If I can give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The service given to us by Wendy, Alonzo and Carlos was exceptionally amazing!!! We traded in our Tacoma for a newer one, and on our old Tacoma had a decal that I bought for my wife on her birthday, and it meant the world to her. So not only they were able to remove that decal for us, they slapped it on our new Tacoma for us. It was a great suprise!!! I highly recommend this Toyota dealership, just ask for Wendy and Alonzo. Theyll make your experience very special and pleasant. They are AWESOME!!!
Came for an oil change and was assisted by Dennis who was super nice and helpful. Definitely worth the wait everything was smooth and easy also their new location has a kids room which was great and convenient. Not to mention their snack bar and also a quiet room for those who want some time to relax while getting an oil change.
I wont be back.I made a appointment but still have to wait for 40min when I get there. Poor and slow service.This is second time theyre trying to rip me off. The Sales person SOEMY was really rude to me. She tried to make me change couple things to my car and I dont need. When I pick up my car she giving me rush. Also they dont have Car wash yet.I request change windshield wiper and they charged me $31 first it came up to $86.51.

The thought of purchasing a new car and dealing with pushy salesmen STRESSED ME OUT! I started doing my research and calling multiple dealerships trying to find the exact car I wanted, amidst the car shortage. When I contacted Toyota San Bernardino, I was very happy to hear that they were expecting to receive the exact car I wanted. Salazar began to explain the next steps, since the car was on its way, was very genuine and not once tried to push an agenda. He was upfront with everything, which I really appreciated. He answered every question I had and was extremely patient. The car arrived a week early which was a pleasant surprise. Salazar notified me immediately and remotely began the process to close the sale. This was a huge plus for me since I live over an hour away from this dealership. Overall, they made this process SOO easy and the best part was that Salazar delivered the car to me, saving me a long drive. Salesman Joel was great, we felt no pressure to buy which made us actually take a test drive. Pushy salesmen normally make us run out of dealerships so it was nice to have someone that’s cool, calm and collected. We have been looking for a Highlander hybrid for months, glad we were able to work out a deal that we feel was fair for both sides. It’s been a couple days since we purchased the vehicle, we dont have any buyers remorse, love the car.
I received an email to contact Marcos Alonzo when I submitted an inquiry on their website. I told him exactly my situation, vehicle I wanted and he told me he would work with me, that’s absolutely what he did. I am so happy with my RAV4 LE. When we went on the test drive he showed me all of the vehicles features from the trunk to the radio and features. Once my purchase was complete he helped me set up my phone to the car. He really walked me through everything. This is my third time buying a car from a dealership but my first time at Toyota and first time getting excellent customer service. Exceeded my expectations.

Came here to purchase a hybrid and a wonderful girl named Laura helped me look at the car I was interested in, she helped with explaining what the car comes with and how everything works after looking at different car colors and interior colors I was able to get the one I wanted delivered to the dealership by the end of the day. so once paperwork was done was gone with my new car would highly recommend talking with Laura if you new to buying a vehicle as she breaks it down really well and makes you find a purchase you are comfortable with.

We went there because we saw a car posted online of a model that we had researched and decided that we wanted to buy. The car was low mileage and in good shape, and we are happy with our purchase. The staff was mediocre, not very friendly and not very fast. They offered us no incentives or perks, and refused to negotiate the price. So I see no reason to go back again.
What a great experience, It really took me some time to decide were to go trade in my vehicle and drive off with something I wanted. Let me tell you I came across a car online I really liked and it happened to be here at the Toyota of San Bernardino. I was contacted and came in that same night. I came in and Nabeel was my salesman, he made sure I saw the vehicle I had found online which was perfect for me and also made sure to explain to me everything from features to my options. I got a great price on my trade in, I was a little concerned my payment would be to high for a 2022 but Nabeel made everything happen and just what I expected with my budget in mind. Be careful with this dealership! I bought my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid here and 3 months after purchasing the car, they then tell me that I have to come in to resign a contract because the original bank they had me sign with for a loan didn’t get approved so then they told me I need to now pay a down of $2,000 and make us sign up for the Toyota Credit Card to pay for it because not everyone can just whip out that amount of money. We originally agreed to no down and even the interest percentage changed. They even told us that the credit card would be 12 months interest free but that was a lie also so it was all a hassle. So just big warning to anyone out there trying to buy from this dealer, make sure that everything is absolutely approved! Not sure why they would have you walk away thinking that the deal is done just for you to be called a few months later and getting a letter saying they will take your car and forcing you into signing a new contract?!?! Just doesn’t make any sense! They even lie and tell you and that if you want a different color in the same car that it will cost you to transfer from a different location when really that’s far from the truth! The way they do business just seems shady so BE CAREFUL!

Went it to buy my first car, told them I wanted a fuel efficient car, my scenario, and an idea of what I wanted. Omar helped pick out exactly what I needed, was very detailed on everything from the finer details of the car, to the deal he would try to work out for me to even get it on my own. Then Carlos in financing was very clear and punctual when it came to handling the money side of purchasing my new car. Then even went out of his way to work out a better deal for myself and explained thoroughly the plan from then on. All in all, it was basically as smooth as it could possibly be for a first time buyer.

When it comes to buying a car, ohh they’ll go above and beyond, but when it comes to services for your car, their service is not very appealing. I was told that my car was going to be ready in 3 hours (got there at 8:39am), so I decided to wait; at 12:25 I asked a service advisor to check on the status, I was told that the car was almost done. At 12:56 I get a call from Bernardo stating that my cabin filter was dirty and if I wanted to change (I said no) and during the call I was told that my car was almost ready. At 2:20 I asked an employee if he was able to check on the status of my car, employee said that he couldn’t, so I waited a few more minutes and at 2:45 I spoke with one of the ladies that by the counter and she said that my car has been ready in which she asked if I was contacted by the advisor, but I was not. I waited for my car to be ready 7 hours when at first I was told that it would only take 3 hours.
Wait time for simple service excess of 1 hour. Ie car wash. Second key fob was not ready at time of purchase. Have to go back to obtain worried it will take them the entire day to complete
I had the worst customer service at this place right away Ivan A tried to sell me a tire without looking in my car account and checking if I had coverage which I did he practically told me that the 2 tires were worn out and unfortunately the insurance might not cover it but I only needed one tire that had been punctured he told me this without taking pics and sending it to the insurance then told me that they wouldnt have the tire ready till Wednesday and I need my car for Drs appts so I called other dealers in my area and they had it available then because it was time sensitive because I really needed my car I wanted to talk to anyone that could give information about my car this woman she told me her name was Tiana I belive Monday morning shift that I couldnt speak to nobody because Ivan was dealing with my car only and didnt help of connect me to nobody else he called a couple mins later and told me they did have a tire all of a sudden in Redlands then when I asked what time my car would be ready he couldnt tell me. mind you this was all before noon he didnt call me till a hour before they closed to tell me the car was ready all this for a tire change I would not recommend this place to nobody I was so upset by this unprofessional run around behavior i had to send my son and his wife to pick up the my car and no apologies needed just do better or get these two extra classes in good customer service skills and professional skills at work
Purchased my 2021 RAV4 Prime here and was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had.I worked with Miguel Petruzzelli and he was helpful, transparent, and not pushy at all. He helped guide me through the process and was knowledgeable about the car as well as financing options.I worked through the final financing and signing with Carlos Jimenez and he was equally helpful and transparent.While this was a sales transaction, I was able to really have a meaningful and human connection with each of the managers and left feeling seen and heard with all my concerns and needs.Also, it didn’t hurt having a taco truck on site when I purchased. Those tacos and horchata really sealed the deal for me! :)I can’t recommend Toyota SB enough for experience, selection, and fair pricing.
My whole life, I have had long, drawn out, stressful experiences with auto dealerships. That changed with Toyota of San Bernardino. I wanted a specific edition of a model they didnt have on their lot. They went above and beyond and had it delivered from a dealership in a different county. They threw in free window tint and some other extras for having to wait a couple of hours for the car to arrive. Im very pleased with my experience with the staff and the process that they made very easy to understand. I will recommend Toyota of San Bernardino to everyone I know!
I took my car to get a service. Before taking it, it had the tire pressure light on. Once I walked out the lot and I got on the freeway, the tire pressure light turned back on. They had also left the old sticker where it states the next service appointment. I had another appointment after, so I didn’t go back for them to fix it right away. The following day, I took my car to the tire shop for them add pressure to my tire and verify if I had a flat tire or if they had done nothing to my car and just claim that they did. Sure enough, the light turned off completely. I drove my car for another month (I had only put 1, 000 miles since I had taken my car) and the service light turned on. At this point, it was clear that they did nothing to my car and still charged me for it. I called to get some assistance on the issue and the lady was extremely rude. She claimed without any proof that they had done the service to my car. She asked me to take my car in just so they can turn off the service light, so I did. As soon as I got to there, they told me to go back the following day. They did not check my car at all. I love my car, but truly dissatisfied with their service.

From the sales consultant, Ziyad Shaat, who accompanied me on my test drive, to the sales manager, Kevin Pham, I had a great experience receiving my first car at this dealership. Having experienced delays for days on end for my moms vehicles at other dealerships before, it was a pleasant surprise to be able to pop in and out of here, with numerous employees constantly checking in on my family members and I while we were waiting for the paperwork to process. Everything went smoothly on purchasing my Toyota Rav4 with Alex our sales person he was great. From the person I was about to walk out on was the dude you close the deal with, the one you go to to sign all your paper work. I believe his name is Mario he was a little aggressive about wanting to add all kinds of extra stuff to my deal that would have ended up adding like a little more than a $100 bucks more to my payment. I honestly felt so uncomfortable that I just really wanted to leave and forget about getting the car. He should not be dealing with customers period. Not long ago I purchased a truck at Rotolo Chevrolet and never felt pressured to get all the extra stuff. I declined and the guy was very respectful of our decision, never once felt pressured. To be honest I never want to go back to Toyota of San Bernardino, not even for the free 2 yr service on my car.

Soemy Sanchez was very professional and very compassionate to our situation! We brought the car in on a busy Friday afternoon, but the next appointment time was on Monday. We explained the loss in our family and the need for the car and she put us on the schedule for the next day (even though the schedule was overbooked). She did tell us that they might not be able to get to the car until Monday anyway. However, they were actually able to look at it and get it fixed the next day! It was so nice of her to put us on the next day schedule instead of making us wait for the Monday appointment! Because of her we were able to have adequate transportation without renting a car! She is a true asset to the company! Her courteous and compassionate professionalism will keep us a loyal customer to Toyota of San Bernardino!!
Brought my vehicle in for a recall. They told me it would take 3 hours. I called back 6 hours later and they said it would be ready in another HOUR. They clearly dont care about their customer. Something that should have been done end up wasting my whole day. Would recommend you take your car elsewhere

NEGATIVE STARS !!! Complete scammers! Took my sister to get a car for the first time and was completely taken advantage of. Mannie- the manager lied to our face. In order to make “some money” off my sister. Manni and his staff decided to add additional accessories ( alarm) warranty to the deal without my sisters consent. She should of decided to add the features or not. He told us that the bank wouldn’t budge and that “no additional features” would be added to the payment but it was and they scammed us big time - I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! We will be making a formal complaint and putting our experience all over social media. Do not buy from here.
This is about one visit. I had driven over a cars alternator in a stores parking lot. I needed to know what damage had been done. Toyota told me they would charge me $155 to check it out. I thought that was a little high, but an insurance company was paying for it and I had to know if any damage had been done. When I brought the car in,the service writer told me she would only charge half price. I thought that was great. When I picked my car up, she said they found no damage and then she said no charge. I cant help but give them five stars.
I purchased my first Toyota from this dealer, but this was not my first rodeo with dealerships. This was my worst car buying experience. However, my experience stemmed from the sales manager. My sales person, Armando, was very pleasant to work with. If you are in the market for a Toyota, call in and schedule a visit with him. He did his best to help me out and I can honestly say the only reason I still bought my car here was because of him.While I do not recall the sales manager’s name, Toyota should invest in customer service training for their managers. He made me jump through hoops just to get the car. He was rude, to the point where I can hear him muttering my name from behind his desk and make demands to his team, which they had to come to me to request. This guy literally sat 10 feet away from my table.

Very dishonest advertising. I went there to purchase a rav4 advertised for $33,007 ready to buy but was informed I needed to also buy the dealer add- ons. Basically you get a 5 yr warranty for the paint!!!! and an upgraded security system. All for the price of $3680!!!!! I would have bought the car with a markup but not if it is falsely advertised. I thought the bad old days of shifty car salesmen were over

Used to visit another Toyota place. People here are nice, but I believe there is shortage of reception people or repair people. Waiting for 30 minutes in reception and then found employees in the room are chatting with each other without customers. And there is no coffee machine in lounge. Will return to my previous Toyotacare place. Cannot give 5-star.

All in all, was not to bad of an expirance.Other than the just being a bad time to purchase a new vehicle and the time it took.We were there at 930 am and did not get out of there untill 2:30-3:00 pm. That was without a test drive.We thought that being it was going to be a cash deal, it would not take that long. Should have taken a lunch.

Classic case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Traveled a great distance to purchase a vehicle and when I arrived there the vehicle was sold 30 minutes prior to my arrival? A total waste of time and money. Not even a call or text back that the vehicle was sold so I wouldnt waste my time or money.

Not very good place to buy tires, I had a flat tire and they asked me first to go a tire place to honor the warranty, after a big discussion they said they will prorated and install a new tire, when I picked the car the low pressure tire sign was still on and did NOT give the original receipt written by the mechanic but charge me $73.25. I went back and she (Soemy Sanchez) said that the sign was on before and I have to pay $155 to check it, I told her that is not true, after talking to the manager he checked it and found one of the tires was low, he gave me a receipt but not the original one written by the mechanic which probably show that was a defect tire, my advice is DO NOT by tires from there.
Excellent customer service by Max. He really delivered on what we wanted. We are so excited about our new hybrid RAV4. Great overall experience! No phone call to update me on the status from dropping it off on 6/11/21. Rushing me to come in on the next day by 4 pm and not getting out until about 6:30 pm. I paid for Job# 11T0ZZZRG1 but the problem still not fixed. The advisor said come and get reimbursed but I dont see that happening. I will call just the same which will determine if I every go back to this store in San Bernardino again.

I just got a 2015 Prius from my uncle and took care of a recall as well as a regular maintenance. The service advisor took care of me well and in a professional manner. Although I dont like the long wait at dealerships, I am patient enough to tolerate it as well as they get the job done right. Seeing all their awards on the wall, they seem to have a great reputation with that. I will be back for future services.

I just bought my 2021 Toyota Camry and I have to say this has been the most successful and least stressful experience while purchasing a car! They work for you and try to help you out as much as possible! Rico from financing was amazing, he helped my family and I out as if we where his family.
