The personnel and customer service was nice but the area is so unattractive outside that I can’t believe there is management at this location. I know you can’t help the environmental factors but it’s so disgusting I’d never stop and let my gf or kids go in this store. Didn’t even feel comfortable letting them stay in the car. Can’t help the homeless outside but something can be done about everything.

Ok store, rough neighborhood but nice people

My local dollar tree is always well stocked and the employees are always courteous. I love knowing that I dont have to go far for last minute house items. The customer service here is always top notch they treat everyone with respect no matter who you are.

So I stopped at the spot once again. Im in here like 2-3 times a week. This time I just needed something to drink. The issue is theres too much to choose from. I wanted to get a couple of things but I only get a 30 minute break. Got myself a coke. Cant go wrong there.

I like coming to this store. They always have something new to try plus a lot of my favorites. Oh and most importantly, everything is a dollar.

I was taking someone else there I decided to go in and Lord and behold they have everything you could think of ❤

Its always quick and friendly at this location.i feel bad for the employees since there isnt a/c in store...I also feel bad for the homeless people in this heat....I havent been bugged by any here but I saw some.i didnt have cash or Id offer enough for a drink or something...I wanted to offer to buy this guy something but Im so shy I guess....anyway this store hardly gets packed.great location in my opinion.its my go to

Store personal are very generous the store is clean the only bad thing is they charge you 1 dollar if your getting cash back come on Dollar Tree customers are essential give me a break specially in these pandemic times

This store is too small. Every time I go, its dirty, stuff is on the floor, I cant find what Im looking for. They clearly dont get the good stuff. There are dollar trees that are 30,000 square feet with a huge selection.. I have yet to find one. Ive been to the one in Rialto, its very clean. But it always picked over. Very frustrated..

Frozen foods an can goods, even brooms an cleaning supplies, !!how about that!!😁impossible not to grab something here...Cashiers are friendly an helpful.Area not safe, Too many homeless around the area😰

Place is rat infested. rodent droppings on food isles and dog/cat food isle. this NEEDS to be fixed now. HUGE health issues not worth it.

The manager can be a know it all. You ask if they have a dish rack an another color, she seems disturbed cuz you asked a question. She then replied No, I know my store. Just answer with a yes or no she always has more to say! Teach them managerial skills.

Theres too much stuff hanging around the register because the other day I put up some skin cream to ring up that I noticed never made it home because it was never put into my bags but I did end up with a bag of pistachio nuts that I DID NOT shop for nor was I interested in purchasing pistachio nuts and there was no one else in line behind me. I wanted the cream I put in there that dissapeared at the register not no damn pistachio nuts!

My son and I visited this store today ( 6/2/19 ) around 630 PM to purchase a few items. We were walking down the toy aisle when we over heard an employee named Kim speaking in a very unprofessional way.She was having a conversation with a guest and another employee ( name unknown). In the conversation she was having she was cursing and speaking about gang violence that someone she knew were involved in.I find it very unprofessional to be having that kinda of conversation and cursing at work in front of guest, mostly in the toy section.I think she needs some coaching to help her understand, that kinda of conversation and the language she was using needs to be out of the work environment.The cashier named Shaney on the other hand was very professional and very polite. Thank you Shaney for taking youre job seriously and for caring about customer service.

Excellent Visit, very attentive employees and the Store. Manager Juanita made our visit much more pleasant by helping us herself!!!

The store manager, Juanita, is the problem. She lets the drug addicts hang out in the parking lot and destroy the shelves in the store, but she treats the regular paying customers like thieves. I have not returned since she crossed the ultimate line and injured me (I could barely use my arm for 2 weeks) while I was trying to grab a basket.

I love these stores. I can lost for days. Great place to buy items to make your lunches for the week.

The workers are good but management is not. Management should get in there and help employees when needed.

It was good the customer service it good you find things fairly easy and the employees ask if you need assistance which is helpful.

I walked in and an African American checker at the register was trying to explain the no food return policy to a lady who wasnt having it. She was trying but this first impression was pretty annoying. They didnt have any spanish themed birthday cards. I was like really? This area has a big concentration of Latinos, come on?

This store is SO messy! I literally had to dig through boxes and opened merchandise packaging to unsuccessfully find what I was looking for. It must be nice to work here, its plainly obvious that employees do literally nothing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I really like Dollar Tree - I go to the one on Highland and the 215 - its really well kept - the staff is nice and better yet, its near my house.

This location has quickly turned to garbage. At first it was great and there were always at least 2 registers open, but now they only have 1 register open every time I go. Today was horrible though. I get in line behind 2 other people while employees are telling a tweaker to leave, but when that debacle ended I found out that the employee running the checkout line I was in was inflating balloons instead of checking people out. So I waited about 5 minutes while she was inflating balloons and other employees were walking around or just standing there. They showed no remorse for the wait and were only concerned that you had to witness them dealing with unsavory characters. Management sucks, attitudes suck, and when I expressed my disdain for the way they handled themselves one employee, whom had quite the colorful rhetoric dealing with unsavory characters, merely asked if I was mad and took no indication from the inflection of my voice. Talk about disconnected from reality.

Its ok for a quick run. But 99 cent store is still better.

New store...but holy cow is this place consistently a disaster! Seriously. I cant tell if it is just lazy employees,poor management or awful customers...but the place is an absolute wreck! From stock carts in the isles to product on the floor and off pegs....for such a new store Id expect much better.

It is always neat. You are greeted when you walk through the door.

I like this store the shelves are well stocked. School supplies, auto, cleaning supplies, food any many other things. I perfer this to the one in Redlands on Redlands Blvd.

They close early and go off on you if you question the false advertised hours.

A homeless man came in and took a couple of cheeseburgers, the women who might have been a manager proceeded to assault the man yelling and cursing (saying F you) at the man to give her the burgers which he stuffed in his pants she yelled all through the store with customers in the store not allowing him to leave where she got into a physical altercation with the man while he was trying to leave. she yanked his jackets off which is when he finally left the store. cops had been called. as i was leaving she called dispatch again to let them know which way he was going and got verbally abusive with the dispatcher. telling them (dont you F care what hes wearing) never in my life have i seen such a poor display of employee/managment behavior. he was stealing i get that but she handled it to an extreme which was abuse. the man was homeless and mentally challanged

Usually only one cashier so a bit of a wait in line. Definitely need more help keeping aisles ckear, clean, and clutter free.

Cheap prices and always on time for the holidays when I need decor. The ladies in the morning are always talking though and holding the lines up and somewhat rude with an attitude.
