True Garage Doors, lucky for me was the first call I made when starting to check for Garage Door pricing. I had seen pricing through big box stores that were way too high. Talked to owner Eric who provided a quote I found to be very affordable. I compared two other companies and True Garage was by far the cheapest. The bigger bonus is that they arrived the next day and completed the installation included in price. My garage feels so much nicer. The doors have a modern design which made my wife even happier. Thanks Eric for the great price and service.

Omg this company did an amazing job. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond for me. The installed a better garage door than what the home builder had and on and they did a terrific job. No complaints from me. Very satisfied customer for sure. I recommend anyone needing any kind of help from these guys to go ahead and do it. You won’t regret it.

I think it’s interesting how there are only either one or five star reviews for this company. I’ll give them 4. Our garage doors look awesome, and we really did get a good price, BUT:- We have custom/non-standard doors. The technician knew that, because he came out to do the estimate. We were still assured that the install for both doors would take one day. However, when he got to the house (late, mind you) on Friday to do the install, he wasn’t able to finish in one day and had to come back the following Monday. The door on Monday was even more complicated than the first, and he had to be there most of the day. He did have to do some garage door engineering on site, which was impressive.- Talking with the owners is...interesting. I like them, nice enough guys, but I can definitely understand some of the one star reviews. They might rub someone the wrong way - they’re very direct, make sure you get all the details hammered out. We went back and forth quite a bit on price, but at the end of the day, I did get a good price, and they honored the discounts they said I would get.- That being said, they seemed a bit unorganized. They both couldn’t find their calculator, one couldn’t find my order, making me start all over, etc.Bottom line: Garage doors are installed (with keypads and bells and whistles), they look great, and the tech and owners are decent guys. Price was reasonable, and they worked with me on a good deal. Organization and scheduling could be better.

Found a flyer in mailed adverts. Called others for a quote, True Garage doors worked with me and my budget when others wouldnt. Installed a spring and explained process. Knowledgeable installer, arrived on time. Would/will recommend to others, or call back when other door spring goes. Thank you

Very nice and professional. My son recommended them to put in my new door and they were good and on time. They even offered a military discount which some others did not. I recommend them for garage inquiries.

If I could, I would give them no stars. The person who showed up to give an estimate was much more professional than the boss/owner of this establishment. My husband did a Google search for garage repair, true garage popped up, he called and was told they must come out to give an estimate. Understandable. What wasnt expressed was that there would be a $75 service fee if we decided not to go with them. When my husband informed the guy that we would not go with true garage, he told us we had to pay the service fee. My husband talked to the boss/owner and instead of professionally explaining why there is a service fee, my husband was yelled at. Mind you, we had another establishment come out earlier that did not charge us a service fee. They had awful customer service and would not reccommend them to anyone.

Affordable and professional service. They were prompt and very helpful in helping me fix my garage. Highly recommended.

My springs broke on my garage door. I found them online and they answered my call and were out within an hour. They were professional and very polite. They were reasonable and actually eneded up fixing my neighbors door as well.I highly recommend True Garage Doors.Steven and Justin were great.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. When I called they were very nice and polite. They guy they sent out was nice and polite. However, the guy they sent out had no clue how to fix a garage door. When I called back the next day to ask about it, the gentlemen then turned into a real jerk and hung up on me. When I called back he would not let me talk and proceeded to just be a jerk.

0 STARS!!! Horrible customer service. Technician practically attacked me as I pulled up. Told me I would have to pay additional $250 because I gave wrong measurements and he wasted his whole day at my house. I never gave measurements, owner told me what I needed over the phone. How am I to know I have the 10% with different garage door size? They look alike to me. Anyway...stay away from this company. Didnt pay the 250, but still feel like I got screwed.

I wont even give them a star, they offer military discount, they wont honor it. I have a garage door installed by them, their guy came offered a key pad, didnt installed it, when asked about it, he wants to charge for it, we were told he will be at my house on Sunday August 20th at 6 PM, didnt show up no call from the guy saying that he was NOT coming to our house, supposed to install a system that I could used my iPhone to open it, cant pair with it. when I called to get answers the only I get is attitude and even cursed words from them. If you are Military and need a new system go with another company, they suck and no professionalism from their part. I wont recommended to no one Not even my worst enemy

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! True Garage Doors did an install recently. I was stunned at the manner in which the owner, Stephen Williams, spoke to his customer. He was rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional when I initially solicited his business and after the install. I should have trusted my instincts before I hired him, but I didnt because an install appointment was readily available. I am confounded how this man remains in business, truly. You have been forewarned. Unfortunately, I cant rate this company zero stars.

I would not recommend them to ANYONE! I feel the name should be True Garage Door Rip Off I sent them to my 85 year old mother in laws house, I will say they fixed the door, total time at the house was under 20 min. The only parts required was a wire 20 long. The Bill with a FREE service call was $216. I told them to call me and I will pay. Instead they get the $$ for the 85 year old. When I called the owner he cut me off and said quote Is your door fixed, $216 is laughable I might listen to you if it was $800, my average ticket is $350 I have to keep the lights on NOT the kind of customer service I was looking for.

I found this company to be both professional and low cost, a rare combination these days. They followed through on all of their promises and I am very proud of the garage door I purchased from True Garage Doors of San Antonio.

Dont recommend them, they lack of costumer service, it say military and senior discounts, they dont honor it, very unprofessional, rude when you confront them, I wont recommend them get some else, they dont deserve any stars
