I brought in my mower for a surging problem due to todays modern ethanol in the gasoline. Blanco Fixit quicky diagnosed this problem and had my mower back to me in two days after cleaning the mower, and the carburetor. Blanco fixit fixed our lawnmower that hadn’t run in years for a very reasonable price within one day. The guy has been doing this for years. Such a sweet couple that runs this shop. You’re not going to find better lawnmower repair prices in town.

Terrible customer service, I walked into the store and it was completely empty with no one inside. I see a sign at the front desk that says keep your distance, as im walking into the shop I get yelled at by an older woman as shes telling me to get out of the store and would only talk to me if I was standing outside. I asked if it was okay if I could look at a few the stop cables that are behind the counter and she told me the place is not a store and theres no looking around. I just wanted to look at one part but instead I was told I wouldnt get any help unless if had the service number to my lawn mower.i went to John and Ernies off of lockhill Selma and they took thw time to work with me even though i didnt have the model number to my mower and they wont treat you like trash plus theres actually somebody in the store that you can see when you walk in. the lady who yelled at me was sitting in a room that I didnt even get a chance to see before i was yelled at and told to get out. I understand everyones scared about covid right now but that dosent mean you treat your only potential customer like dirt.

Thought the price was good. Cash only so come prepared. Happy that it was ready next day. Would use again.

The are great and reasonable on small gas mowers

My Craftsman mower would not start, I took it to Blanco Fixit and within three days they had it up and running like new.They are very knowledgeable when it comes to mowers and the customer service is great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone having mower issues.

These guys were always good when I took my lawnmower in back in the day. Friendly and competent.

Great people who are very honest and upfront. Helped me figure out the correct parts I needed to buy to fix my lawn mower on my own in their parking lot. They even walked me through what I needed to do so it would be done properly. I would have left it for the repair but I needed it fixed quickly to finish a job. Pricing was more than reasonable; better than any other place I called included Sears (considering it was a Craftsman lawnmower).They came out and checked on me, made sure things were ok, and even gave great advice on some products I was thinking about buying in the future. I have them bookmarked in my phone for future repairs and equipment purchases. I would recommend anyone looking for a rebuilt lawn mower to save cash, or having lawn mower issues to talk to Blanco Fixit first.PS: Some advice, they are a Cash Only store. There is an ATM across the street but its good to know in advance to avoid the ATM fees.

TL;DRDont go here. They are rude, and will raise the price on you if they dont like you. A bunch of professional thieves!Took my mower here to get the pull cord replaced. Also asked them to do a once over and see if everything was alright. They called me and told me the carburetor was water damaged and needed to be replaced or it wouldnt run, cost for repair was quoted $125-130. Fair price for a full fix up. But I could just get a new mower for that. So I told them Ill just pay the $21.95 for the cord replacement. They offered to just take it off, and not charge me anything. But I insisted, it would have been unfair for them to do the work and not get paid for it. I come to pick it up, and the cord was installed, but they didnt even bother to put the rest of the mower back together. So I asked them why they didnt bother to put it back together and that I would like them to do so. The price for the cord replacement went up from $21.95 to $28.95 now. I only had 25 in cash on me because they only take cash. I argued thats not what they quoted me, but they remained firm on the 28.95. So I said Well I guess Ill come back with more cash tomorrow because you raised the price. To which the lady behind the counter responded If you keep it up with that attitude the price will go up. WHAT?!0/10 would never go back here again.

I brought my Troy Built push mower for service. The mower was sitting for 7 years and hasnt been fired up once since then. Mr. Cox was very nice and did a VERY quick turn around on my mower, I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. He did not rip me off like some of these other bigger shops were going to. When I picked up my mower, Mr. Cox told me that if I had anything wrong with it to bring it back because he takes pride in his work and guarantees it. I will be bringing all of my lawn equipment to Blanco Fixit while I live in the San Antonio area. Thank you for great service.

Brought our mower in with a couple of different problems. They fixed them all for a very reasonable price. Not fancy, but its a repair shop, not a dealer.

They may be good at what they do but I wouldnt know. The most customer unfriendly people. Took my weedeater to get worked on. I get it, you dont work on weedeaters but do you have to be rude when you tell me that? I do have a lawn mower. Dont you want me to bring that in?

I would never take my lawn mower anywhere but here to get fixed. Aron is very good and reasonable

Real Encounter: I needed to replace the drive belt on my Craftsman self-propelled lawnmower. It required removing the blade and blade adapter. I removed the broken belt, the drive cover, and the blade but was unable to remove the blade adapter despite hours of sweat, liquid wrench, hammering, and cursing. I took the mower to Blanco Fixit (without an appointment). In less than 24 hours my mower was repaired. They were able to remove the blade adapter, put on a new belt, and reassemble the parts I had taken off. The total price for the repair was $25. I had contacted Sears about the repair and they were charging $30 just to look at it with the labor only charge being $56. Absolutely amazing service!

We noticed that Blanco Fixit had atlease 4 Stars Ratings on Google. We took them our mower and gave them a list of things I thought needed to be done. Wow, picked it up in a few days....it only needed one thing done....very honest people...check them out!
