I recently went to get my AC refilled and when I received my car back they told me there was an issue with some electrical wires. I didn’t believe them and took it to some other place and it was the ac compressor the whole time. I will never be bringing my car here again

I got a starter rebuilt from them for a Dodge Charger hemi 5.7. Did not work I checked everything in my part to make sure. So I call back and ask him did they just paint it or replaced parts because it doesnt work still. He answered me with a foul language I gave no answer or question for that. I know for a fact they had a family member that worked there and went his own way because of the job they did there theyre not gonna be responsible for the lousy work they did. The family member open a place in riverside good for him best choice.

Replaced the alternator in my 2007 Nissan altima. They were conveniently open early on a Saturday morning (closed a little early for my convenience, 5pm, so I had to get my car Monday morning ) closed Sundays, I was worried about the Oakley sunglasses we left in the car and to my relief they were still there! My husband was satisfied with the price and service we got so this place rates a 5 from me.

Complete waste of money, time and gas.Took my car to have the AC recharged, payed $75 in total. Doesnt blow cold at ALL!! Went back to have it checked because its not working. Left it there all day long, Paid $20 for an uber to drop me off when it was ready for pick and it still Doesnt work! Multiple people went back to complain about the same problem and they were no help. Just stole our money

Wow! My husband and I just came to pick up our dodge durango 04, after being told it will be 2 hours to recharge our a/c. My husband works on the cars of our entire family, therefore knows if someone messed with a car. He checked again this morning before taking it to M&M, when we returned for the pick up, he was informed the fan and a/c compressor did not work and is broken, $285 job.He immediately told them it cannot be because he checked before bringing it in. All it needed was a recharge. They denied ever touching it and asked for payment. My husband informed them he would call consumer affairs for fraud. Once we got home and popped the good. We noticed fingerprints on the fuse box (ac fuse loose) and the compressor was popped out.They will take your money!!!!

Bought my 17th year old son new alternator for his 94 Camero for $70 and saved $5 for doing a review with the company...

Went in to buy a new battery and it has never failed me yet but will have to go back to get a bigger battery cause the one they have me was abit too small for my 93 honda accord but very helpful with giving you the parts you need and highly recommend if anything goes wrong to bring back the part and see what the issue is.

This business is completely dishonest. I was quoted $190 to rebuild my own alternator. Which was far from quick. I pretty much waited all day for them to finish. Then I found out from a friend who went through the same exact situation, he was only charged $90 and had it finished in under an hour. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They are only interested in ripping you off and taking your money. Absolutely horrible customer service.

DON’T RECHARGE YOUR AC HERE!!! They broke something in my car then ask $520 to fix it. And when I asked them what are they gonna fix exactly, Danial told me that they don’t know but it needs three days work to figure the problem since there is no leaks!

Dishonesty Was Told 1300+ To Fix A clogedAc Line Went To A Real And Honest Mechanic To See If Anything Was Worth Paying Keep In Mind It Took M&M An Hour Plus To Do A Diagnosis And Took The Other Mechanic Less Then 15 Minutes To Figure Out The Problem Which Was The A/C Compressor Was Bad But M&M Gave Us A Total Over 1300+ With Labor Costing More Then The Parts Alone Look Around Before Comming Here To These Scammers Dont Recommend This Place At All!!

My Alternator and battery went out, late on Sat., my friend told me about M&M Alternators and I contacted them.They was able to sale me and alternator for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and battery, for a great price, with a warranty.Dont go to Auto Zone, they tested my battery and had me without my SUV and extra day, because, Auto Zone tested my battery and said its good to go, after they had it on the tester for an hour. All those reviews are good, but I want all of you people to call them today. I bet you will not get an answer from them today which is 7/18/19 you probably will not get an answer till 7/18/22. I have been calling them since Monday morning. They are very unprofessional when it comes to answering the phone. I feel like if you are running a business one of the requirements is to answer the phone. If I call McDonalds, Jack in the box or any other business they will answer the phone. I was so upset when I found out it was going to Cost me $444.00 plus Tax plus $17.00 for shipment for a new Alternator for my BMW. Lucky a friend recomend to take it to M & M to repair it. In 2 hours at only cost me $95 dollars and it was like a brand new Altenator. I put in on a works great. With there 2 year Replacement Warranty or for a extra $25 dollars it guaranteed for Life. Awesome place and product, even if the alternator being rebuilt, they have warranty and they rebuilt them like new 👌🏼. Of course you have to bring the defective one in to exchange, aside from paying $80-90 for the replacement alternator, but it’s well worth it. Also, if you have a car battery that you don’t need, the place will buy it from you for $10-20 dollars.

Dont go to this place i bought altenator in February went to exchange or have it rebuilt and they wanted me to pay for it again when it has a 24 month warranty. so i cant drive my car because they dont like to help ..I had my receipt and took jt in they said i didnt get it from there so i had to go buy another one and its not working. i cant get anywhere witout my car..

I dont recommend going there to anyone. There alternators dont last. I have been back to the store 2 times in 3 days for the same thing. The alternator only puts out seven and a half volts only worked good for a day. After only having it a month. Paid $70 for it.

Bad customer service, rebuilt alternators they sell here are worthless, and shoddy. The one I bought from them has a bad pulley and squeals like a wild bore. I tried to return it and get it exchanged but the guy just kept insisting its fine. So I told him to test it. So he put the alternator on the testing machine. It started squealing and he made a funny face and pretended not to hear it. He took it off and confidentiality said it was fine. I told him he can go outside and spin the pulley and he would hear it without testing it. So he finally admits its faulty and says come back tomorrow to get it either exchanged or repaired. I went back and they refused to exchange it or refund me! Start away from this place.

Very bad customer service!!!!First time doing business with them, purchased AC compressor, and called them back to let them know it was not working, they asked to take the car to them, they state it was my AC condenser, which I knew it was not the problem, but I repalced it anyway. Called back let them know this did not fixed the problem. Requested to take car back . and just for them to tell me to remove my AC compressor, and refund my money, but they took my freeon out of the system. Bad experience, Bad services,Bad Business!!
