I really appreciated the call that morning saying he (Joel) was on his way.I thought maybe I would have to get a whole next system, but Joel said that whoever installed it should of put a double coil, but only did one. So, good news that I didn’t have to buy a new unit, just two new coils.I like his honesty. He suggested replacing the roller wheels, but I might be able to get through a few years still. I went a head and had those replaced too.I would highly recommend using this team. :)

Joel and his crew came out and removed 2 original wooden garage doors and replaced them with a modern and much lighter metal door. His crew reinforced the header, replaced the old door jambs, removed a center column, installed a new opener and hauled away all of the old material and doors. His crew did a great job with all of the details and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. Joel and his Craftsman were very friendly and easy to work with, I highly recommended them to anyone needing this type of work done.

Exceptional Service and great quality work. I was able to schedule a Tune-Up at a reasonable price for next day service in addition to having to replace pulleys. Joel, was professional and courteous and not to mention completed the work in under an hour!

Fast and prompt service! Called them in the morning and were able to arrive earlier than estimated. Purchased an older home, and I guess it was time to fix because the garage door slipped off the track! They did repair without trying to oversell anything, although we decided to do the door tune up and replace springs in addition to repairing the door and track. They did such a great job that the door and opener work even better than when we purchased the house! Now it opens and closes smoothly and QUIETLY! Definitely quality service and work!

He replaced the single spring with a double spring, which seemed like a good idea. The price was quite acceptable. They replaced both garage door openers and repaired one door that had physical damage. They were ready to come out the same day I called and worked around my schedule. I havent needed garage door work before so I cant compare them to other companies but I have already recommended them to people at work.
