Honestly, one of the worst plave to go and do some grocery shopping ..really horrible customer service. Excluding one or two cashiers, they are all really horrible at customer service! I highly recommend taking the extra minutes to drive elsewhere!! The food from the hot foods is great ..but they way they serve and attend u is horrible!! ..stay away!!

I just love coming here. Theres hot food section with all sorts of Mexican dishes. Really good food. A bakery with fresh sweet bread. Cakes, fresh fruit, and u can order your smoothies too.

The produce and some meat have a good price her but for other things such as spaghetti sauce or ketchup it is over priced. I can get ketchup at any grocery store for $1 and here the cheapest one was like $2.49. Also many WIC approved items are not even kept stocked such as yogurt.

Great place to Shop so many specials is hard to choose. Their bakery is to die for. The tortilla factory is mesmerizing. To get just made tortillas is a great feeling. Theyre warm still when you get them. Cant be fresher than that. The restaurant with the grilled chicken gets me all the time as well as their salsas... Can you please get the home made enchilada sauce again please

Most employees are rude and don’t offer any assistance. Is very hard to even get help when looking for something. The Service deli assistant just get mad when been ask questions or so. They just rude in all. The cashiers talk to each other as if there’s no customer in line. And most of the time they only have one cashier line open. I rather go further out and get better customer service then going here when is close at my home.

There is a metro pcs store inside that has a very friendly and helpful staff.

The security was horrible, the security guard was harassing my family and I. My brother has bad asthma, so he has trouble breathing. When the security guard started to aggressively scream at us my 8 year old brother started to burst into tears in fear. My mother went to comfort him while my stepdad was exercising his rights. It was an experience we will never forget and never forgive. The shopping experience was alright and some of the employees were helpful.

Their strawberries covered in chocolate are the best they are always fresh and big. And so are their cake pops. The best that ive had. Their bakery looks very good and i know everything there is delicious. I recommend! 👍

Always super long lines, managers are very rude and dont even know how to handle a complaint. Meat was bad in more than one occasion and when I went to exchange it they said all sales are final because I didnt have my receipt. They didnt even bother to look at the packaging label that was from their store,. They simple dont care about customers.

Rio Ranch is my go to for produce and meats. Theyre produce prices beat food 4 less so when I need tomatoes, onions or cilantro I come here. The meat department guys are great and helpful. Great customer service.

The bread is always hard, the food makes you’re stomach hurt. The cakes are hard and nobody in the bakery department knows how to write on cakes. They have roaches inside every department. They let the cakes sit their for more than 5 days and only change the fruits to make it look good. There’s rats and the refrigerators in the back always smell bad. Trust me. I use to be a Rio ranch employee. Sooo yeah don’t go to THIS Rio Ranch Market. I still have pictures of the roaches in mixers and near the sinks in the bakery TRUST ME PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE.

Easy shopping experience. Good bargains on produce, although not all are the highest quality. Fresh tortillas are made and sold here. Restaurant inside is good. Bakery is good also. Checkout lines are quicker than stater brothers for sure.

This store as soon you get in to have an smell like a raw meat and fish, some of the employees at the meat area and food restaurant dont wear gloves or face mask . I have bo idea how is that code enforcement and help department have not che k on this store.

Good place for quick shopping. Produce and meats here get pretty cheap. The staff are friendly. Dont be intimidated by the Hispanic culture here! Its a comfortable place to shop at during the day, but at night it is a different story.They have weekend sales and Friday meat sales. They also have a restaurant inside that serve delicious food.

I am not a regular shopper here. But I have been coming to this store. Since it was a Luckys. Rio Ranch I know has maybe the best Birthday cakes. I will always get in & out quick & easy.It is very convenient for me on my way home from work. You also can pay bills. Get a phone. Overall it is good for everyone to have a store in this area.

The bakery needs help, flavor is s not whats expected of a Mexican bread. The hot/ready food too dry. And overall the market needs a fresh look, a more inviting atmosphere.

Dont go to Rio ranch if youre not Mexican the people who work there are racist plain and simple. I have tried more than once to buy cooked food there and I get ignored every time they look at me like what are you doing here black man none of them speak English. And their very ignorant because they believe theyre the only people in America who speak Spanish, its because they dont have an education. And the prices are 1 to 2 dollars more than every other store in the area. They have so many fake reviews to combat the real ones that are negative. Never going there again telling everyone who will listen about this grocery store.

If I could give them zero stars I would, My mom and I come here a lot, the store is great I have nothing to complain about, except for there cashiers. They are RUDE!!!! They never ever turn to look at you like there miserable maybe they shouldn’t work there they have bad customer service, when I was in line yesterday I was next to purchase my items, she didn’t say a word neither looked at me nothing and just handed me the receipt and didn’t ask if I needed a bag, I hate this place for that and I will not be going here anymore! Rundown place of no mans lands. Over priced dirty inside and out. Went there with a friend to pick up something real quick, we just left.

Only place around here with horchata by the gallon. So so good! Prices a bit steep for the area though.

Juan in produce helped me tonight. He went to the back to look for cucumbers and cilantro for me. He was very helpful and very courteous. I prefer to shop here over all other local markets.

I shop there all the time never had any problems they have some terrific sail there I was surprised that that their cherries was $0.79 a pound they were cheaper then grapes

Their produce dept. has a great selection at good prices. A fine selection of meat as well and their deli has fresh, hot food made to order. The menudo on the weekends is great.

Rather high for poor quality of meats. The price of fruits and vegetables will bankrupt you. The cashiers dont speak English and dont hire people who live in the community that speaks English. If your not Mexican youll get dirty looks from those that are. All their meats are old, triple marinated and extremely salty and not much variety. Just the lowest cuts of meat. I walk an hour to food for less instead if shopping here.

Fruit and veggies always at good prices

I shop here practically every day. It reminds me of shopping at the market when I lived in Europe. Although they dont always have what I need and tend to be a little pricey, I still love this store and I can walk there in less than 10 minutes.

Best place for veggies and fruits. The meat and chicken is good but definitely shop for the produce here.

For a quick in and out, prices a little higher. They do have a bakery with chocolate covered strawberries or cheesecake, and individual cupcakes.

Im giving this place a 3 because theres definitely room for improvement. Ive been coming to this specific location to pick up a few items here & there, but each time I feel like the customer service is nonexistent. Employees look so miserable. Perhaps theyre underpaid or just tired, but they need to put a little pep in their customer service skills. It doesnt hurt to smile. Their deli crew is more customer oriented than the rest of the employees. Maybe the deli crew can lighten up the rest of the employees? Lol. Just a suggestion.
