The shopping carts are scattered everywhere in this shopping center. Ralphs needs to send their employees to retrieve these carts.

Pretty par with most grocery stores. The only negative things I could mention are that some things are hard to reach in the isles. I’m on the shorter side and have to bring my boyfriend with me to help me reach for the groceries here. A little silly, but I don’t mind it that much. Unfortunately, not the best deals at this Ralph’s. I think it might just be Ralph’s stores in general. There are sometimes homeless hanging around, one tried to hug me.

This is a new store for the wife and I, since we recently moved to this town. The store is clean, and well stocked. But the nicest part are the employees, including the manager. These people are easy to deal with, even if you have a problem. They give you the greatest customer service! Also you can get some good deals from their mark-downs, before they disappear. Their day-old bread is really only a day old. Thats even better than at Traders Joes. They dont remove the bread on the next day as they should! So be warned.😡 And the dates are coded...good luck.

Always have problems getting cash back after 10pm. I never have this problem with the day shift. Its sad. Very inconvenient. Only reason is because the manager cant approve cashback for me when the day shift can. I told the day manager and she said I should have no problem. Tried again today and the manager victor denied my request. Inconvenient and just gave me Bs excuses as to why I cant get cashback. I suggest stater bros.

I been sitting in the pick up area for 35mins and nothing. I understand if you are new to the job, why is no one helping this poor lady get her job accomplished, instead of setting her up for failure.

I love my local Ralphs an example of why Im so keen to Ralphs is I have been searching for Boysenberry anything jams, jellies, preserves, I couldnt find it anywhere locally and I found it at my local Ralphs. So happy, now if I can only find a Boysenberry pie locally.

They swear they are uppety but never have a full enventory or bags for your veggies. You gotta put your raw veggies in your dirty covid cart...gross

There should be a discount, if I have to scan and bag my own groceries. ( Prices arent that cheap ) employee standing there with his arms crossed telling me Im doing it wrong, sorry its not my job . Unpleasant and rude ( doesnt greet customers ) made my shopping experience an unpleasant one. Should at least have one register open early morning. Lost a loyal customer, will be shopping at stater brothers .

Ralphs is just great. Convenient distance and a great selection of produce and products.

Looks shabby on the outisde but its clean and neat on the inside. They have good specials and sales and the clearance in the back near the restrooms sometimes have good finds. Checkout time honestly depends. Sometimes it takes a while and theres no one in the store or itll go by fast and its super packed. The cashiers have always been nice everytime Ive shopped here. The security guards have been nice to me too. If you dont have a club card or forgot your number sometimes they give you the discounts anyways.

Best market ever. First time felt safe since covid. Checker very nice. Security guard nice but made you feel secure. Everyone wearing masks. Good selection of meats. Will come back.

What has happened to your deli made soups???? They used to be delicious, now they have no flavor, chicken is super dry, the clam chowder is no good...I was praising Ralphs for their wonderful soup until now. Purchased 3 containers of chicken noodle and 2 of clam chowder...all no good, very disappointed.

I have no complaints of staff and more so during this time. I am BEYOND thankful to the staff that continue to keep this awesome country going. So, please be patient & keep your distance IT IS for our well being AS IT IS for the staff. Big shout out to the Staff and management for trying to stay well stocked during this phase. Blessings to all & hang in there, WE Can do it!

Love this Ralphs, clean, big, great customer service, lots of everything, you literally find all the items you are looking for and some, fully stocked. Also I had my fish fried cooked, it was delicious, my family cannot get enough. I now get the fried fish every Friday. You pick out the fish by the pound, they fry it . Lastly great sales always something marked down for those on a budget.

My husband and I have been coming here and there we now live around the corner. We have always gone in 15 and less line and the same cashier is there Brittany. Always helpful always nice! She’s amazing!!!! Will literally tell us we need a certain amount of a product for a good deal and will go to the back if we weren’t able to find something. Beyond excellent!!

Be careful with their macaroni salad they have at the deli. It is funky smelling, looks sticky, and tasted like rotten cheese. I called to let them know, but they didn’t sound too concerned about it.

Pretty clean.. just wish it had more cheaper buys. Things are supposed to be on sale.. but technically its still a lot. Think its more of a corporation issue than a store. The staff is usually friendly. I do wish the cashiers would pay a little more attention to detail though. Certain things like getting the chicken dinner deal was supposed to be rung up, instead I paid for each item full price. Tried calling to speak to a manager about it but nobody answers the phone. I suggest just pay attention to the receipt before you head back to your car. The cashiers dont care if youre getting the cheapest price, you WILL pay full price.

I have lived in 92407 zone like this Ralph store for the last 45 years. I always thought the prices were higher than other local stores. But lately I started buying many organic foods. The prices are cheaper than other stores plus the fresh greens last much longer. I wish they carries more organic items. .

New changes are making me shop elsewhere. You no longer supply for familys. And I will never buy from deli as long as your selling bores. Jenny oh products are far better.

My favorite market. Has all the brands I prefer, plus the Ralphs brand has always been high quality (other markets brand canned foods seem to be 2nd rate). I love the bakery & deli sections, as well. The staff have always been helpful and friendly, with eye contact and smiles. Many other markets staff rarely use eye contact when speaking to the customers at the registers!

I always go to this Ralph’s. I know most of the staff there and they are always helpful and friendly. Whenever I cash out with Mark he always makes me laugh. Especially on my down days. It’s always nice seeing their friendly faces. And even though this Ralph’s isn’t the biggest one, the staff has some of the biggest hearts. Having some more lines open during the busy times would be nice though. But that’s every store.

I love the Ralphs rewards. I also appreciate that if theres more than 3 people in line, they open another register. Very friendly too!

I shop here all the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they actually know their products. Checkout times are fast! Today, I purchased a product I didnt like and the return process was super easy and no hassle at all. Im a satisfied customer.

This is a good store. Ralphs in general is a little pricey but the fast checkout makes up for that. Not like stators where you can potentially wait in line for 10 - 15 minutes.Anyway, the staff is always more than friendly and professional. I have had no problems thus far.

Love coming here the staff is always so nice. They actually try and talk not like other stores its a hi, how are You? Ok then thats it. They try to rush you out. Here they get you out fast but make you feel welcomed and want you to keep coming back.

Their scanning system at this location is brand new and features a handheld scanner for the customer to use if you dont want to take anything out of your basket. Mainly for large items but medium ones can be scanned too if you prefer it that way. The staff is pleasant and even smiles when you can tell theyre tired and been at work for the last 7 hours or more. Its clean and the parking lot is maintained extremely well considering its on the edge of Muscoy.

The store manager (at least I believe he was the store manager) didnt seem very welcoming or friendly but the rest of the staff was fairly nice and helped us to find what we were looking for.Update: 09/14/20 He is very rude. Dont go to this Ralphs.

Best grocery store in San Bernardino. One of the communities true assets. The employees are so friendly and cheerful, and I never hear them talking about their private lives like is always the case at a store chain with the initials S.B. At Ralphs they are hardworking professionals focused on the customer!

This review pertains to the bakery department. I ordered a cake online over a week ago for my graduation. Although I received a confirmation email, the manager of the bakery department claimed they did not receive the order. Of course, the manager did not bother to look at the confirmation number or verify the order, she stated that some online orders come through and some dont. Instead of the manager trying to resolve the issue, we took the initiative to purchase one of the cakes on display. When we asked the manager, what kind of cake a particular one was, since cakes come in different​ flavors, she stated in a rude tone (which was what we dealt with the whole time), honey, they all are cakes. We tried to talk to the store manager which was a waste of time. We ended up purchasing a cake a Vons instead and received excellent customer service.I am upset that 1) the employees here failed to show concern or sympathy 2) how someone is titled a manager but lacks customer services​ 3) that a cake was ordered online for someones graduation and was not transmitted to the store. This was my graduation and how could you have such disregard. I selected Ralphs to bake my cake because I loved eating at their bakery and I always referred my co-workers there too. Not anymore.

Ok place to go to when I just need a couple of things. Their meat department is limited. Because of this, I prefer to do my grocery shopping at Stater Bros.

Their organic fresh foods is getting better. Nice flowers and very clean. A bit over priced but its a good place for something quick.

The nicest people at this grocery store where the two people who worked at the Deli. They were very helpful and they did their job over and above. The two older white people for very rude, they had attitudes and they were not helpful because of them I will rate this store a low star and the only reason why youre getting a 2-star is because of the two people that helped me out

Great prices and great product quality

I dont live in San Bernardino but my grandchildren do and so I wasnt familiar with what kind of service Ralphs offers. I called to order my grandsons birthday cake and cupcakes for his WWE party the day prior to the party not knowing if Ralphs bakery would be able to accommodate us. They exceeded our expectations with an amazing looking cake, they were reasonable priced and both cake and cupcakes were moist and delicious. Thanks for your great customer service!

Friendly and helpful workers! Theres not ever a long wait in line, they have a sandwich deli inside and a bakery, they have a US Bank inside too, after shopping I like to stop at the Redbox 👍

Terrible. Very rude about me not having a Ralphs card. I asked that they use the store card and they said no I refused to pay 21.00 for a 12 pk of tecate as my punishment for not registering my personal information with them. I left my item and walked out for the final time

You ruined my Thanksgiving and life. I was shopping and was having a hard time pushing the shopping cart so I left it at the end of an isle so I could run and grab a few things. An employee didnt ask anyone if it was their car but instead started putting it all away. When I confronted the man he said everything is still in the cart and gave it to me. Well everything was not in the cart and I could not prepare my Thanksgiving meal for my so called family. Instead it was the straw that broke me and ended any relationship I thought I had. Thank You Ralphs for destroying what was left of me.
