On this trip I think they may needed more associates with a little better knowledge of the products available or needed. The email me all the time about buying products Im only going to buy the products that I need and the rewards start at $50 they could make the Rewards accumaltive we may be able to receive some Rewards. Ive spent over a couple hundred dollars in the last few months but I never seem to get a reward
Went to charge a battery . left it came back . the worker said battery no good .did not take charge .Trys to sell me new battery .went down the street to Oreilys.. To double check Left battery to charge .came back 2hours later Wow!! And the Battery was good. That s not Cool !!

They operate just like a typical AutoZone. Four people at work but only one person working, a line 6 people deep and the least qualified of the bunch is the one at parts counter helping customers having to ask for a manager to unlock the drawer at every transaction

Usually, the attendants are somewhat helpful. I called to check up on a trailer hitch wiring connection part. A female answered. After 10 minutes on hold, I terminated the call and decided to swing by. Since it was on the way to the fwy entrance. Now I know why the wait on the phone. A female attendant was following CDC protocol by cleaning countertop which is good. When I asked her about the part. She had no idea where it might be located. She just about mentioned every row.The other 2 or 3 service people were jibbing and one was helping another customer. The other was just hanging out.It didnt matter. They didnt have the connection I was needing. However, its great to have a jovial working atmosphere. But, how about customer service?I would have to say. This is one of the worst AutoZones I visited when it comes to customer service.

The service is friendly as long as you stir clear of management. Their return policy is cashing out on the epidemic goose egg, and its beware if you purchase a battery! Paying customers get treated like they stole something or frowed on because they live in the area.

Absolutely rude customer service...Gentleman working behind the counter needs to improve his decorum when dealing with customers regardless of how his day is going. Needs to become fully aware that customers are not an inconvenience. The time was around 730pm and the security gates were completely covering the entry to the store that you had to squeeze in and out to get in. The posted closing time was 9 p.m. The perception of a closed store makes it very obvious that customer, and making money are not a priority at this location.
I was on hold for 37min and didnt get helped i had to go to the store .....and customers come first yeah right thats what they want u to believe
Autozone has always been a good place for me for years now when i actually go in, but calling them is a loooong wait, there not good on the phone, so it makes me call elsewhere
The batteries in my mobility scooter went dead in the middle of my trip. I happened to be at Auto Zone picking up a part for a friend, and the clerk told me that he would charge my batteries for no charge. We discovered that one of them had gone bad. The clerk sent his driver to two different stores to get me a replacement. And the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Auto Zone.

Excellent customer service! Mr. Lavelle and Mr. Frank were both very helpful in my situation and really went out of their way to make sure my problem was solved. Very knowledgeable on products and overall left an outstanding impression. I will definitely continue to come to this location as I always recieve exceptional service!

Customer service are not knowledgeable in there products cant help or they choose not to. Recently went with a friend because his ac needed to be refilled the person that help first took us to the wrong section then then when he showed the correct section he wasnt sure what he saying he had to think. They need to hire people to knows about cars.

They are ok. Asked to get my check engine light checked and they told me to go do it myself because they were too busy. I do like the parts they have to offer here but the deals are nothing special same price as anywhere else.
Dont expect them to actually know anything about cars. Whereby the too get a rear wheel cylinder and she had no idea what that even was. She spent about 10 min trying to look it up then said they dont carry it. Went to Oreillys and had no problems getting my part.
They almost always have what I need but are usually super busy.

I took my battery a few days ago, I had left it there for 2 nights. I go in the following day to find out that it did not get charged!

Rude employees! Waited nearly 10 mins just to have them serve 2 other customers ahead of me even though I had been in the store waiting before the other customers came in. Go to Orileys, they know customer service, and a lil bit cheaper!
They were not the least bit helpful when my gas tank was leaking on a Sunday evening and all of the repair shops had just closed. I was wearing a back brace and a wrist brace and had my 93 yr old mother with me. Shady people had been siphoning gas when I got off work. I could see clearly that the tank was not cracked just by bending down a little (again, wearing a back brace!!!) and I just wanted to know if I needed to tighten something or if there was as a plug missing or what. The manager told me that they dont look at cars I needed to go to a mechanic and the computer wouldnt help and there was no part that could be leaking and I could wait around and see if a mechanic happened to come in. Great customer service. So, I put mom in the car and went down the street to OReillys Auto Parts. The guy behind the counter was happy to come out and look. He grabbed a wrench and a mat and tightened a nut for me. Problem solved!!! They will be getting 5 stars.
So I keep on getting the run-around about a piece that I bought for a tune-up. I purchased 8 spark plugs and a six pack of coils and two separate. The manager told me to come back and pick up the coil. So I was finally able to have time in my schedule being that I have a job. I go up there today, mind you this is my third attempt to get merchandise that I have already paid for . So Im wondering why Im being treated like Im trying to get over on somebody. Another employee told me to come back in the morning to speak to not the assistant, the manager Im sorry the store manager to receive a part that you pay for. At this point I feel like for me to have to come up here 4 times is an inconvenience to me being a loyal customer. I feel like I should be compensated with some type of discount being that I paid for the merchandise already. So tomorrow I will be coming up there in the morning to see if I will be inconvenience yet again I will bring all the merchandise that I purchased and the receipt since its been made very apparent that im liying. I feel like I can never get a head without someone using colorism to dictate my character as a human being. But Its above me So ill be there in the morning to see if im proved wrong and not judged by what type of customer service I get base on how I look. After this I feel like I cant shop at AutoZone anymore even with a receipt.

Autozone is great especially when things come with warranty but their employees there should really not comment on returns of items as if indicating something they dont know if I paid 200for a starter and it went out dont ?? Me about me do your JOB HELP THE CUSTOMER not insinuate your personal opinion that quite honestly dont matter maybe its a defect it happens but besides that single incident

Might as well have ordered the parts online your self.These keyboard part warriors dont know there elbo from there nose. If there prices were not so competitive I shop at NAPA Auto parts 100%. Those guys know how to pull out a parts catalog and make things happen. Not just push buttons on a keyboard.

The overall visit was ok. As I was walking into the store behind the manager she just allowed the door to close in my face. They were unable to bring up my records for my lifetime warranty on my starter for my truck. They wasnt able to pull up my records on my Autozone card on my key chain. Overall Tayjoin, was very helpful.
