I love this store they have a great produce section always well kept and very fast and friendly service my elder uncle loves this store .

I enjoy shopping here. Im always in and out. They have fast cashiers. The only thing that can be offsetting is that staff members have full on personal conversations with each other. Or they gossip about other employees in front of customers. Not very professional. Once the cashier was gossiping and got mad that I swiped my card too soon. I completely avoid her now because apparently shes a manager and my complaint got nowhere. Other than that this store is always clean and the staff members are friendly. The meat department is awesome and informative. I really like their fried chicken it is so good and a great price.

Always busy. Waiting for riding cart for disabled people is hectic when you are made to stand there while they clean it. Some people are offered a seat while the cart is cleaned, others suffer in pain standing there waiting to take a load off.Popular brands of anything in this busy store is non existent unless you get there within the first 2 hours of opening . Some of the checkers greeting, farewell etc. Is dry or hurried like they want to get you out fast. But then they strike up a pleasant conversation with the person behind you, what is that?? It certainly isnt friendly for a customer spending good hard earned money..

Usually not a bad store, with quality products. As of late, though, Ive noticed certain items that the store just isnt restocking. Im not talking about things like isopropyl alcohol during covid, Im talking about standard food items that the shelf sits empty for weeks, while other stores nearby, even Stater stores, have the items fully shelved. Frozen vegetables and Velveeta cheese, for example.

This Staters IS SO OLD! They have not updated this store because they think these patrons dont care. Well they do! You cant have two carts in the isle at once, theyre is no butcher or baker and dont get me started on the staff. They should be happy I gave them two stars.

Always a long line. No room for waiting in line. You will be standing in the isles. I shop at this store a lot only cause its close to me, however after the other day when the cashier told me in order to get cash back from my debit card, I had to spend $ 5.00 dollars, I will be doing my shopping elsewhere..

Twice I had to return meat because it was bad.Ill never buy meat from Stater Bros again.Not the 1 on Highland× Del Rosa!!!!!And it was my favorite store.

The deli should just stop offering sandwiches altogether. Every time I come here and ask them to make me a sandwich whoever is on shift no matter who it is acts like it is such a hassle for them. I wait in line like everyone else and sometimes its a bit of a wait. But it really irritates me when they finally get to me and then I ask for a sandwich and they always tell me ok Im going to help them first and then Ill make it even if there are 5 other people in line. If I have already waited ten minutes I dont want to wait for you to help every person in line who showed up after me. Thats the point of being in line, when its your turn, youre supposed to be helped. I shouldnt have to wait once its my turn. But they do it every time. 🙄

Stater Bros is one of my favorite markets. They usually have everything that Im looking for.. Their prices are not as good as some but the quality of their food makes up for that.. They have always been my number one choice in shopping.. Once I went there and I always check their markdown basket. I found a 24pack of Stater Bros brand for 99 cents. The cashier asked the manager and he said no its $1.99 I was really mad about that so I did not purchase it..

Horrible experience! The employees are always argumentative and snappy the security guard is never to be found if he his he in someone face! The employees are always standing around that front part of the store yapping and on some of the isle! Talking their personal business. Is this a club or a business ( that needs less talking)

The manager and half of the staff have an attitude problem. Ive never been rude to them, and politely asked them for help a couple of times like getting change for 5 dollars worth in quarters (if possible) or a refund because one of my items werent in my bag when i got home and they always seem super annoyed. Theyre fast, ill give them that. But it always dampers my mood going there.

I bought some steaks & put them in the freezer. Then put in the refrigerator to cook & I found out the white paper isnt freezer safe. So they had freezer burn. I was able to exchange for more steaks. They cut some more ribs for me. Theyre very nice & helpful.

Store is usually busy, staff are pretty cool. Manager has a little attitude issue for some reason, Ive seen him a few times pop off on customers. But aside from him pretty decent grocery store. Prices are going up but that seems to be going around at all stores. Dam covid.

I have shopped here for 4 years, off and on. I do not really like this location, due to it not having an actual bakery. But, what happened today secured the fact that I will never shop there again. Last year, I was told by an employee there that I could order the type of cheese I need for my Christmas recipe, I make every year. I called the deli department this morning to order my cheese. When an ignorant woman using street slang and not one ounce of customer service informed me, and I quote, we no sell that cheese here I said, I know, which is why I am ordering it. She then said we no afford that cheese at this store I, then requested to speak to the store manager, after being on hold for a long time, Julian answered and proceeded to inform me that he will look into ordering my cheese. I then informed him he needed to train his employees in the deli with customer service and grammar. He then proceeded to tell me that we will not talk about his employees grammar, and if we do he will not help me. I, then called the corporate office to complain about their verbiage towards me. I then called Vons deli, and was told they do carry that cheese. Unbelievable! I was raised in a world where hiring quality people is imperative for a successful business, apparently Stater Brothers does not believe that, and believes that their employees ignorance in grammar more important than their customers satisfaction.

I would give them a negative star if I could. The employees are not professional. Employees cussing in the butcher section have no respect. Girls at checkout on their phone. The manager must not care about his store. No one helps you or greets you.

This particular Staters is close to home with plenty of parking. The produce department has a very good choice of chilled produce usually reasonably priced. I can usually find what I come to buy and I am in and out due to the quick and professional work of the cashiers and other employees.

For me this is like the first week of staying/ shopping in this Side of Berdo so without even looking for any other store Ill Shop at Staters, no doubt ! Always clean and organized & your Deli is Great !!! Only thing I thought was Off is that they dont have a Bakery section & their selection of stuff in front was limited which is kinda like a Rock n Roll band without a drummer !

This is gonna be TMI, but staters coming in clutch when you gotta take a dump. You gotta ask a clerk for them to open the door because they cant give out the code. Its a single stall for ladies. Its generally clean too.

Make sure you look carefully at expiration dates on yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. There are more than a couple products with short expiration dates. Nice cashiers and clean. Not the low price leader on cereal anymore!

Some of the employees are not wearing masks even though they are required now. Two employees were standing next to each other even closer than most would without a pandemic, one wearing a mask and one was not. 10 minutes later when I returned to the aisle they were still on top of each other talking... not there to work btw, just standing there and talking. Management has placed Xs on the floor to indicate waiting points while in line... but management should be more vigilant with their own employees.

Staters is a great store, always can find what other stores dont have. Fresh produce, best meats and then the other stuff.

Great got good deals on all except large tomatoes got five when I got home and looked at receipt was almost 8.00 for them wow!!!
